Abstract

本发明提供一种仿生态空气净化器,包括基壳,所述基壳底部设有一个贮水腔,所述贮水腔上方为雾化腔;所述雾化腔上方为配设有进气扇的进气口;所述雾化腔的侧面设有出气口;所述基壳内设有使贮水腔产生温热水蒸气的加热装置;所述基壳上还设有所述贮水腔的排水口与进水口。该净化器无需消耗滤材,并且噪音较低,以保障净化环境的安静舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域,特别地,是一种空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器是一种常用的家用电器,用于净化室内空气。目前的空气净化器主要包括滤芯式过滤器和水过滤器;对于滤芯式过滤器,需要经常更换滤芯,消耗较大;而对于水过滤器,通常需要使含尘气流通入水体内,空气阻力较大,因此需要采用较大功率的气泵,导致噪音较大。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种仿生态空气净化器,该净化器无需消耗滤材,并且噪音较低,以保障净化环境的安静舒适。
本发明实现技术目的所采用的技术方案是:该仿生态空气净化器包括基壳,所述基壳底部设有一个贮水腔,所述贮水腔上方为雾化腔;所述雾化腔上方为配设有进气扇的进气口;所述雾化腔的侧面设有出气口;所述基壳内设有使贮水腔产生温热水蒸气的加热装置;所述基壳上还设有所述贮水腔的排水口与进水口。
作为优选,所述出气口上张结有金属网板,以限制雾汽流出出气口。
作为优选,所述雾化腔内设有一段从所述进气口向下延伸的限制管;所述限制管的下端口低于所述出气口,并高于贮水腔的液面,使从所述进气口进入雾化腔内的气流需向下绕过限制管的端口后才能流向所述出气口。进一步地,所述限制管的端口至贮水腔之间的一段空间中连接有过滤布袋,使从限制管流出的气流需透过所述过滤布袋后再流向所述出气口;再进一步,所述限制管内架设有一层以上向上拱起的拱形网板,所述拱形网板由相互靠近的、由限制管中心向外周辐射的径向细杆周向阵列而成,使凝聚于拱形网板上的液体沿所述径向细杆流向限制管的内壁,并向下流动,对所述过滤布袋的表面进行冲洗。
作为优选,所述贮水腔内漂浮有一个由保温材质构成的水槽;所述水槽上底部开设有细孔,所述贮水腔内的水体透过所述细孔,在所述水槽内形成一个薄水层;所述贮水腔上方架设一个红外加热灯,所述红外加热灯面向所述水槽;从而使所述贮水腔内,始终只有所述水槽中的一个薄水层被加热,从而使水槽中的水体可快速沸腾,产生大量蒸汽;而减少因对贮水腔内的水体整体加热而造成的热量浪费。
本发明的有益效果在于:该仿生态空气净化器在使用过程中,贮水腔内被加热的水体产生大量向上升腾的温热水蒸气,而从进气口进入所述雾化腔的含尘冷空气遇到温热水蒸气后,使水蒸气以灰尘颗粒为凝结核大量液化,将灰尘颗粒包裹的水滴又落回贮水腔,从而将灰尘除去;由于进气气流无需进入水体,因此大幅减小了进气阻力,因此进气扇的功率较小,无明显噪音,另外,该净化器只需定期更换贮水腔中的水体即可,并无滤材损耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
在图1所示的实施例一中,该仿生态空气净化器包括基壳1,所述基壳1底部设有一个贮水腔10,其内设有电加热管2;所述贮水腔10上方为雾化腔11;所述雾化腔11上方为配设有进气扇3的进气口110;所述雾化腔11的侧面设有出气口111;所述基壳1上还设有所述贮水腔10的进水口100与排水口101;本实施例一中,所述进水口100设于进气口110侧面,呈漏斗状,以便于进水;所述排水口101设于贮水腔10下部,配设排水开关装置,也可以配设排水管。
另外,在实施例一中,所述雾化腔11内设有一段从所述进气口110向下延伸的限制管13;所述限制管13的下端口低于所述出气口111,并高于贮水腔10的液面,使从所述进气口110进入雾化腔11内的气流需向下绕过限制管13的端口后才能流向所述出气口111;以防进气气流直接流向出气口111。所述限制管13的端口至贮水腔10之间的一段空间中还连接有过滤布袋4,使从限制管13流出的气流需透过所述过滤布袋4后再流向所述出气口111;这样,可以使气流中残留的灰尘被阻隔在过滤布袋4内表面,以实现彻底除尘。并且,实施例一中,还在所述限制管13内架设有三层向上拱起的拱形网板5,所述拱形网板5由相互靠近的、由限制管13中心向外周辐射的径向细杆周向阵列而成,使凝聚于拱形网板5上的液体沿所述径向细杆流向限制管13的内壁,并向下流动,对所述过滤布袋4的表面进行冲洗;从而实现过滤布袋4的自动清洗,使其始终保持较小的过滤阻力。
上述的净化器,所述出气口111上还张结有金属网板6,进一步限制雾汽流出出气口111。
上述仿生态空气净化器在使用过程中,贮水腔10内被加热的水体产生大量向上升腾的温热水蒸气,而从进气口110进入所述雾化腔11的含尘冷空气遇到温热水蒸气后,使水蒸气以灰尘颗粒为凝结核大量液化,将灰尘颗粒包裹的水滴又落回贮水腔10,从而将灰尘除去;由于进气气流无需进入水体,因此大幅减小了进气阻力,因此进气扇3的功率较小,无明显噪音,另外,该净化器只需定期更换贮水腔10中的水体即可,并无滤材损耗。
实施例二:
对于图2所示的实施例二,与实施例一不同的是,所述贮水腔10内漂浮有一个由保温材质构成的水槽8;所述水槽8上底部开设有细孔,所述贮水腔10内的水体透过所述细孔,在所述水槽8内形成一个薄水层;所述贮水腔10上方架设一个红外加热灯7,所述红外加热灯7面向所述水槽8;由于水槽8由保温材质构成,且所述细孔中的水体由于较细,基本无对流功能,导热性较差,从而使所述贮水腔10内,始终只有所述水槽8中的一个薄水层被加热,从而使水槽8中的水体可快速沸腾,产生大量蒸汽,而减少因对贮水腔10内的水体整体加热而造成的热量浪费。

