本发明公开了一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和外护套。所述电缆本体内部设置有隔离支架;所述隔离支架内部设置有多个导体;且所述隔离支架内部设置有多根引流芯;所述隔离支架外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外挤包一层防腐蚀层;所述防腐蚀层外挤包一层外护套。本发明具有结构设计合理、耐酸碱效果好和使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,机械和矿业等高端领域都在快速进步,同时也带动了电缆等行业的发展,人们对电缆的需求越来越多,传统意义上的电缆只具有导电的效果,而且不能承受较高的温度,当发生火灾时,这些电缆不仅不能防火耐高温,反而在燃烧过程中释放出有害气体,不仅会破坏环境,还会造成损害人类生命安全的严重后果,而电缆往往需要的是能够长期使用,不会因恶劣的环境而腐蚀,造成电缆破损的情况,且能够起到防水和耐高温的特点,这些都是现有电缆所不具备的优点。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有隔离支架;所述隔离支架内部设置有多个导体;且所述隔离支架内部设置有多根引流芯;所述隔离支架外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外挤包一层防腐蚀层;所述防腐蚀层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆,所述绝缘层和隔离支架之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
上述的一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆,所述外护套采用聚氨酯聚合体材料制成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、耐酸碱效果好和使用寿命长等优点,所述外护套采用聚氨酯聚合体材料制成,具有良好的绝缘性能、耐电晕和抗电弧性,且使用过程更为稳定。

如图1所示,一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、绝缘层6、屏蔽层7和外护套9,所述电缆本体1内部设置有隔离支架3;所述隔离支架3内部设置有多个导体2;且所述隔离支架3内部设置有多根引流芯4;所述隔离支架3外设置一层绝缘层6;所述绝缘层6外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层7;所述屏蔽层7外挤包一层防腐蚀层8;所述防腐蚀层8外挤包一层外护套9。
所述外护套9采用聚氨酯聚合体材料制成,具有良好的绝缘性能、耐电晕和抗电弧性,且使用过程更为稳定。

1.一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和外护套,其特征在于:所述电缆本体内部设置有隔离支架;所述隔离支架内部设置有多个导体;且所述隔离支架内部设置有多根引流芯;所述隔离支架外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外挤包一层防腐蚀层;所述防腐蚀层外挤包一层外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层和隔离支架之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业耐酸碱抗拉伸电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套采用聚氨酯聚合体材料制成。
