Abstract

本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体公开一种配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,包括硬质内窥镜主体及可与其拆卸式方式配套使用的检查用鞘管,所述硬质内窥镜主体包括硬质工作端部、冷光源接头、数据接头或目镜输入端,所述检查用鞘管包括鞘管轴,所述鞘管轴的前端口处一体化设有用于封闭前端口的充气式球囊,所述充气式球囊为透明体,所述鞘管轴内通入带单向阀的导气管,所述鞘管轴的后端部设有与硬质内窥镜主体配合的鞘管卡口。该内窥镜能利用充盈膨大的高度透明球囊固定并扩张病变部位,有效撑开人体自然腔道皱褶,使***位镜下视野清晰、直观,且检查时无需充液或充气,不会发生气体或液体残留或泄漏,减少发生术中或术后并发症的风险。

Description

一种配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜
技术领域
本发明属于医用器械领域,具体涉及微创外科检查的一种核心医疗工具,即一种带球囊鞘管的检查内窥镜。
背景技术
目前,内窥镜在医生诊断或治疗疾病上都有广泛地应用,医生可以通过人体的自然腔道***硬质内窥镜,从而在无创或微创的前提下观察到特定器官或组织的病变。但人体自然腔道一般具有皱褶,且会对***的内窥镜施加一定的压力,造成镜下视野不清晰,内窥镜活动困难,甚至对周围组织造成损伤。目前普遍采用充气或充液的方法对待检部位或周围腔道内壁进行膨胀,但充气或充液容易导致气体或液体泄漏及残留,可能造成严重的后果。
充气球囊是一种由柔性材料制成的球囊,可利用充入空气的可压缩性实现弹性作用。在医学方面,球囊主要应用于导尿管、气管插管、球囊扩张术以及球囊电子小肠镜,对周围组织起固定、扩张、保护、隔振的作用,对器械起夹持和协助推进的作用。
目前,还没发现一种将带球囊型的诊疗鞘管与内窥镜进行紧密结合的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,公开一种配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,该内窥镜能利用充盈膨大的高度透明球囊固定并扩张病变部位,有效撑开人体自然腔道皱褶,使***位镜下视野清晰、直观,且检查时无需充液或充气,不会发生气体或液体残留或泄漏,减少发生术中或术后并发症的风险。
为了克服上述技术目的,本发明是按以下技术方案实现的:
本发明所述的一种配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,包括硬质内窥镜主体及可与其拆卸式方式配套使用的检查用鞘管,所述硬质内窥镜主体包括硬质工作端部、冷光源接头、数据接头或目镜输入端,所述检查用鞘管包括鞘管轴,所述鞘管轴的前端口处一体化设有用于封闭前端口的充气式球囊,所述充气式球囊为透明体,所述鞘管轴内通入带单向阀的导气管,通过导气管可向球囊内部进行充气或抽取球囊内气体;所述鞘管轴的后端部设有与硬质内窥镜主体配合的鞘管卡口。
作为上述技术的进一步改进,所述导气管尾端进气口与气压测压表相连,所述气压测压表上设有充气球茎及释放按钮,通过气压测压表的充气球茎及释放按钮可对前端球囊的内压力进行调节,所述检查用鞘管在实际操作时应与气压测压表连接,对球囊内压力进行密切监控,以防压力过大造成球囊破裂或球囊过度压迫造成周围组织损伤。
在本发明中,所述球囊为高容量低压球囊,未充盈时为稍突出鞘管轴先端的半球形,直径等于鞘管轴先端部的外径;所述球囊充气后为球型,膨胀突出鞘管轴的先端部。
在本发明中,所述鞘管轴与导气管为一体化设计。
在本发明中,所述鞘管轴的制造材料为医用高分子材料或纳米材料或金属材料或橡胶材料或塑料材料,为一次性或非一次性使用,所述鞘管轴与人体的接触面涂有亲水润滑涂层,降低进入人体腔道的阻力,减少对周围组织的磨擦。
在本发明中,所述硬质工作端部的先端部设计成钝型,有效避免损伤黏膜组织。
在本发明中,所述球囊由医用硅胶或柔性医用高分子或纳米材料制成,具有低表面能、高弹、无毒、耐老化的特性,且具有很强的韧性,能适应外部压力并维持球囊的固有形状;所述球囊无论充气前后,均为高度透明且表面光滑,保证镜下视野清晰;
在本发明中,所述硬质内窥镜主体为一次性或非一次性使用的2D或3D硬质内窥镜,其可为宫腔镜或***镜或直肠镜或乙状结肠镜或输尿管镜或膀胱镜或咽喉镜,其采用的光学***为电子CCD光学***或棱镜光学***或光纤纤维光学***。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所述的配合球囊鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,鞘管轴先端端口处所设的球囊表面光滑且高度透明,通过适度膨胀充盈的球囊可固定并扩张人体腔道内壁,使镜下视野更加清晰,获得更佳的诊断效果。检查时,医生可通过球囊的适度充放气,操作内镜在腔道内自由移动,易化进、退镜的操作过程,缩短手术时间。
(2)本发明中,所述球囊以柔性材料制成,检查时对周围组织及黏膜起保护作用,防止硬质工作端部对黏膜造成损伤,防止穿孔,膨胀作用由先端部的球囊完成,无需充液或充气,不会发生气体或液体残留或泄漏,减少发生术中或术后并发症的风险。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述:
如图1所示,本发明所述的配合球囊鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,包括硬质内窥镜主体1和与之配套的检查用鞘管2。
本发明所述的硬质内窥镜主体1为2D或3D硬质内窥镜,可为一次性也可为非一次性使用。
如图2所示,所述的硬质内窥镜主体1包括硬质工作端部11、光源接头12、目镜输入端或数据接口13,所述硬质工作端部11的先端部111设计成钝型,有效避免损伤黏膜组织的需要。
本发明中,根据所述硬质内窥镜主体是2D硬质内窥镜或者是3D内窥镜,其可以有如下两种结构:
(1)如图3所示,所述硬质内窥镜主体1为2D硬质内窥镜,其硬质工作端部11的先端部111设有导光光纤121及光学镜头131,不设任何通道。
(2)如图4所示,所述硬质内窥镜主体1为3D硬质内窥镜,其硬质工作端部11的先端部111设有独立的两个光学镜头141和151及分别与之对应的CCD成像***,不设任何通道。
如图5、图6所示,所述检查用鞘管2包括鞘管轴21及与硬质内窥镜主体1配合的鞘管卡口22;所述鞘管轴21的前端口处一体化设有用于封闭先端部前端口的充气式球囊23,所述球囊23为透明体,所述鞘管轴21内通入带单向阀的导气管24,所述导气管24与鞘管轴21先端部的球囊23相连,通过导气管24可向球囊内部进行充气或抽取球囊内气体;所述导气管24尾端的进气口25可与气压测压表26相连,所述气压测压表26设有充气球茎27与压力释放按钮28,通过气压测压表26可监测球囊23内压力并对球囊23内压力进行调节。
如图5所示,所述球囊23为高容量低压球囊,未充盈时为稍突出检查用鞘管2先端的半球形,直径等于鞘管轴外径。
如图6、图7所示,所述球囊23充气后为球型,膨出鞘管轴21的先端部,可对待检部位进行膨胀扩张,球囊23的规格及内压力与硬质内窥镜主体1配套,因***部位不同而不同,可根据实际需要通过气压测压表26对球囊23大小及其内压力进行调节,适用性强。
图8~图11示出在充气量由小到大时球囊23的形态变化,局部图示无论充气与否,球囊23均为表面光滑且高度透明。
在本发明中,所述球囊23应由医用硅胶或柔性医用高分子或纳米材料制成,具有低表面能、高弹、无毒、耐老化的特性,高度透明,且具有很强的韧性,能适应外部压力并维持球囊23的固有形状;所述检查用鞘管21与人体的接触面涂有亲水润滑涂层,降低进入人体腔道的阻力,减少对周围组织的磨擦。
在本发明中,所述鞘管轴21的制造材料为医用高分子材料、纳米材料、金属材料、橡胶材料或塑料材料;所述检查用鞘管2可为一次性或非一次性使用。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,凡是对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意味着包含这些改动和变型。

