本发明公开了一种泵联轴器专用润滑脂,涉及润滑剂技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:石蜡油80-100份、松节油15-20份、棕榈蜡15-20份、丁基橡胶10-15份、羊毛脂10-15份、氟碳树脂8-12份、石粉7-10份、聚乙烯醇6-8份、硅藻泥4-7份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、海藻酸钠3-5份、聚乙二醇10-15份、正丁醇10-15份。本发明润滑脂外观透亮澄清、粘度均匀适宜,具有优异的润滑功能,能有效保护联轴器的齿面,使其与泵轴和电机紧密配合,延长联轴器的使用寿命,保证泵的正常运行。

技术领域:
本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种泵联轴器专用润滑脂。
背景技术:
联轴器是连接泵与电机的部件,两端分别安装在电机及泵轴上,靠特制螺栓连接。通过联轴器使电机带动泵轴旋转,以传递扭矩。在日常使用过程中,联轴器经常出现以下故障:联轴器齿面磨损严重;联轴器齿圈产生轴向位移量较大,甚至不能啮合;联轴器发生断齿;联轴器对口螺栓折断。这些故障的产生原因主要为:润滑脂使用不当,造成油脂钙化,致使齿面间无法润滑,或润滑脂的润滑性不好,从而产生齿面磨损严重。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种润滑性好、成本低且利于延长联轴器使用寿命的泵联轴器专用润滑脂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种泵联轴器专用润滑脂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡油80-100份、松节油15-20份、棕榈蜡15-20份、丁基橡胶10-15份、羊毛脂10-15份、氟碳树脂8-12份、石粉7-10份、聚乙烯醇6-8份、硅藻泥4-7份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、海藻酸钠3-5份、聚乙二醇10-15份、正丁醇10-15份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)先将丁基橡胶加热至完全融化,然后加入棕榈蜡,继续加热使棕榈蜡完全融化,再加入氟碳树脂和聚乙烯醇,保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)将聚乙二醇和正丁醇充分混合,再加入石粉和硅藻泥,先加热至50-60℃保温混合10min,再加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向石蜡油中加入松节油和羊毛脂,混合均匀后加入物料I、物料II、聚丙烯酰胺和海藻酸钠,经球磨机研磨至细度小于50μm。
所述石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:沸石粉20-25份、水镁石粉10-15份、羧甲基淀粉钠10-15份、烷基糖苷6-10份、炉甘石粉5-8份、白土5-8份、纳米胶粉3-6份、纳米二氧化钛2-4份、氧化镧1-2份,其制备方法为:将沸石粉加入5倍重量乙醇中,浸泡15min,然后加入烷基糖苷和纳米二氧化钛,混合均匀后先于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入羧甲基淀粉钠和纳米胶粉,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,最后加入水镁石粉、炉甘石粉、白土和氧化镧,充分混合均匀。
该石粉以沸石粉为主要原料,利用烷基糖苷和纳米二氧化钛对其进行改性处理,并辅以增稠剂和稀土金属等助剂,从而充分提高润滑功能。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以石蜡油为主要原料,辅以松节油、棕榈蜡和多种功能助剂制得泵联轴器专用润滑脂,该润滑脂外观透亮澄清、粘度均匀适宜,具有优异的润滑功能,能有效保护联轴器的齿面,使其与泵轴和电机紧密配合,延长联轴器的使用寿命,保证泵的正常运行。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)先将10份丁基橡胶加热至完全融化,然后加入15份棕榈蜡,继续加热使棕榈蜡完全融化,再加入10份氟碳树脂和6份聚乙烯醇,保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)将10份聚乙二醇和10份正丁醇充分混合,再加入7份石粉和6份硅藻泥,先加热至50-60℃保温混合10min,再加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向80份石蜡油中加入20份松节油和10份羊毛脂,混合均匀后加入物料I、物料II、3份聚丙烯酰胺和3份海藻酸钠,经球磨机研磨至细度小于50μm。
石粉的制备:将20份沸石粉加入5倍重量乙醇中,浸泡15min,然后加入6份烷基糖苷和2份纳米二氧化钛,混合均匀后先于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入10份羧甲基淀粉钠和3份纳米胶粉,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,最后加入12份水镁石粉、6份炉甘石粉、5份白土和1份氧化镧,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)先将15份丁基橡胶加热至完全融化,然后加入20份棕榈蜡,继续加热使棕榈蜡完全融化,再加入8份氟碳树脂和8份聚乙烯醇,保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)将15份聚乙二醇和15份正丁醇充分混合,再加入10份石粉和4份硅藻泥,先加热至50-60℃保温混合10min,再加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向100份石蜡油中加入15份松节油和12份羊毛脂,混合均匀后加入物料I、物料II、5份聚丙烯酰胺和4份海藻酸钠,经球磨机研磨至细度小于50μm。
石粉的制备:将25份沸石粉加入5倍重量乙醇中,浸泡15min,然后加入8份烷基糖苷和4份纳米二氧化钛,混合均匀后先于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入12份羧甲基淀粉钠和5份纳米胶粉,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,最后加入10份水镁石粉、8份炉甘石粉、7份白土和1份氧化镧,充分混合均匀。

石蜡油80-100份、松节油15-20份、棕榈蜡15-20份、丁基橡胶10-15份、羊毛脂10-15份、氟碳树脂8-12份、石粉7-10份、聚乙烯醇6-8份、硅藻泥4-7份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、海藻酸钠3-5份、聚乙二醇10-15份、正丁醇10-15份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)先将丁基橡胶加热至完全融化,然后加入棕榈蜡,继续加热使棕榈蜡完全融化,再加入氟碳树脂和聚乙烯醇,保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)将聚乙二醇和正丁醇充分混合,再加入石粉和硅藻泥,先加热至50-60℃保温混合10min,再加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向石蜡油中加入松节油和羊毛脂,混合均匀后加入物料I、物料II、聚丙烯酰胺和海藻酸钠,经球磨机研磨至细度小于50μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵联轴器专用润滑脂,其特征在于,所述石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:沸石粉20-25份、水镁石粉10-15份、羧甲基淀粉钠10-15份、烷基糖苷6-10份、炉甘石粉5-8份、白土5-8份、纳米胶粉3-6份、纳米二氧化钛2-4份、氧化镧1-2份,其制备方法为:将沸石粉加入5倍重量乙醇中,浸泡15min,然后加入烷基糖苷和纳米二氧化钛,混合均匀后先于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入羧甲基淀粉钠和纳米胶粉,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,最后加入水镁石粉、炉甘石粉、白土和氧化镧,充分混合均匀。
