技术领域
本发明属于织物印染处理技术领域,具体涉及一种混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,纺织品印染前处理的炼漂过程包括退浆、精炼和漂白三道工序,分别在三个独立的过程中完成,这种工艺的主要缺点是:工序繁复,设备流水线长,耗能大;作业时间长,对织物的纤维损伤大;工作液中含有大量的烧碱、漂白剂、稳定剂等,排放的废水毒性大、环境污染严重,处理难度高。
目前,最常使用生物酶实现一浴法前处理工艺,生产过程退浆、精炼和漂白在同一处理浴中完成,其生物酶采用淀粉酶、果胶酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、纤维酶,各生物酶单独或若干种混合使用,并采用次氯酸钠、亚氧酸钠等组成的漂白剂,处理浴中还加入氯化钠、硫酸钠等稳定剂和聚氧乙烯烷基醚类组成的表面活性剂等,这种工作液由各种不同的生物酶、漂白剂、表面活化剂和稳定剂组成,成分复杂,对不同的纤维要根据不同的特征调整合适的助剂组成及其配比,而且操作过程是间歇式的,在不同的生产阶段,根据需要不断的改变助剂,不能实现连续生产。
故,需要一种新的技术问题以解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有技术存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺。
技术方案:本发明公开了混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,对织物进行退浆、煮炼、漂白三合一,该生产工艺采用炼漂剂,所述炼漂剂包括主剂与辅剂两部分,该主剂部分包括螯合分散剂WS、代用碱DA-GS710、聚乙二醇和双氧水活化剂CuSO4,所述辅剂部分包括脂肪酶、果胶酶和络合剂,将主剂和辅剂溶于45-48℃温水中,搅拌均匀,降温至26℃,再加入双氧水,搅拌均匀;

作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的主剂的制备过程为:将所需数量的代用碱DA-GS710、聚乙二醇和双氧水活化剂CuSO4溶解混合,在25-35℃条件下搅拌均匀,降温至10℃静置48h,再加入鳌合分散剂WS,混合搅拌均匀。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的螯合分散剂WS的浓度为22-26g/L,代用碱DA-GS7102-5g/L,聚乙二醇3-5g/L,双氧水活化剂CuSO41-2g/L。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的脂肪酶2-3g/L,果胶酶22-26g/L,络合剂5-8g/L。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的络合剂为乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的生产工艺采用浸渍或浸轧两种工艺中的一种。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明采用织物浸轧处理工艺,处理液由炼漂剂和去离子水体积比为1:1-2组成,处理液温度为80-85℃,轧余率为75%-85%,浸轧后在95℃条件下汽蒸或热堆65min,随后采用95℃以上的热水水洗3-5道,再采用60℃温水水洗一道。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明采用织物浸渍处理工艺,处理液由炼漂剂和去离子水体积比为1:1-2组成,浸渍温度控制在65-85℃,浸渍处理时间为45min,浸渍后用95℃以上的热水水洗3-5道,再采用65℃温水水洗一道。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本发明简化工艺流程,缩短工作时间,减少织物纤维损伤,提高织物的白度和毛效,排出废水毒性小且易处理。

Claims (8)
1.混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,对织物进行退浆、煮炼、漂白三合一,其特征在于:该生产工艺采用炼漂剂,所述炼漂剂包括主剂与辅剂两部分,该主剂部分包括螯合分散剂WS、代用碱DA-GS710、聚乙二醇和双氧水活化剂CuSO4,所述辅剂部分包括脂肪酶、果胶酶和络合剂,将主剂和辅剂溶于45-48℃温水中,搅拌均匀,降温至26℃,再加入双氧水,搅拌均匀;
所述主剂配方为:
螯合分散剂WS60%-90%
代用碱DA-GS71010%-20%
聚乙二醇0%-15%
双氧水活化剂CuSO40%-15%;
所述辅剂配方为:
脂肪酶40%-50%
果胶酶10%-20%
络合剂40%;
所述主剂和辅剂在炼漂剂整体中所占比例为1%-4%和1%-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,其特征在于:所述主剂的制备过程为:将所需数量的代用碱DA-GS710、聚乙二醇和双氧水活化剂CuSO4溶解混合,在25-35℃条件下搅拌均匀,降温至10℃静置48h,再加入鳌合分散剂WS,混合搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,其特征在于:螯合分散剂WS的浓度为22-26g/L,代用碱DA-GS7102-5g/L,聚乙二醇3-5g/L,双氧水活化剂CuSO41-2g/L。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,其特征在于:脂肪酶2-3g/L,果胶酶22-26g/L,络合剂5-8g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,其特征在于:所述络合剂为乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,其特征在于:生产工艺采用浸渍或浸轧两种工艺中的一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,其特征在于:采用织物浸轧处理工艺,处理液由炼漂剂和去离子水体积比为1:1-2组成,处理液温度为80-85℃,轧余率为75%-85%,浸轧后在95℃条件下汽蒸或热堆65min,随后采用95℃以上的热水水洗3-5道,再采用60℃温水水洗一道。
8.根据权利要求6所述的混纺织物印染前处理的连续生产工艺,其特征在于:采用织物浸渍处理工艺,处理液由炼漂剂和去离子水体积比为1:1-2组成,浸渍温度控制在65-85℃,浸渍处理时间为45min,浸渍后用95℃以上的热水水洗3-5道,再采用65℃温水水洗一道。