Claims (8)

1.一种配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,包括硬质内窥镜主体及可与其拆卸式方式配套使用的检查用鞘管,所述硬质内窥镜主体包括硬质工作端部、冷光源接头、数据接头或目镜输入端,其特征在于:所述检查用鞘管包括鞘管轴,所述鞘管轴的前端口处一体化设有用于封闭前端口的充气式球囊,所述充气式球囊为透明体,所述鞘管轴内通入带单向阀的导气管,所述鞘管轴的后端部设有与硬质内窥镜主体配合的鞘管卡口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,其特征在于:所述导气管尾端进气口与气压测压表相连,所述气压测压表上设有充气球茎及释放按钮。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,其特征在于:所述球囊为高容量低压球囊,未充盈时为稍突出鞘管轴先端的半球形,直径等于鞘管轴先端部的外径;所述球囊充气后为球型,膨胀突出鞘管轴的先端部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,其特征在于:所述鞘管轴与导气管为一体化设计。
5.根据权利要求4所述的配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,其特征在于:所述鞘管轴由金属、塑料、柔性医用高分子或纳米材料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,其特征在于:所述球囊由高弹性和高韧性的柔性医用高分子或纳米材料制成,球囊鞘管表面涂有润滑涂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,其特征在于:所述硬质工作端部的先端部设计成钝型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的配合球囊型鞘管的检查用硬质内窥镜,其特征在于:所述硬质内窥镜主体为一次性或非一次性使用的2D或3D硬质内窥镜,其可为宫腔镜或***镜或直肠镜或乙状结肠镜或输尿管镜或膀胱镜或咽喉镜,其采用的光学***为电子CCD光学***或棱镜光学***或光纤纤维光学***。
