技术领域
本发明涉及医药技术领域，具体为一种祛斑药物及其制取方法。
背景技术
黄褐斑是一种发生于颜面的色素增生性皮肤病，其临床表现以面部对称性呈蝴蝶状，或局限性淡褐色或褐色斑片为特点，好发于中青年女性。成斑的原因有多种，与性格情绪、饮食习惯、生理因素如肝气不调积于面部、服用药物和紫外线照射等因素都有关系。中医认为黄褐斑的发生，肝郁、脾湿、肾亏是因，气血瘀阻、肌肤失养是果。这些色斑不仅影响人的外观，还对患者带来身心痛苦。在上世纪八、九十年代人们用外用涂抹品，随时间流失人们发现其疗效不理想，近十年来人们逐渐认识到对慢性病只有中医疗效好，于是出现多种祛斑美白的中药，但它没有从根本上解决病因，所以有复发和疗效不彻底的情况，我经长期观察研究发明一种祛斑药物。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种祛斑药物及其制取方法。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种祛斑药物，其特征在于：由下述重量的原料药物组成：香附8-14克，制柴胡10-15克元参10-20克，白茯苓10-15克，白术5-15克，黄芪8-13克，白芷7-15克，常青藤5-10克，桔叶5-10克，红枣5-10克，薄荷2-6克。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种祛斑药物的制取方法，其特征在于：将祛斑药物中所述的混合物进行水煎，将上述药物混合物加入1000克的水，超声波加热提取，去除固体残渣，即得药物。
作为改进，优选的超声波提取方法是将除薄荷之外的原料组分于80-90℃温度超声波提取1-2小时，然后再加入薄荷继续提取，取其提取液，即得本发明药物。
作为改进，采用中药制剂的常规方法制成内服的祛斑药物汤剂、丸剂或胶囊剂。
根据上述方案可以看出本发明具有如下优点：本发明的祛斑药物各中药组份：柴胡、桔叶二药结合辅于香附具有疏肝、理气、解郁、引气上下行之功效；元参、常青藤两药具有活血化瘀并推动药力之功效；两组药共用消除致病之根本。气郁血郁，郁久必虚，用黄芪、白术、红枣三药健脾益气，补益肝肾之阴，使脾、肝、肾脏腑功能复常。白芷、白茯苓二药有祛风除湿、活血化脓治疗面部粉刺、褐斑、雀斑，消除面部色素沉着之功效。再加薄荷有透疹，扩张毛细血管和橘叶消肿散结之功效，使原暗斑消散并排出体外。因此本发明具有疏肝理气解郁、活血化瘀、补肝肾益气、消除面部色素沉着之功能。
本发明与常规治疗黄褐斑药物相比具有以下优点：本发明从根和表上同时治疗黄祸斑等面部色斑，治疗效果好，治愈率高，无任何副作用。而且所用的药物原料都易于从市场上获得，本发明祛斑药物的制备方法简单成本低，具有很强的推广应用价值。
本发明适应症：黄褐斑，雀斑，蝴蝶斑。
使用方法：药剂，一日三次服，每次100毫升，7天为一个疗程，连续服用两个疗程。丸剂，每日早中晚各口服20丸。胶囊剂，每日三次每次8粒。在临床实践中，由气血不畅、内分泌失调所引起的黄褐斑等面部色斑患者服用7-14天也就是1-2个疗程，面部色斑即可明显消退，重患者可加服用1-2疗程。片剂、丸剂、胶囊剂服用时年龄在14岁以下，体质弱者酌减，妇女经期忌用，有出血顷向忌用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
一种祛斑药物，其特征在于它由下述重量的原料药物组成：香附8-14克，制柴胡10-15克元参10-20克，白茯苓10-15克，白术5-15克，黄芪8-13克，白芷7-15克，常青藤5-10克，桔叶5-10克，红枣5-10克，薄荷2-6克。
实施案例1
制香附10克，制柴胡15克，元参15克，白茯苓12克，白术10克，常青藤7克，桔叶6克，红枣10克，混合放入超声波提取器中，并加入1000克水，用超声波提取1小时，加入薄荷3克，继续用超声波提取20分钟，去除固体残渣，即可制得本发明的药剂。
实施案例2
取制香附10克，制柴胡12克，元参15克，白茯苓12克，白术10克，常青藤6克，桔叶6克，红枣6克，充分烘干后和薄荷3克分别研磨成粉末，加入适量的蜂蜜，制成本发明的丸剂。
实施案例3
取制香附12克，制柴胡15克，元参12克，白茯苓15克，白术10克，常青藤6克，桔叶6克，红枣8克，充分烘干后和薄荷3克分别研磨成粉末，可制成本发明胶囊剂。
使用本发明药物对病程在3个月至10年的70例黄褐斑、雀斑、蝴蝶斑等面部色斑患者进行临床治疗并就疗效进行统计：其中女67例，男3例，年龄最小21岁，最大者44岁，平均年龄34.1岁，治愈59例，达84.2％，好转9例，占12.8％，无效2例，占3％。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述，该描述没有限制性。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示，在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下，不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例，均应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种祛斑药物，其特征在于：由下述重量的原料药物组成：香附8-14克，制柴胡10-15克元参10-20克，白茯苓10-15克，白术5-15克，黄芪8-13克，白芷7-15克，常青藤5-10克，桔叶5-10克，红枣5-10克，薄荷2-6克。
2.一种祛斑药物的制取方法，其特征在于：将按权利要求1所述的混合物进行水煎，将上述药物混合物加入1000克的水，超声波加热提取，去除固体残渣，即得药物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的祛斑药物的制取方法，其特征在于：优选的超声波提取方法是将除薄荷之外的原料组分于80-90℃温度超声波提取1-2小时，然后再加入薄荷继续提取，取其提取液，即得本发明药物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的祛斑药物的制取方法，其特征在于：采用中药制剂的常规方法制成内服的祛斑药物汤剂、丸剂或胶囊剂。
