本发明涉及中药配方领域，具体地说是一种治疗功能性腹泻的中药组合物，其技术特征是，原料组成重量百分比为：吴茱萸10～13%、地锦草8～10%、岗梅根6～8%、梓白皮6～9%、厚朴6～10%、葶苈子5～8%、百合4～7%、草豆蔻4～7%、薤白4～7%、鸡血藤3～6%、三棱2～5%、金钱草2～4%、诃子3～5%、桔梗4～6%、黑皮根2～5%、芡实2～4%、防风2～6%，将上述17味原料药用水浸泡、煎熬后去渣得滤液。本发明成本低，疗效高，同时具有调养肝、脾、肾的功效，无任何毒副作用。

治疗功能性腹泻的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗功能性腹泻的中药组合物。
背景技术
众所周知，功能性腹泻指无任何细菌、病毒感染的腹泻，一般由胃肠功能过强（胃肠揉动过快）引起，本病是一种表现为不伴腹痛，持续性或复发性解软便、水样便的病症。按之有硬块，空腹症状加重。通常采用西药方法治疗，但是效果多不是很好，且西药多有一定的副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗功能性腹泻的中药组合物，低成本，疗效高，同时具有调养肝、脾、肾的功效，无任何毒副作用。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗功能性腹泻的中药组合物，其技术特征是，原料组成重量百分比为：吴茱萸10～13%、地锦草8～10%、岗梅根6～8%、梓白皮6～9%、厚朴6～10%、葶苈子5～8%、百合4～7%、草豆蔻4～7%、薤白4～7%、鸡血藤3～6%、三棱2～5%、金钱草2～4%、诃子3～5%、桔梗4～6%、黑皮根2～5%、芡实2～4%、防风2～6%，将上述17味原料药用水浸泡、煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明有益效果是，成本低，疗效高，同时具有调养肝、脾、肾的功效，无任何毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
采用吴茱萸、地锦草、岗梅根、梓白皮、厚朴、葶苈子、百合、草豆蔻、薤白、鸡血藤、三棱、金钱草、诃子、桔梗、黑皮根、芡实、防风为原料制备而成。其组分（重量%）每付为吴茱萸12、地锦草10、岗梅根8、梓白皮8、厚朴7、葶苈子7、百合5、草豆蔻6、薤白6、鸡血藤6、三棱4、金钱草3、诃子3、桔梗6、黑皮根3、芡实2、防风4。取上述17味原料总重量160克，在室温下加水至900～1100ml，浸泡4小时左右，然后用武火煮沸文火煎熬60～80分钟，去渣得滤液300ml左右，药渣再加水300ml左右，煎熬30分钟左右，去渣得滤液100ml左右，共得400ml左右，即制得中药汤剂，装入有刻度无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用。每日1剂分二次口服，每次空腹服200ml左右。
本发明吴茱萸温中，止痛，理气，燥湿，厥阴头痛，脏寒吐泻，脘腹胀痛，经行腹痛，五更泄泻；地锦草清热解毒，利湿退黄，活血止血。主痢疾，泄泻；岗梅根具有清热解毒，生津止渴，散瘀之功效。常用于感冒，头痛，眩晕，热病烦渴，痧气，热泻；梓白皮清热利湿，降逆止吐，杀虫止痒；厚朴主治：食积气滞，腹胀便秘，湿阻中焦，脘痞吐泻，痰壅气逆；葶苈子泻肺降气，祛痰平喘，利水消肿，泄逐邪；百合养阴润肺，清心安神。主阴虚久嗽，痰中带血，热病后期；草豆蔻用于寒湿内阻，脘腹胀满冷痛，嗳气呕逆，不思饮食等证；薤白通阳散结，行气导滞。用于胸痹疼痛，痰饮咳喘，泄痢后重；鸡血藤具有活血舒筋，养血调经的功效，主治风湿痹痛，手足麻木；三棱具有破血行气，消积止痛的功效。用于症瘕痞块，痛经，瘀血经闭，胸痹心痛，食积胀痛；金钱草利水通淋、清热解毒、散瘀消肿、清利湿热；诃子具有涩肠止泻，敛肺止咳，降火利咽之功效。常用于久泻久痢，便血脱肛；黑皮根健脾益胃，补肾固精。治慢性胃炎，脾胃亏损，食欲不振，四肢无力；桔梗宣肺，利咽，祛痰，排脓。用于咳嗽痰多，胸闷不畅，咽痛；芡实具有益肾固精，补脾止泻，除湿止带之功效。常用于遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，脾虚久泻；防风有祛风解表，胜湿止痛，止痉的功效。17味中草药巧妙组方，药物相互协调作用，共奏功能性腹泻之特效。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例（重量百分比）混合的实施例来实现，其制备方法与及治疗方法与实施例1相同，其含量如下表所示。
下面结合我院，即山东省威海市中心医院进行的临床试验对本发明作进一步详细地描述：
一般资料：
病历来源80例，其中男性28例，女性52例，年龄17～61岁，病程3个月至4年，平均2.1年。
病例选择：
诊断标准参照《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准》病证诊断疗效标准ZY／T001.1-94。典型症状：晨起泄泻，大便夹有不消化食物，脐腹冷痛，喜暖，形寒肢冷。
纳入病例标准凡符合罗马Ⅲ功能性腹泻、肠易激综合征和中医辨证标准者，可纳入临床观察病历。
治疗方法：
服用实施例1汤剂，每日1剂分二次口服，每次空腹服200ml左右，共服用6周。
疗效判定标准：
治愈：不适症状消失；有效：不适症状基本消失；无效：不适症状无变化。
治疗结果：
治愈71例，有效7例，无效2例，总有效率97.5%
典型病例：
胡某，女，46岁，腹泻20天，西医诊断功能性腹泻，脾肾两虚，肝脾失调，固涩失常，服用本发明的中药汤剂4个周，腹泻治愈。
姜某，男，52岁，腹泻2个多月，一日4-5次，偶尔腹痛，检查上腹B超、肠镜、胃镜，血生化、大便常规均正常，***、服西药无效。服用本发明的中药汤剂5个周，逐渐好转，最后完全治愈。
孙某，女，61岁，腹泻20天，西医诊断功能性腹泻，脾肾两虚，肝脾失调，固涩失常，服本发明的中药汤剂3个周，腹泻治愈。

1.一种治疗功能性腹泻的中药组合物，其技术特征在于，原料组成重量百分比为：吴茱萸10～13%、地锦草8～10%、岗梅根6～8%、梓白皮6～9%、厚朴6～10%、葶苈子5～8%、百合4～7%、草豆蔻4～7%、薤白4～7%、鸡血藤3～6%、三棱2～5%、金钱草2～4%、诃子3～5%、桔梗4～6%、黑皮根2～5%、芡实2～4%、防风2～6%，将上述17味原料药用水浸泡、煎熬后去渣得滤液。
