技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮具,尤其是涉及一种抗菌麂皮皮包。
背景技术
皮包是常见的皮具,常用于随身携带以盛装手机、钱包、钥匙等物品,并且也能够作为装饰之用。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对于皮包的装饰性要求越来越高,而材质上也自然力求高档,以达到彰显身份等装饰效果,普通的猪皮、牛皮已经不能满足成功人士的需要,因此一些高档皮革比如麂皮也广泛应用于皮具制作。
麂皮属于绒面革的一种。由于这种绒面是天然麂皮经过干燥磨绒和染色制得的,所以得名麂皮。后来,因为用猪、羊、牛皮生产的绒面与麂皮相似,所以也叫麂皮。天然麂皮的绒毛是由底板为主体结构,经过表面涂有金刚砂的研磨辊研磨,将皮革的网状蛋白质擦毛,在底板的表面产生一层很细的绒毛,经过电子纤维镜观察到其表面是相互交织的纤维簇,底根和绒毛的纤维较细,这种细密的纤维毛层如遇麂皮特有的外观风格——书写效应。
天然麂皮因其绒毛密集细腻,且皮质高档,非常适合作为皮包使用。但由于收到资源、产量、价格等限制,天然麂皮在很长的岁月里只限于有钱人使用。为满足更多消费者的需求,可以使用人造麂皮。
超细纤维技术与聚氨酯树脂整理的结合,使人造麂皮制品在外观、触感、染色性和复用性等方面都达到了与麂皮绒难以区分的程度。人造麂皮还使天然麂皮本质的诸多不足(如水洗会***且有收缩);品质、尺寸、厚度等均匀性差,易成为碎皮,减少了可利用部分。然而其染色坚牢度差,易发霉等依然存在问题。
目前主要通过改变聚氨酯合成革浆料的性能进行改善,但目前市场上改变聚氨酯合成革浆料透湿性和耐磨性的工艺较复杂,成本较高,效果也不太明显。
综上,本申请的采用人造麂皮作为皮包材质,满足高档,防菌,经济等各方面的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题在于:普通皮包不够高档,且制造成本高,而由于经常使用会有汗渍等,易发霉,对使用者尤其是敏感体质的人士造成健康上的困扰,并且普通皮革的着色性及染色牢度明显不足,不利于作为长期用手摩挲的皮包的材质。
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌麂皮皮包,所述抗菌麂皮皮包,所述皮包具有用于盛装物品的包体和设于包体上部用于悬挂的带子,所述包体具有外侧的面料和内侧的里料,其特征在于,至少所述包体的面料由人造麂皮制成,所述人造麂皮通过在基材上浸渍有合成革浆料制成,且具有抗菌成分。
进一步,所述基材使用的纤维原料是由复合海岛纤维制得的长丝,其中岛组分为PET,海组分为PS,经溶剂溶除PS后单纤的线密度大约为0.01dtex。
进一步,生产工艺流程如下:海岛型复合超细纤维→成网→针刺→基布→PVA浸渍→干燥→浸渍蒲公英橡胶浆料→固化→溶去海组分→磨绒→割片→染色和整理→人造麂皮。
进一步,所述蒲公英橡胶浆料的制备方法如下:
(1)选取俄罗斯蒲公英,剪切3-5cm的根部留用,然后进行清洗;
(2)将清洗干净的根部在气流粉碎机中粉碎成200-300目的颗粒;
(3)将颗粒通过超声波辅助技术处理10-15分钟,然后在超临界二氧化碳流体中进行萃取,温度35~40℃,压力25.0MPa,以95%乙醇为携带剂,乙醇用量30%,动态萃取150分钟,流速为250L/h,萃取获得蒲公英橡胶;
(4)取蒲公英茎叶,将其粉碎、烘干,加入与蒲公英茎叶质量比为1:2的30%双氧水,浸泡60-80分钟,用0.1mol/L的磷酸氢二钠溶液将pH值调节至7-8,再加入蒲公英茎叶质量的3-4%纳米二氧化硅和2-4%丝胶蛋白,在60-70℃温度下搅拌反应2-3小时,再经过抽滤、洗涤后于105-110℃烘箱中烘干4-5小时,获得改性蒲公英茎叶;
(5)按照如下重量份配比准备蒲公英橡胶浆料所需原料:蒲公英橡胶35-40、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶40-55、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2.0-2.5、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3.5-4.5、二甲基硅油1-3、硬脂酸单甘酯0.4-0.5、碱式甲酸铝0.5-0.8、木质粉0.5-0.7、改性蒲公英茎叶4-7、氧化铝粉末28-30、硅藻土3-8、正硅酸乙酯5-8和二甲基甲酰胺65-70;先将二甲基甲酰胺放入反应釜中,通入水蒸汽,升温至80-100℃范围内;然后依次加入蒲公英橡胶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;继续保温反应2-3小时后,再调节pH值为6-7之间;加入其它组成原料,搅拌均匀,降温到室温,过滤,出料。
进一步,所述磨绒采用CSM型磨绒机,工艺条件:布速30m/min,水压2.5kg/cm2;所述染色采用超临界CO2流体染色设备,工艺条件:染色温度为100-105℃,染色压力为20-22MPa,染色时间为30-40min,处方:分散染色剂,液态CO2。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的抗菌麂皮皮包,首先满足了麂皮赋予的高端商业形象,且制造成本低廉,又有能够抗菌的作用,蒲公英橡胶选自俄罗斯蒲公英,来自天然,而且蒲公英本身具有抗菌性,蒲公英橡胶具有抗菌、防霉、除虫等优点,蒲公英茎叶的加入会改善浆料的粘度,提高浆料的性能稳定,而且二者组合使制备得到的人造麂皮具有意想不到的染色坚牢度的提高,特别适合于皮包等皮具产业。

