本发明公开了一种定位效果好的保温砖,包括砖体,砖体内设有保温体,所述砖体上设有容纳所述保温体的保温通槽,所述的保温通槽包括前通槽和后通槽,所述保温体为保温砖,前通槽或后通槽内的两块保温体中,其中一保温体的上端面低于砖体的上端面,其下端面延伸出砖体的下端面,另一保温体的上端面延伸出砖体的上端面,其下端面高于砖体的下端面,所述前通槽和后通槽的中间设有中部通槽,所述砖体的上端面与下端面之间贯通设有1个上用于钢筋穿过用的穿孔,解决传统建筑用砖保温效果不佳,拼接时定位不精确的问题。

一种定位效果好的保温砖
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种定位效果好的保温砖。
【背景技术】
现在人们对建筑材料的要求以及越来越高,已经不仅仅局限于单纯的牢度,人们已经开始对砖体提出了其他更高的要求,比如砖体的保温性能如何,因为现在人们在室内生活时,都会开启空调,如果墙体上的砖体保温性能不佳,会使得室内的热量与外界的热量交换过于频繁,这会使得空调之类的家电能耗更大。
由于现在传统的建筑工艺,砖体拼接时都是工人经验来拼接,没有一个很好的对准参照,砌墙面时容易造成墙面倾斜。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的问题就是提供一种定位效果好的保温砖,解决传统建筑用砖保温效果不佳,拼接时定位不精确的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种定位效果好的保温砖,包括砖体,砖体内设有保温体,所述砖体上设有容纳所述保温体的保温通槽,所述的保温通槽包括前通槽和后通槽,所述保温体为保温砖,前通槽或后通槽内的两块保温体中,其中一保温体的上端面低于砖体的上端面,其下端面延伸出砖体的下端面,另一保温体的上端面延伸出砖体的上端面,其下端面高于砖体的下端面,所述砖体在前通槽和后通槽的中间设有中部通槽,所述砖体的上端面与下端面之间贯通设有1个上用于钢筋穿过用的穿孔。
优选的,所述前通槽和后通槽的顶部均与砖体的左侧壁、右侧壁相通形成两个相互平行的顶部横槽,所述前通槽和后通槽的底部均与砖体的左侧壁、右侧壁相通形成两个相互平行的底部横槽。
优选的,所述保温体为T型状,包括横向段和竖向段,所述横向段其中一部分内嵌在顶部横槽或底部横槽中,另一部分延伸出砖体的上端面或下端面,所述竖向段整个内嵌在前通槽或后通槽中。
优选的,所述砖体的左侧壁或右侧壁上在前通槽和后通槽之间设有往外凸起的侧凸筋,另一侧壁上设有与侧凸筋位置对应的侧凹槽。
优选的,所述侧凹槽的上下两端面分别延伸至砖体的上端面和下端面。
优选的,所述的侧凸筋为多条横向凸筋和竖向凸筋所组成的网格状凸起。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中的砖体内设置了两层保温体,保温效果更佳,而且传统的砖体,两块保温砖之间拼接时中间会不可避免地产生缝隙,该缝隙要是泥浆填充不严实,对整个墙体的保温效果影响非常大,所以本发明中将两层保温体作为两块保温砖拼接时的定位块,拼接时,其中一保温体的上端***另一个砖体底部内实现拼接,从而使得相邻保温砖之间的缝隙被保温体隔断挡住,而且由于挡住材质是保温材质,保温效果更好,另外,本发明中增加了供钢筋穿过的穿孔,砌墙时,先固定好钢筋,然后将保温砖逐个***到钢筋中,让多个保温砖有一个共同的参照轴,定位更为精确。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合本发明实施例的附图对本发明实施例的技术方案进行解释和说明,但下述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:参照图1~4,一种定位效果好的保温砖,包括砖体1,本实施例砖体1为正方形,正方形的砖体1的所有边缘处均设置倒角,所述砖体1上设有容纳所述保温体2的保温通槽,所述的保温通槽包括前通槽101和后通槽102,前通槽101靠近砖体1的前侧壁,后侧壁靠近砖体1的后侧壁,前通槽101和后通槽102都是贯通整个砖体1的上下端面的,所述保温体2为保温砖,保温砖可以是后期嵌入式的,也可以是通过二次烧结而成,即先烧结砖体1,然后用保温材料二次烧结成保温体2,本实施例中一个砖体1内前后设置两层保温体2,保温效果更好,另外,前通槽101或后通槽102内的两块保温体2中,其中一保温体2的上端面低于砖体1的上端面,其下端面延伸出砖体1的下端面,保温体2的总高度与砖体1的高度一致,另一保温体2的上端面延伸出砖体1的上端面,其下端面高于砖体1的下端面,本实施例中,位于后通槽102中的保温体2上端面延伸出砖体1的上端面,位于前通槽101内的保温体2延伸出砖体1的下端面,后通槽102中保温体2延伸出的高度与前通槽101中保温体2的延伸出的高度一致,在砌墙体时,相邻两个保温砖上下拼接,其中下面保温砖中的位于后侧方的保温体2***上面保温砖的后通槽102中,而上面保温砖中位于前侧方的保温体2***下面保温砖的前通槽101中,为了方便插接,保温体的端面边缘均设置倒角,两层保温体2作为两块保温砖拼接时的定位块,从而使得相邻保温砖之间的缝隙被保温体2隔断挡住,而且由于挡住材质是保温材质,保温效果更好,另外,所述前通槽101和后通槽102的中间设有中部通槽103,所述中部通槽103内设有隔音体3,隔音体3可以是内嵌在砖体1内的隔音棉,也可以是通过隔音材料烧结在砖体1内的隔音转,隔音体3本身具备隔音效果,本发明中隔音体3夹在两层保温体2的中间,其反射的声波会在两层保温体2之间多次反弹消耗,声波消耗越多,隔音效果越好。
