Abstract
The invention relates to a cloth shaping mechanism, which is an integrated automatic operation process system consisting of a washing device, a fiber opening device and a shaping device, so that the oil removal, fiber opening and shaping of cloth are integrated into a single line; when the cloth is put into the washing device, the cloth is degreased through the underwater bearings, the tension of the cloth leaving the water surface is eliminated by utilizing the water buoyancy, so that oil stains can not be attached to the cloth again, the cloth is subjected to underwater fiber opening through the mesh washing wheel of the fiber opening device and then conveyed to the shaping device, the 'one-line' process is completed, and the purposes of reducing the production cost, improving the yield and efficiently cleaning the cloth are achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention provides a cloth shaping mechanism which utilizes the principle of water buoyancy to clean cloth and can enable an operation system for shaping the cloth to be in a 'one-line' state.
Background
In the cloth shaping process in the prior art, the processing procedures of oil removal by contraction, fiber opening, drying, cutting and the like are usually required, and each processing procedure is independently carried out by a single machine, namely, the cloth processed by the former processing machine is sent to the next processing machine, so that the purpose of shaping the cloth is sequentially finished.
After each processing process is completed, the machine needs to be transported to the next working machine manually, and the number of processing machines used is increased when the piece of cloth to be processed is longer; meanwhile, although the washing process has a good function of removing sewage, the tension generated after the cloth is discharged from the water surface is still not separated, the generated tension can bring the dirt floating on the water surface back to the cloth again, so that the aim can be achieved by adding equipment for repeated cleaning, and the tension cannot integrate all processing processes, thereby causing manpower waste and equipment cost increase, and cannot exert the specific industrial effect which can be generated, and the competitiveness is lacked.
Disclosure of Invention

Referring to fig. 1-3, a cloth shaping mechanism of the present invention comprises:
the washing device 1 for removing oil wax dirt on cloth is provided with a plurality of first driving wheels 11, a first water inlet 12 and a first water outlet 13.
The fiber opening device 2 can make the surface of the cloth fluffy and is provided with a plurality of second driving wheels 21, a second water inlet 22, a second water outlet 23 and more than one reticular double-sided washing wheel 24.
The shaping device 3 is used for drying and shaping the cloth; the system structure of the cloth setting machine sequentially comprises a washing device 1, a fiber opening device 2 and a setting device 3.