称取原料:蒲公英橡胶40、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶40、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2.0、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3.5、二甲基硅油3、硬脂酸单甘酯0.5、碱式甲酸铝0.8、木质粉0.7、改性蒲公英茎叶7、氧化铝粉末30、硅藻土8、正硅酸乙酯5和二甲基甲酰胺70;先将二甲基甲酰胺放入反应釜中,通入水蒸汽,升温至80-100℃范围内;然后依次加入蒲公英橡胶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;继续保温反应3小时后,再调节pH值为6-7之间;加入其它组成原料,搅拌均匀,降温到室温,过滤,出料。
接着按照如下工艺制备人造麂皮:海岛型复合超细纤维→成网→针刺→基布→PVA浸渍→干燥→浸渍蒲公英橡胶浆料→固化→溶去海组分→磨绒→割片→染色和整理→人造麂皮。
其中,所述磨绒采用CSM型磨绒机,工艺条件:布速30m/min,水压2.5kg/cm2;所述染色采用超临界CO2流体染色设备,工艺条件:染色温度为105℃,染色压力为20MPa,染色时间为35min,处方:分散蓝,液态CO2。
对比例
称取原料:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶80、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2.0、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3.5、二甲基硅油3、硬脂酸单甘酯0.5、碱式甲酸铝0.8、木质粉0.7、氧化铝粉末30、硅藻土8、正硅酸乙酯5和二甲基甲酰胺70;先将二甲基甲酰胺放入反应釜中,通入水蒸汽,升温至80-100℃范围内;然后依次加入蒲公英橡胶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;继续保温反应3小时后,再调节pH值为6-7之间;加入其它组成原料,搅拌均匀,降温到室温,过滤,出料。
接着按照如下工艺制备人造麂皮:海岛型复合超细纤维→成网→针刺→基布→PVA浸渍→干燥→浸渍蒲公英橡胶浆料→固化→溶去海组分→磨绒→割片→染色和整理→人造麂皮。
其中,所述磨绒采用CSM型磨绒机,工艺条件:布速30m/min,水压2.5kg/cm2;所述染色采用超临界CO2流体染色设备,工艺条件:染色温度为105℃,染色压力为20MPa,染色时间为35min,处方:分散蓝,液态CO2。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗菌麂皮皮包,所述抗菌麂皮皮包,所述皮包具有用于盛装物品的包体和设于包体上部用于悬挂的带子,所述包体具有外侧的面料和内侧的里料,其特征在于,至少所述包体的面料由人造麂皮制成,所述人造麂皮通过在基材上浸渍有合成革浆料制成,且具有抗菌成分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌麂皮皮包,其特征在于,所述基材使用的纤维原料是由复合海岛纤维制得的长丝,其中岛组分为PET,海组分为PS,经溶剂溶除PS后单纤的线密度大约为0.01dtex。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌麂皮皮包,其特征在于,所述人造麂皮的生产工艺流程如下:海岛型复合超细纤维→成网→针刺→基布→PVA浸渍→干燥→浸渍蒲公英橡胶浆料→固化→溶去海组分→磨绒→割片→染色和整理→人造麂皮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌麂皮皮包,所述蒲公英橡胶浆料的制备方法如下:
(1)选取俄罗斯蒲公英,剪切3-5cm的根部留用,然后进行清洗;
(2)将清洗干净的根部在气流粉碎机中粉碎成200-300目的颗粒;
(3)将颗粒通过超声波辅助技术处理10-15分钟,然后在超临界二氧化碳流体中进行萃取,温度35~40℃,压力25.0MPa,以95%乙醇为携带剂,乙醇用量30%,动态萃取150分钟,流速为250L/h,萃取获得蒲公英橡胶;
(4)取蒲公英茎叶,将其粉碎、烘干,加入与蒲公英茎叶质量比为1:2的30%双氧水,浸泡60-80分钟,用0.1mol/L的磷酸氢二钠溶液将pH值调节至7-8,再加入蒲公英茎叶质量的3-4%纳米二氧化硅和2-4%丝胶蛋白,在60-70℃温度下搅拌反应2-3小时,再经过抽滤、洗涤后于105-110℃烘箱中烘干4-5小时,获得改性蒲公英茎叶;
(5)按照如下重量份配比准备蒲公英橡胶浆料所需原料:蒲公英橡胶35-40、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶40-55、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2.0-2.5、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3.5-4.5、二甲基硅油1-3、硬脂酸单甘酯0.4-0.5、碱式甲酸铝0.5-0.8、木质粉0.5-0.7、改性蒲公英茎叶4-7、氧化铝粉末28-30、硅藻土3-8、正硅酸乙酯5-8和二甲基甲酰胺65-70;先将二甲基甲酰胺放入反应釜中,通入水蒸汽,升温至80-100℃范围内;然后依次加入蒲公英橡胶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;继续保温反应2-3小时后,再调节pH值为6-7之间;加入其它组成原料,搅拌均匀,降温到室温,过滤,出料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌麂皮皮包,所述磨绒采用CSM型磨绒机,工艺条件:布速30m/min,水压2.5kg/cm2;所述染色采用超临界CO2流体染色设备,工艺条件:染色温度为100-105℃,染色压力为20-22MPa,染色时间为30-40min,处方:分散染色剂,液态CO2。