为了使得保温体2能完全封住两块保温砖之间的缝隙,所述前通槽101和后通槽102的顶部均与砖体1的左侧壁、右侧壁相通形成两个相互平行的顶部横槽104,所述前通槽101和后通槽102的底部均与砖体1的左侧壁、右侧壁相通形成两个相互平行的底部横槽105,所述保温体2为T型状,包括横向段和竖向段,所述横向段其中一部分内嵌在顶部横槽104或底部横槽105中,另一部分延伸出砖体1的上端面或下端面,所述竖向段整个内嵌在前通槽101或后通槽102中,这样设计后,保温体2中的横向段的左侧端与砖体1的左侧端对齐,横向段的后侧端与砖体1的右侧端对齐,拼接时缝隙完全被保温体2阻断,几乎不会产生漏风的问题,保温效果更好,同时T形状的保温体2定位效果也好,不会产生上下位移。
为了保证左右两块保温砖拼接时,减小其缝隙对保温效果的影响,所述砖体1的左侧壁或右侧壁上在前通槽101和后通槽102之间设有往外凸起的侧凸筋106,另一侧壁上设有与侧凸筋106位置对应的侧凹槽107,本实施例中左侧壁上设置侧凹槽107,右侧壁上设置侧凸筋106,拼接时,侧凸筋106容纳在侧凹槽107内,并用泥浆填实,不仅增加定位效果,还可有效减少缝隙对保温效果的影响。优选的,所述侧凹槽107的上下两端面分别延伸至砖体1的上端面和下端面,该设计后,左右两块保温砖不一定要横向进行对接,上下方向插接时也可实现对接。为了加强横向间拼接牢固度,所述的侧凸筋106为多条横向凸筋和竖向凸筋所组成的网格状凸起,泥浆在网格状凸起内凝固后附着效果更好,同时,网格状凸起对声波消耗比较大,隔音效果好。
为了增强本发明中保温砖的隔音效果,所述中部通槽103的横截面为折线形或波浪形,本实施例中图中列出的为折线形,所述隔音体3的截面形状与中部通槽103的截面形状相匹配,因为声波在折线形或波浪形的隔音体3作用下,其反射得更加无规律,将声波进行分散消耗,同时,本实施例中所述隔音体3表面设有多个凸柱301,声波反射后容易在多个凸柱301之间反弹,声波消耗得越快,隔音效果越好。
由于现在传统的建筑工艺,砖体拼接时都是工人经验来拼接,没有一个很好的对准参照,砌墙面时容易造成墙面倾斜,为了解决这方面的问题,本实施例中所述砖体1的上端面与下端面之间贯通设有1个上用于钢筋4穿过用的穿孔108,本实施例中穿孔108有两个,分别位于隔音体3的两侧,砌墙时,先将两根钢筋4竖直固定在地面上,然后将保温砖上的穿孔108对准两根钢筋4***,每块保温砖拼接是都是采用这种对准拼接,每个保温砖都有统一的参照对准轴,能使得墙面整体性更好,同时,墙面砌完后,钢筋4不必拆除,仍然留在墙体内,可有效增加墙面的强度。
实施例2:如图5所示,与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例中所述隔音体3上用多个异形孔302来代替多个凸柱301,异形孔优选为盲孔,声波在进入异形孔302后不断在孔内反射消耗,直至声波消耗殆尽,隔音效果非常好。

1.一种定位效果好的保温砖,包括砖体,砖体内设有保温体,其特征在于:所述砖体上设有容纳所述保温体的保温通槽,所述的保温通槽包括前通槽和后通槽,所述保温体为保温砖,前通槽或后通槽内的两块保温体中,其中一保温体的上端面低于砖体的上端面,其下端面延伸出砖体的下端面,另一保温体的上端面延伸出砖体的上端面,其下端面高于砖体的下端面,所述砖体在前通槽和后通槽的中间设有中部通槽,所述砖体的上端面与下端面之间贯通设有1个上用于钢筋穿过用的穿孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种定位效果好的保温砖,其特征在于:所述前通槽和后通槽的顶部均与砖体的左侧壁、右侧壁相通形成两个相互平行的顶部横槽,所述前通槽和后通槽的底部均与砖体的左侧壁、右侧壁相通形成两个相互平行的底部横槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种定位效果好的保温砖,其特征在于:所述保温体为T型状,包括横向段和竖向段,所述横向段其中一部分内嵌在顶部横槽或底部横槽中,另一部分延伸出砖体的上端面或下端面,所述竖向段整个内嵌在前通槽或后通槽中。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种定位效果好的保温砖,其特征在于:所述砖体的左侧壁或右侧壁上在前通槽和后通槽之间设有往外凸起的侧凸筋,另一侧壁上设有与侧凸筋位置对应的侧凹槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种定位效果好的保温砖,其特征在于:所述侧凹槽的上下两端面分别延伸至砖体的上端面和下端面。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种定位效果好的保温砖,其特征在于:所述的侧凸筋为多条横向凸筋和竖向凸筋所组成的网格状凸起。
