本发明属于化工设备技术领域,涉及汽车尾气后处理技术领域,具体地说是一种尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,包括外筒体,所述外筒体进气端固定有孔管,孔管内置缩颈锥管,孔管前端固定筒状连接端盖,孔管内端固定连接进气堵盖,所述连接端盖外侧端部固定连接进气管,连接端盖的端面配合设置尿素喷嘴;所述外筒体内腔、对应于孔管的后端固定设置载体,出气孔管通过隔板及出气端盖固定于外筒体的出气端。该催化转化器布局合理,结构紧凑,占用空间少,能有效提高催化转化效率。

尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器
技术领域
本发明属于化工设备技术领域,涉及汽车尾气后处理技术领域,具体地说是一种尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器。
背景技术
近年来,SCR技术因具有使用耐久性好等特点,已成为柴油机后处理领域中的主流机外净化技术。随着柴油车排放法规的日益严格,SCR后处理***也将朝着运行更加可靠、产品性能和燃油经济性更佳的目标发展。通常,评价SCR性能的指标是满足排气背压的前提下使NOx排放量满足排放标准。在设计中具体体现为产品背压、载体前端面的速度均匀及SCR前端面的NH3均匀性满足设计要求。传统SCR技术,将尿素喷嘴通过连接座安置在排气管上,设计困难,且易因雾化不充分而产生尿素结晶。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,该催化转化器布局合理,结构紧凑,占用空间少,能有效提高催化转化效率。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,其特征在于:包括外筒体,所述外筒体进气端固定有孔管,孔管内置缩颈锥管,孔管前端固定筒状连接端盖,孔管内端固定连接进气堵盖,所述连接端盖外侧端部固定连接进气管,连接端盖的端面配合设置尿素喷嘴;所述外筒体内腔、对应于孔管的后端固定设置载体,出气孔管通过隔板及出气端盖固定于外筒体的出气端。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述缩颈锥管外口大、内口小。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述孔管通过进气外端盖、进气内端盖固定连接于外筒体的进气端。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述出气孔管设置于外筒体内部靠下方的位置处。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述进气管的进气末端形成进气缩口管。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述连接端盖呈锥筒状,尿素喷嘴设置于连接端盖的锥形面上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,:所述外筒体对应于孔管处形成进气腔,进气腔与外筒体内壁之间填充隔热棉。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明产品结构紧凑,占用空间少;解决了尿素热解、水解环境温度偏低的问题;解决了管路过长而产生的尿素混合管均匀性与废气保温效果之前的矛盾(因为管路越长尿素混合越均匀,但是气流进入转化器的温度也越低);合理的混合结构,显著提高气流及尿素混合的均匀性,从实现了较高NOx催化转化效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1中,包括进气管1、尿素喷嘴2、进气缩口管3、进气外端盖4、进气内端盖5、孔管6、外筒体7、载体8、出气孔管9、出气端盖10、隔板11、衬垫12、进气堵墙13、内筒体14、隔热垫15、缩颈锥管16、连接端盖17等。
如图1所示,本发明是一种尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,包括外筒体7,所述外筒体7进气端固定有孔管6,孔管6内置缩颈锥管16,孔管6前端固定筒状连接端盖17,孔管6内端固定连接进气堵盖13,进气堵盖13设计为半圆形,目的是增大尿素溶液的雾化空间,所述连接端盖17外侧端部固定连接进气管1,连接端盖17的端面配合设置尿素喷嘴2;所述外筒体7内腔、对应于孔管6的后端固定设置载体8,出气孔管9通过隔板11及出气端盖10固定于外筒体7的出气端。
缩颈锥管16外口大、内口小。
孔管6通过进气外端盖4、进气内端盖5固定连接于外筒体7的进气端。
出气孔管9设置于外筒体7内部靠下方的位置处。
进气管1的进气末端形成进气缩口管3,当废气进入后可以被加速,利用吹散喷入的尿素溶液。在进气缩口管3的加速作用下,废气与尿素溶液混合后,大部分通过孔管6上的孔洞进一步混合作用后流入进气腔,并通过载体8内部,经载体整流后由出气孔管9流出。
连接端盖17呈锥筒状,尿素喷嘴2设置于连接端盖17的锥形面上,尿素喷嘴2的中心线延长至缩颈锥管16上,使得尿素溶液着壁破碎。
外筒体7对应于孔管6处形成进气腔,进气腔与外筒体7内壁之间填充隔热棉15,隔热棉15用以保证进气腔中尿素热解及水解的环境温度,放置温度过低引起尿素结晶。载体8与外筒体7内壁之间设置衬垫12。
本发明产品中的孔管6及出气孔管9两者圆周表面均布设有若干孔洞,供气体通过。
在国四及之前的产品中,传统的SCR后处理***布置方式是将尿素喷嘴布置在催化转化器前端的排气管路上。由于尿素在此混合管内的热解、水解及混合效果直接影响SCR***的性能,因此在产品设计过程中对该管路存在严格要求,如该管路与转化器的距离要求、几何形状要求、保温性能要求等。
本发明产品在前期开发阶段,设计人员和分析人员都要花费大量的精力对该段管路进行优化;后期又要想尽办法解决该段管路的保温问题。另外,由于整车中布置空间的限制,按传统布置方式的设计很难在有限空间内满足设计要求。将尿素喷嘴集成到SCR催化转化器上,不但可以解决空间布置的问题,还可以使整体结构更加简单。
目前,常规尿素喷嘴集成式SCR***面临的最大难题是由于混合距离短、空间小而出现NOx催化转化效率低的问题。

Claims (7)

1.一种尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,其特征在于:包括外筒体(7),所述外筒体(7)进气端固定有孔管(6),孔管(6)内置缩颈锥管(16),孔管(6)前端固定筒状连接端盖(17),孔管(6)内端固定连接进气堵盖(13),所述连接端盖(17)外侧端部固定连接进气管(1),连接端盖(17)的端面配合设置尿素喷嘴(2);所述外筒体(7)内腔、对应于孔管(6)的后端固定设置载体(8),出气孔管(9)通过隔板(11)及出气端盖(10)固定于外筒体(7)的出气端。
2.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,其特征在于:所述缩颈锥管(16)外口大、内口小。
3.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,其特征在于:所述孔管(6)通过进气外端盖(4)、进气内端盖(5)固定连接于外筒体(7)的进气端。
4.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,其特征在于:所述出气孔管(9)设置于外筒体(7)内部靠下方的位置处。
5.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,其特征在于:所述进气管(1)的进气末端形成进气缩口管(3)。
6.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,其特征在于:所述连接端盖(17)呈锥筒状,尿素喷嘴(2)设置于连接端盖(17)的锥形面上。
7.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴集成式SCR催化转化器,其特征在于:所述外筒体(7)对应于孔管(6)处形成进气腔,进气腔与外筒体(7)内壁之间填充隔热棉(15)。
