织物上的污物包括水溶性污物、油性污物和灰尘。水溶性污物、油性污物由于服饰与人体接触吸附,或由外来油脂(食物油或机器油等)而引起沾污;灰尘主要由于静电作用产生。防污和易去污是两个不同的概念,两者之间又有内在的联系。纺织品在使用过程中会逐渐沾污,防污是指衣着用纺织品在使用过程中不会被水性污垢和油性污垢所润湿造成沾污,也不会因静电吸附干的尘埃或微粒于纤维或织物表面。使纺织品具有防污性能的整理称为防污整理。
易去污是指织物一旦沾污后,污垢在正常的洗涤条件下容易洗净,而且织物在洗涤液中不会吸附洗涤液中的污物而变灰(即从织物上洗下来的污垢,通过洗涤液转移到织物的其他部位,这种现象称为湿再沾污,在重复洗涤中湿再沾污有积累作用)。使纺织品具有易去污性能的整理称为易去污整理。
同时具有防污和易去污功能的纺织品具有自清洁的功能,即既具有不易沾污,又如沾上油污不用洗涤剂,用水冲洗即可。对应的整理剂称谓自清洁整理剂。对于服用面料来而言,特别是内衣、衬衣等,经常洗涤,会严重破坏织物的外观风格,应用后整理技术赋予其自清洁功能,可解决这一难题,满足消费者的要求。但将防污和易去污双重功能统一到同一种整理剂上,并具有很好的稳定性,难度系数较大。
纳米无机自清洁整理剂可以使服饰遇到污物时,只有很少一部分污渍能吸附到织物上,经过一定的光催化自清洁作用,可以将这一小部分污渍彻底清除。另外,对于织物内部的有害细菌也可以分解,使其保持清洁。但高浓度纳米无机整理剂分散和施加在技术上有不少难度,同时防污性特别是防尘性有比较大的时效性,即其自清洁功能会随着服用时间的延长模型降低,但在清洁体系中添加有机整理剂,可以弥补这一问题。因此,组合有机和无机复合自清洁整理剂,具有重要的应用价值。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明拟解决的技术问题是一种耐久型织物自清洁整理剂,利用特殊组成的织物自清洁整理剂整理纤维面料,便于满足开发高档自清洁纺织品的需要。通过该织物自清洁整理剂化学处理织物表面使其表面产生微米结构与纳米结构相结合的阶层结构,提高织物表面的粗糙度,使织物的自清洁性和拒水拒油性能大幅度提高。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种耐久型织物自清洁整理剂,包括以下按重量分数计的原料:
环氧树脂11-16,
纳米二氧化钛4-10,
十二水磷酸氢二钠3-5,
聚苯乙烯磺酸酯2-6,
泡沫铜0.8-2.5,
纤维素酯3-10,
邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯5-15,
硬脂酸钡1-5,
丝瓜汁10-20,
纳米云母粉0.5-3,
消泡剂0.2-0.5,
纳米甲壳素0.8-1.5,
椰油基甜菜碱1-2,
乳化润湿剂0.3-1,
海藻酸钠2-3,
甘油松香酯0.4-2。
进一步,包括以下按重量分数计的原料:
环氧树脂13,
纳米二氧化钛6,
十二水磷酸氢二钠4,

优选地,所述织物自清洁整理剂各组分混合后加水配成质量含量不低于15%的浸渍液。
本发明针对现有的纳米二氧化钛粉体分散液或二氧化钛有机醇工作液制备及应用的多种弊端,提供的自清洁面料的整理剂得到的相应的纤维制品,具有超疏水疏油的性质,既不沾水又不沾油,从而达到自清洁目的。该纳米自清洁技术不仅使纤维或其制品更加美观、增加使用寿命,而且在环保、节能方面具有显著的社会及经济效益。
与现有技术相比,本发明在自清洁整理剂中采用由纳米TiO2为主体成份,添加纤维素酯、泡沫铜和邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯等主要改性剂配制,经乳化制成纳米整理液,织物通过浸轧纳米整理液,按其烘干工艺要求烘干;使纳米TiO2材料牢固地吸附到织物内;光催化使织物达到自清洁的功效。由本发明整理的面料利用自然光即可催化分解细菌和有机污染物,具有高催化活性、良好的化学稳定性和热稳定性、无二次污染、无刺激性、安全无毒等特点,且能长期有益于生态自然环境。

下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。

环氧树脂11,
纳米二氧化钛4,
十二水磷酸氢二钠3,
聚苯乙烯磺酸酯2,
泡沫铜0.8,
纤维素酯3,
邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯5,
硬脂酸钡1,
丝瓜汁10,
纳米云母粉0.5,
消泡剂0.2,
纳米甲壳素0.8,
椰油基甜菜碱1,
乳化润湿剂0.3,
海藻酸钠2,
甘油松香酯0.4。
其中,所述织物自清洁整理剂各组分混合后加水配成质量含量为27%的浸渍液。

一种耐久型织物自清洁整理剂,包括以下按重量分数计的原料:
环氧树脂16,
纳米二氧化钛10,
十二水磷酸氢二钠5,
聚苯乙烯磺酸酯6,
泡沫铜2.5,
纤维素酯10,
邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯15,
硬脂酸钡5,

其中所述织物自清洁整理剂各组分混合后加水配成质量含量不低于21%的浸渍液。

椰油基甜菜碱1-2,
乳化润湿剂0.3-1,
海藻酸钠2-3,
甘油松香酯约0.4-2。
