本发明涉及水下设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种水下应答器耐压壳体,其包括接收端组件、耐压舱、发送端组件,所述发送端组件包括水密法兰、换能器防护支架及换能器防护支架固定柱;所述接收端组件包括开口法兰、不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架及不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱;所述耐压舱中放置有电池舱。本发明可作为激光干涉接收式水声应答器的耐压壳体,既能够耐受高静水压以保障水声应答器的有效工作,又能具备良好的透声性能,能够有效提高水声应答器的水密封效果、不影响水声应答器的敏感度,显著提高了水声应答器的可靠性和稳定性。

一种水下应答器耐压壳体
技术领域
本发明涉及水下设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种水下应答器耐压壳体。
背景技术
水下应答器设备主要装备于深海环境,因此它必须在深水工作,并具备尽可能完善的声学性能。水下应答设备的外形多为圆筒形,其壳体最主要和最薄弱的部分是圆筒壳体,因此设计最小自重并满足最大工作深度要求的圆筒壳体是目前水下应答设备壳体的一项关键技术。
综上所述,在水下设备技术领域亟需提供一种可作为激光干涉接收式水声应答器的耐压壳体、既能够耐受高静水压以保障水声应答器的有效工作、又能具备良好的透声性能、能够有效提高水声应答器的水密封效果、不影响水声应答器的敏感度、显著提高水声应答器的可靠性和稳定性的水下应答器耐压壳体。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可作为激光干涉接收式水声应答器的耐压壳体、既能够耐受高静水压以保障水声应答器的有效工作、又能具备良好的透声性能、能够有效提高水声应答器的水密封效果、不影响水声应答器的敏感度、显著提高水声应答器的可靠性和稳定性的水下应答器耐压壳体。
本发明为实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种水下应答器耐压壳体,其包括接收端组件、耐压舱、发送端组件,所述发送端组件包括水密法兰、换能器防护支架及换能器防护支架固定柱;所述接收端组件包括开口法兰、不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架及不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱;所述耐压舱中设置有电池舱、电路板;所述水密法兰、开口法兰分别连接于耐压舱两端,所述换能器防护支架及换能器防护支架固定柱固定于水密法兰上,所述不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架及不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱固定于开口法兰上;
进一步地,所述水密法兰带有螺纹开孔,用于固定柱形的换能器;
进一步地,所述换能器防护支架固定柱为4个;
进一步地,所述开口法兰上开有可用于固定监测水声振动的不锈钢薄片振动模块的孔;
进一步地,所述不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱为4个;
进一步地,所述耐压舱中放置有2个串联的电池舱,所述电池舱通过电池舱固定架固定于水密法兰上;
进一步地,所述2个串联的电池舱引出2个电池接线点为电路板供电,电路板通过固定柱固定在电路板固定架上,所述电路板固定架固定在所述开口法兰上;
进一步地,所述电路板上设置有电路板与压电陶瓷换能器连接头;
进一步地,所述水密法兰、开口法兰、耐压舱与上述两种法兰的接触面上均设有凹槽,装有O型密封圈。
本发明可作为激光干涉接收式水声应答器的耐压壳体,既能够耐受高静水压以保障水声应答器的有效工作,又能具备良好的透声性能,能够有效提高水声应答器的水密封效果、不影响水声应答器的敏感度,显著提高水声应答器的可靠性和稳定性。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种水下应答器耐压壳体,其包括接收端组件、耐压舱、发送端组件,所述发送端组件包括水密法兰1、换能器防护支架2及换能器防护支架固定柱3;所述水密法兰具有水密法兰固定柱16;使用时,可将压电陶瓷换能器17置于换能器防护支架内,压电陶瓷换能器连接头18露于耐压舱内;所述接收端组件包括开口法兰4、不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架5及不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱6;所述耐压舱7中设置有电池舱8、电路板9;所述水密法兰、开口法兰分别连接于耐压舱两端,所述换能器防护支架及换能器防护支架固定柱固定于水密法兰上,所述不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架及不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱固定于开口法兰上;所述水密法兰带有螺纹开孔,用于固定柱形的换能器;所述换能器防护支架固定柱为4个。所述开口法兰上开有可用于固定监测水声振动的不锈钢薄片振动模块的孔15。所述不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱为4个。所述耐压舱中放置有2个串联的电池舱,所述电池舱通过电池舱固定架10固定于水密法兰上。所述2个串联的电池舱引出2个电池接线点11为电路板供电,电路板通过固定柱12固定在电路板固定架13上,所述电路板固定架固定在所述开口法兰上。所述电路板上设置有电路板与压电陶瓷换能器连接头14。所述水密法兰、开口法兰、耐压舱与上述两种法兰的接触面上均设有凹槽,装有O型密封圈。所述耐压舱外设置有堵头19及气密性检测防水堵头20。

1.一种水下应答器耐压壳体,其特征在于,其包括接收端组件、耐压舱、发送端组件,所述发送端组件包括水密法兰、换能器防护支架及换能器防护支架固定柱;所述接收端组件包括开口法兰、不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架及不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱;所述耐压舱中设置有电池舱、电路板;所述水密法兰、开口法兰分别连接于耐压舱两端,所述换能器防护支架及换能器防护支架固定柱固定于水密法兰上,所述不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架及不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱固定于开口法兰上;所述水密法兰带有螺纹开孔,用于固定柱形的换能器;
所述换能器防护支架固定柱为4个;
所述开口法兰上开有可用于固定监测水声振动的不锈钢薄片振动模块的孔;
所述不锈钢振动薄片模块防护支架固定柱为4个;
所述耐压舱中放置有2个串联的电池舱,所述电池舱通过电池舱固定架固定于水密法兰上;
