技术领域
本发明涉及绿篱机的头部。
背景技术
绿篱机的头部包括壳体，其中容纳有切割钢丝卷筒以及允许切割钢丝卷筒的收卷和/或放卷的机构。壳体旨在连接到驱动轴，从而以所需速度驱动旋转。头部的旋转速度通常在10000-12000转/分的范围中。
至少切割钢丝的两个端部穿过相对的侧开口从壳体伸出。使用期间，从壳体向外伸出的钢丝部，因为它们接触到待切割的植物而逐渐磨损。磨损部分可以经由上述包含在壳体中的机构通过部分地放卷切割钢丝卷筒而替换。在一些绿篱机头部中，一旦卷筒用完，可以用壳体内的一个新的进行替换，或在其他类型的头部中，新卷筒的收卷通过上述预先设置在壳体内部的机构进行。
市场上流行的切割头部包括了通常被称之为“感应式”的放卷机构。这种机构，在产业中是公知的，因此本文不再赘述，基本上包括了固定装置，其可以为两种结构，锁定结构，其中防止了钢丝卷筒相对于头部壳体的旋转；以及释放结构，允许钢丝卷筒相对于头部壳体进行有限的旋转。当固定装置处于其释放结构，由于离心力的作用，钢丝对应于卷筒相对于头部壳体的旋转放开一定长度。
固定装置经由弹性装置保持在锁定结构中，通常是弹簧，其下压同时保持卷筒或者其他元件啮合在锁定装置中，如一组前齿。为了让固定装置到达其释放位置，必须克服弹簧所施加的作用力并松开卷筒，或者从锁定装置释放其他元件。为此目的，“感应式”头部下方提供有与卷筒接触放置的叩击主体，或者与锁定装置啮合的其他元件。这种叩击主体可相对于头部壳体沿着平行于所述头部旋转轴线的方向运动。通过将叩击主体按压向地面，然后能够相对于锁定装置抬起卷筒或者其他元件，从而允许卷筒旋转。一旦完成旋转，弹性装置再次让卷筒与锁定装置啮合。
头部使用中的步骤，简短地说，即，通过向着地面简单叩击头部。
为了让叩击主体相对于壳体运动并让固定装置释放，伸出主体穿过壳体的下部开口设置，其中其从下方伸出。必须在所述下部开口边缘和叩击主体外表面之间保持具有一定宽度的狭缝，从而保证必要的间隙，由此可以防止卡住伸出的主体。在头部相对于所述狭缝发生旋转期间，会产生高真空度，将灰尘吸入壳体内侧。短期内，穿过壳体进入的灰尘，阻碍了机构的“感应性”，因此必须停机并拆下头部，进行除尘。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绿篱机的头部，其可以克服已知类型头部的缺点。本发明的目的通过根据权利要求1的叩击主体而获得。
根据权利要求1的叩击主体其优势在于防止灰尘渗入头部壳体内侧。
根据权利要求1的叩击主体的另一个优势在于完美地结合当前提供的“感应式”机构工作，因此被现有技术中的头部采用。

具体实施方式
参考上述所列附图，根据本发明的叩击主体(1)包括下部(2)，用以向着地面叩击或者按压；侧部(3)，结构是设置为穿过头部壳体(10)的下部开口(11)，如图4和5所述。优选地，侧部(3)具有圆柱形状，与纵向轴线(X)同轴，而当叩击主体安装到所述头部时，该纵向轴线又与头部的旋转轴线(X)一致。下部(2)在下方连接到侧部(3)，并优选地具有圆形或者凸起的形状。
叩击主体包括伸出边缘(4)，其伸出到侧部(3)外。伸出边缘(4)优选地从侧部(3)径向凸出。
优选地，伸出边缘(4)沿圆周延伸，形成了侧部(3)的整个扩展。换句话说，伸出边缘(4)完全围绕着侧部(3)，因而占据了沿着纵向轴线(X)具有预定高度(H)的环形带。在未示出的实施方式中，伸出边缘(4)沿着其圆周延伸部局部地中断，其中侧部(3)部分地自由。伸出边缘(4)优选地从侧部(3)的端部(31)延伸到位于所述端部(31)和下部(2)之间到中间区域。伸出边缘(4)在平行于侧部(3)的方向上和/或垂直于所述侧部(3)的方向上呈现出可变的延伸。

在图1和2所示的实施方式中，下波形轮廓(41)随着曲线设计而呈现出相互连接的波峰和波谷。在替换实施例中，如图3所示，下波形轮廓(41)具有通过多边形设计而相互连接的波峰(411)和波谷(412)。与旋转期间反而会生成更多噪音的多边形设计相比，曲线设计产生较小的噪音，同时具有较不明显的空气动力学效应。
如图1、2和3所示，波形轮廓(41)包括边缘表面(42)，面向下，从侧部(3)横向伸出。在一些连接部(421)中，边缘表面(42)可以成型为逐渐缩减，直到不从侧部(3)伸出而与其接合。如图1所示，连接部(421)相对于波形轮廓(41)的波峰而设置。这个方案进一步减少了旋转过程中叩击主体(1)所产生的噪音，以及由此产生的空气动力学效应，同时防止灰尘渗入壳体(10)内侧。
在第二实施例中，如图4所示，伸出边缘(4)包括从侧部(3)伸出的一个或更多具有不同厚度的台阶(43)。
优选地，台阶(43)相对于纵向轴线(X)来说具有不同的径向延伸。特别地，台阶(43)的径向延伸远离下部(2)逐渐增加。
由于这种伸出边缘(4)的存在，获得了极其有利的效果。
伸出边缘(4)，在平行于侧部(3)的方向上和/或垂直于侧部(3)的方向上提供了可变的延伸，其实际上能够移除在侧部(3)和头部壳体(10)的下部开口(11)的边缘之间的狭缝中形成的波谷，由此叩击主体(1)穿过该下部开口向外伸出所述壳体(10)。

Claims (9)

1.一种绿篱机头部的叩击主体，包括被设置为向着地面叩击或者按压的下部(2)，以及构成为布置成穿过头部壳体(10)的下部开口(11)的侧部(3)；其特征在于其包括伸出边缘(4)，该伸出边缘伸出到侧部(3)的外侧，并具有在平行于侧部(3)的方向上和/或垂直于侧部(3)的方向上可变的延伸部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叩击主体，其中伸出边缘(4)提供有下波形轮廓(41)。

6.根据权利要求4所述的叩击主体，其中边缘表面(42)包括一些连接部分(421)，当连接部分接合到侧部(3)而没有从侧部上突出的时候逐渐缩减。
7.根据权利要求1所述的叩击主体，其中伸出边缘(4)包括一个或多个台阶(43)，所述一个或多个台阶从侧部(3)突出并具有不同的厚度。
8.一种绿篱机的头部，包括：壳体(10)，该壳体绕着旋转轴线(X)可旋转地驱动；固定装置(M)，设置在壳体(10)内，可以在锁定结构和释放结构之间操作；根据前述任一项权利要求所述的叩击主体(1)，与固定装置相连并设置为穿过壳体(10)的下部开口(11)，这样下波形轮廓(41)临近下部开口(11)或者在其中。
