本发明公开了一种多色有机硅合成革及制造工艺,包括由上到下依次设置的A颜色硅胶层、B颜色硅胶层以及基材,所述A颜色硅胶层与B颜色硅胶层的颜色不一样,使用两种颜色的有机硅浆料,分别为浆料A和浆料B;浆料A涂布于离型纸上后硫化,涂层厚度为0.01-0.1mm;浆料B则涂布在已经硫化的浆料A上,其涂布次数在一次以上,且除最后一次涂布,前面的涂布的浆料均需硫化后再进行下一次涂布;再进行最后一次涂布后,贴合基材后硫化;剥离离型纸得到多色有机硅合成革。本发明制得的合成革对环境友好,对人体无害,使用性能好。

一种多色有机硅合成革及制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机硅合成革双色制造工艺,属于合成革技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内外合成革产业主要以聚氨酯(PU),聚氯乙烯(PVC)为主,其在制造及使用过程中都会含有大量的二甲基甲酰胺,丁酮,甲苯等有害物质,且其废弃物回收处理时又会产生氯化氢,二噁英,氰化氢等对环境和生物有害的分解产物。
PU和PVC合成革在日常使用时还有不耐老化,不耐温,易水解,易沾污,透气性差等缺点。
有机硅合成革可克服上述缺点,但由于有机硅橡胶的特殊性,目前市面的有机硅合成革均为单色系列,花色较为单一。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题的不足,提出一种多色有机硅合成革及制造工艺,本发明对环境友好,对人体无害,使用性能好。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:
一种多色有机硅合成革,包括由上到下依次设置的A颜色硅胶层、B颜色硅胶层以及基材,所述A颜色硅胶层与B颜色硅胶层的颜色不一样。
优选的:所述A颜色硅胶层、B颜色硅胶层以及基材依次复合连接在一起。
优选的:所述A颜色硅胶层厚度为0.01-0.1mm,所述B颜色硅胶层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
优选的:所述B颜色硅胶层包括一种以上的颜色的硅胶层复合而成。
优选的:所述A颜色硅胶层包括一种以上的颜色的硅胶层复合而成。
优选的:所述基材为超细纤维,无纺布,机织布,玻璃纤维,碳纤维或塑料模。
一种多色有机硅合成革的制造工艺,使用两种颜色的有机硅浆料,分别为浆料A和浆料B;浆料A涂布于离型纸上后硫化,涂层厚度为0.01-0.1mm;浆料B则涂布在已经硫化的浆料A上,其涂布次数在一次以上,且除最后一次涂布,前面的涂布的浆料均需硫化后再进行下一次涂布;再进行最后一次涂布后,贴合基材后硫化;剥离离型纸得到多色有机硅合成革。
优选的:所述浆料A与浆料B的色浆添加比例如下:
浆料A0.1-1%
浆料B5-15%。
优选的:所述浆料A固含量为10-70%,浆料B固含量为100%。
优选的:所述浆料A所用稀释剂为沸点60-150℃可挥发无毒无污染溶剂。
优选的:所述硫化温度为80-150℃,硫化时间为1-20分钟。
具体的,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,配制不同颜色不同固含量的有机硅浆料A和浆料B;
步骤2,将浆料A涂布于离型纸上,涂层厚度为0.01-0.1mm,并送入80-150℃烘道烘烤1-10分钟固化;
步骤3,将浆料B涂布于已固化的浆料A涂层上,浆料B涂布次数可为一次以上,浆料B的总涂布厚度为0.1-0.3mm;除最后一次涂布,前面的涂布的浆料均需硫化后再进行下一次涂布;硫化温度80-150℃,单次硫化时间1-10分钟;
步骤4,将基材与最后一次涂布的浆料B贴合,并送入80-150℃烘道烘烤1-20分钟固化;
步骤5,将合成革与离型纸剥离。
本发明的一种多色有机硅合成革及制造工艺,相比现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
工艺简单且可连续生产,效率高,整个过程无有害物质无污染物,制备的有机硅皮革环保无毒,双色层次感鲜明。

实施例1
本实施例的一种多色有机硅合成革,包括由上到下依次复合连接在一起的A颜色硅胶层、B颜色硅胶层以及基材,所述A颜色硅胶层与B颜色硅胶层的颜色不一样。
所述A颜色硅胶层厚度为0.01-0.2mm,所述B颜色硅胶层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
所述基材为超细纤维,无纺布,机织布,玻璃纤维,碳纤维或塑料模。
一种多色有机硅合成革的制造工艺,使用两种颜色的有机硅浆料,分别为浆料A和浆料B;浆料A涂布于离型纸上后硫化,涂层厚度为0.01-0.2mm;浆料B则涂布在已经硫化的浆料A上,其涂布次数在一次以上,且除最后一次涂布,前面的涂布的浆料均需硫化后再进行下一次涂布;进行最后一次涂布后,贴合基材后硫化;剥离离型纸得到多色有机硅合成革。

