背景技术
水是生命之源,人类的生命与水资源息息相关。随着人们对于环境保护意识的逐步加强,对于水资源质量的要求也不断提高。但是,高质量的水资源毕竟有限,人们往往需要对现有的水资源进行处理。因此,如何获得一种绿色环保的净水材料是人们继续解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明通过调整陶瓷材料的原料组成,一方面使用了电气石、麦饭石、凹凸棒土和沸石等作为主要原料,同时添加了纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化镁、纳米二氧化钛等成分,既保证了陶瓷材料具有较高的净水功能,又保证了材料制备工艺简便、用途广泛等特性。
具体涉及一种环保净水陶瓷材料,其特征在于,按重量份其原料组成如下:电气石20-30份、麦饭石20-30份、凹凸棒土15-20份、沸石20-30份、镁铝尖晶石10-15份、纳米氧化铝1-5份、纳米氧化镁2-5份、纳米二氧化钛1-4份、氧化钐5-7份、氧化银1-4份、氧化铜1-5份、氧化铁1-5份、纳米氧化锌6-8份、石墨粉6-10份、不锈钢纤维1-5份、氧化锆粉1-5份、氮化硅粉1-3份
本发明环保净水陶瓷材料制备工艺简便:按照规定称量原料,混合后进行球磨处理;球磨后加入适量水,得到料浆;将料浆制坯成型;随后进行干燥和烧制处理。
本发明具有以下优势和效果:
1、采用了电气石、麦饭石、凹凸棒土和沸石等天然物质作为主要原料,原料来源广泛,并且具有释放负离子、辐射远红外线、抗菌、除氯、除贵金属等特性。
2、通过添加纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化镁、纳米二氧化钛等原料,通过合理配备其含量,提高了原料间的反应活性,同时还可以在较低的烧成温度(1000℃以下)下使产品获得较高的强度等特性,一方面降低了生产成本,同时保证即使长期与水接触,也不会出现溃散、开裂等现象。
3、通过添加氧化锆粉、氮化硅粉、石墨粉等原料,通过合理配置其含量,提高了陶瓷的耐磨性、抗热震性等特性。氧化钐、氧化银等可以增强产品的杀菌性能以及辐射远红外线特性。
4、通过各类原料种类及含量的合适选择配比,本发明的环保净水陶瓷材料可以达到如下性能指标:负离子释放量达到8500个/cm3、5~14μm波长平均远红外线放射率高达0.98以上、常温强度≥230MPa、热震稳定性(1100℃水冷)≥10次、莫氏硬度≥7。

一种环保净水陶瓷材料,具体选用如下原料组成:电气石25份、麦饭石25份、凹凸棒土18份、沸石25份、镁铝尖晶石15份、纳米氧化铝2份、纳米氧化镁5份、纳米二氧化钛2份、氧化钐6份、氧化银2份、氧化铜5份、氧化铁5份、纳米氧化锌7份、石墨粉8份、不锈钢纤维5份、氧化锆粉5份、氮化硅粉2份。
通过以上实施例获得的产品均可以满足:负离子释放量达到8500个/cm3、5~14μm波长平均远红外线放射率高达0.98以上、常温强度≥230MPa、热震稳定性(1100℃水冷)≥10次、莫氏硬度≥7。