Claims (5)

1.一种仿生态空气净化器,包括基壳(1),其特征在于:所述基壳底部设有一个贮水腔(10),所述贮水腔(10)上方为雾化腔(11);所述雾化腔(11)上方为配设有进气扇(3)的进气口(110);所述雾化腔(11)的侧面设有出气口(111);所述基壳(1)内设有使贮水腔(10)产生温热水蒸气的加热装置;所述基壳(1)上还设有所述贮水腔(10)的排水口(101)与进水口(100);所述贮水腔(10)内漂浮有一个由保温材质构成的水槽(8);所述水槽(8)上底部开设有细孔,所述贮水腔(10)内的水体透过所述细孔,在所述水槽(8)内形成一个薄水层;所述贮水腔(10)上方架设一个红外加热灯(7),所述红外加热灯(7)面向所述水槽(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿生态空气净化器,其特征在于:所述出气口(111)上张结有金属网板(6),以限制雾汽流出出气口(111)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仿生态空气净化器,其特征在于:所述雾化腔(11)内设有一段从所述进气口(110)向下延伸的限制管(13);所述限制管(13)的下端口低于所述出气口(111),并高于贮水腔(10)的液面,使从所述进气口(110)进入雾化腔(11)内的气流需向下绕过限制管(13)的端口后才能流向所述出气口(111)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的仿生态空气净化器,其特征在于:所述限制管(13)的端口至贮水腔(10)之间的一段空间中连接有过滤布袋(4),使从限制管(13)流出的气流需透过所述过滤布袋(4)后再流向所述出气口(111)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的仿生态空气净化器,其特征在于:所述限制管(13)内架设有一层以上向上拱起的拱形网板(5),所述拱形网板(5)由相互靠近的、由限制管(13)中心向外周辐射的径向细杆周向阵列而成,使凝聚于拱形网板(5)上的液体沿所述径向细杆流向限制管(13)的内壁,并向下流动,对所述过滤布袋(4)的表面进行冲洗。