浆料A0.1-1%
浆料B5-15%。
所述浆料A固含量为10-70%,浆料B固含量为100%。
所述浆料A所用稀释剂为沸点60-150℃可挥发无毒无污染溶剂。
所述硫化温度为80-150℃,硫化时间为1-20分钟。
有机硅液体加成型硅橡胶配制:将1000克端乙烯基硅油(黏度10000厘斯),300克疏水性气相白炭黑(比表面积200),充分混匀,再加入20克含氢硅油(含氢量0.75;黏度100厘斯),0.4克甲基丁炔醇,4克铂催化剂(Pt浓度3000ppm),混匀即得
a,将30克有机硅液体加成型硅橡胶中加入70克六甲基二硅氧烷,0.5克黑色色浆,充分混匀作为浆料A。90克有机硅液体加成型硅橡胶中加入10克咖啡色色浆,充分混匀作为浆料B。
b,将浆料A涂布于皮革纹路AR-133离型纸上,涂布厚度0.05mm,送入120℃烘道硫化5分钟后继续涂布浆料B,涂布厚度0.15mm,送入120℃烘道硫化5分钟。继续进行浆料B第二次涂布,涂布厚度0.1mm,并贴合厚度0.6mm超细纤维基材,送入120℃烘道硫化10分钟,将硫化完的合成革与离型纸分离,得到黑色/咖啡多色有机硅合成革。

本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于:将浆料A涂布于皮革纹路AR-133离型纸上的涂布厚度0.01mm;送入120℃烘道硫化5分钟后继续涂布浆料B,涂布厚度0.1mm,并贴合厚度0.6mm超细纤维基材,送入120℃烘道硫化10分钟。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于:将浆料A涂布于皮革纹路AR-133离型纸上的涂布厚度0.1mm,送入120℃烘道硫化5分钟后继续涂布浆料B,涂布厚度0.05mm,送入120℃烘道硫化5分钟。继续进行浆料B第二次涂布,涂布厚度0.3mm,送入120℃烘道硫化5分钟,继续进行浆料B第二次涂布,涂布厚度0.1mm,并贴合厚度0.6mm超细纤维基材,送入120℃烘道硫化10分钟。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:A浆料的色浆添加量改为0.1克,B浆料的色浆添加量改为5克。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例2的区别在于:A浆料的色浆添加量改为1克,B浆料的色浆添加量改为15克。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:所述B颜色硅胶层两种颜色的硅胶层复合而成,这两种颜色的硅胶层分别为B1颜色硅胶层和B2颜色硅胶层,其制作方法与实施例1类似,在此不必赘述。这样得到的B颜色硅胶层与A颜色硅胶层在进行复合,其得到的三色革层次感鲜明,颜色富有变化。同理,B颜色硅胶层可由更多种颜色的硅胶层复合而成,其得到的色彩层次更强烈,颜色更富有变化。同理可值得同样的A颜色硅胶层。
比较例1
本比较例与实施例1的区别之处在于:不涂布浆料A,得到咖啡单色合成革。
比较例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:A浆料的色浆添加量改为2克,涂层厚度0.2mm,B浆料的色浆添加量改为3克,涂层厚度0.05mm。
实施例1-6均可得到层次感不一的双色合成革,而比较例1-2只能得到单色合成革,其色彩单一,僵硬。

3.根据权利要求1所述的多色有机硅合成革,其特征在于:所述A颜色硅胶层厚度为0.01-0.1mm,所述B颜色硅胶层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多色有机硅合成革,其特征在于:所述B颜色硅胶层包括一种以上的颜色的硅胶层复合而成。

6.一种基于权利要求1所述的多色有机硅合成革的制造工艺,其特征在于:使用两种颜色的有机硅浆料,分别为浆料A和浆料B;浆料A涂布于离型纸上后硫化,涂层厚度为0.01-0.1mm;浆料B则涂布在已经硫化的浆料A上,其涂布次数在一次以上,且除最后一次涂布,前面的涂布的浆料均需硫化后再进行下一次涂布;再进行最后一次涂布后,贴合基材后硫化;剥离离型纸得到多色有机硅合成革。
7.根据权利要求5所述的多色有机硅合成革的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述浆料A与浆料B的色浆添加比例如下:
浆料A0.1-1%
浆料B5-15%。

步骤4,将基材与最后一次涂布的浆料B贴合,并送入80-150℃烘道烘烤1-20分钟固化;
步骤5,将合成革与离型纸剥离。
