本发明涉及一种利用热风循环进行加热的可移动隧道炉,包括上炉体、下炉体、进风口、出风口,和风机,其中上、下炉体结上下炉体之间采用用螺栓联结,上、下炉体均为中空,中空部分填充石棉隔热材料,所述隧道炉内部设有加热电阻丝或加热板,上炉体上部设置出风口、下炉体下部设置进风口,风机出口同进风口向连接,风机安装在机架上,隧道炉下部具有移动装置。

技术领域
本发明属于加热装置,特别是涉及一种利用热风循环进行加热的可移动隧道炉。
背景技术
高温隧道炉在烧结产品时需要保证一定的烧结温度,而且加热必须均匀,才能保证烧结质量,普通的烘箱或加热炉虽然加热速度快,但是加热不均匀,烧结质量低,容易出现产品质量问题。
此外,隧道炉大部分不能够移动,使用起来不是很方便。
发明内容
对现有技术存在的问题,本发明通的目的在于提供了一种可移动高温隧道炉,通过热风循环装置达到均匀加热的目的,并通过移动装置实现隧道炉的移动。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种隧道炉,包括上炉体、下炉体、进风口、出风口,和风机,其中上下炉体之间采用用螺栓联结,上、下炉体均为中空,中空部分填充石棉隔热材料,所述隧道炉内部设有加热电阻丝或远红外加热板,上炉体上部设置出风口、下炉体下部设置进风口,风机出口同进风口向连接,风机安装在机架上,隧道炉还具有可移动装置。
本发明的有益效果是:
由于本发明采用电加热丝或加热板通电加热,热能迅速传输至炉体内部,风机启动,沿着炉体内部向上输送,形成高温热风,从而达到烧结温度,完成相关物品的烧结过程,通过移动装置可实现隧道炉的移动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做出简要说明。
一种隧道炉,包括风机1、机架2、炉体3,其中炉体3可分为上炉体和下炉体、上下炉体之间采用用螺栓联结。 上炉体上部设置出风口、下炉体下部设置进风口,风机出口同进风口向连接。风机安装在机架上。移动装置设置在机架底部。
上、下炉体结构设计为两层型板之间夹石棉保温材料的形式。上、下炉体外层和内层均采用5mm冷轧钢板,冲压成型,在其中夹杂保温材料。
炉体内部安装有加热装置,加热装置为电加热丝或加热板。
隧道炉还包括一炉温控制单元,设置在隧道炉外部。通过出风口向隧道炉内部***一个热电偶以便向炉温控制单元提供控制数据,热电偶与一数据采集器相连,将在隧道炉内部所发生的温度改变就能以所需的抽样频率记录下来,然后将信号传递给炉温控制单元,炉温控制单元根据要求对加热装置进行调节,进而对炉温进行调节。
其中炉温控制单元具有相应的电路装置,所述电路装置具有主电路板,其中主电路板上集成有单片机、开关量输入模块、RS485通信模块、红外遥控接收模块、USB模块、功放模块和存储模块;
单片机具有开关量输入端、485信号输入端、红外信号输入端、USB通信端、热电偶控制端、炉温电路控制端和存储数据通信端;开关量输入模块具有输入端和输出端;RS485通信模块具有输入端和输出端;红外遥控接收模块具有信号输出端;USB模块具有USB接口和信号输出端;功放模块具有控制信号输入端和信号输出端;存储模块具有数据端;热电偶具有信号输入端;加热装置具有控制信号输入端;
单片机的开关量输入端与开关量输入模块的输出端电连接;单片机的485信号输入端与RS485通信模块的输出端电连接;单片机的红外信号输入端与红外遥控接收模块的信号输出端电连接;单片机的USB通信端与USB模块的信号输出端电连接;单片机的功放控制端与功放模块的控制信号输入端电连接;单片机的存储数据通信端与存储模块的数据端双向通信电连接;单片机的热电偶电路控制端与加热装置电路板的控制信号输入端电连接;功放模块的信号输出端与加热装置的信号输入端电连接。
所述移动装置包括滑槽5,盖板固定螺栓6,导轨7,压板固定螺栓8,安装座9,安装螺栓10,机架安装螺栓11,定位螺钉12,盖板13。其中压板通过压板固定螺栓8将导轨7压紧在安装座9上,安装座9通过安装螺栓10固定在底座或地板上,导轨7和滑槽5之间设有滚动轴承,滑槽5可在导轨7上滑动,滑槽5上设有盖板13,盖板13为角钢形状,盖板13通过盖板固定螺栓6和滑槽5相连接,盖板13上还设有机架安装螺栓11,机架安装螺栓11将盖板13月机架2相连接,当滑槽5沿着导轨7滑动时,可带动盖板13滑动,进而带动整个机架2滑动,最终带动整个炉体的滑动,当炉体滑动到需要的位置时,通过旋扭定位螺钉12,定位螺钉12穿过盖板和滑槽上的通孔,进而与导轨7表面接触,从而完成定位。

1.一种隧道炉的工作方法,隧道炉包括上炉体、下炉体、进风口、出风口,和风机,其中上、下炉体之间采用用螺栓联结,上、下炉体均为中空,中空部分填充石棉隔热材料,所述隧道炉内部设有加热电阻丝或远红外加热板,上炉体上部设置出风口、下炉体下部设置进风口,风机出口同进风口向连接,风机安装在机架上,隧道炉还具有可移动装置,其特征在于,
所述可移动装置包括:滑槽,盖板固定螺栓,导轨,压板固定螺栓,安装座,安装螺栓,机架安装螺栓,定位螺钉,盖板;其中,压板通过压板固定螺栓将导轨压紧在安装座上,安装座通过安装螺栓固定在底座或地板上,导轨和滑槽之间设有滚动轴承,滑槽可在导轨上滑动,滑槽上设有盖板,盖板为角钢形状,盖板通过盖板固定螺栓和滑槽相连接,盖板上还设有机架安装螺栓,机架安装螺栓将盖板月机架相连接;
所述隧道炉的工作方法,包括:当滑槽沿着导轨滑动时,可带动盖板滑动,进而带动整个机架滑动,最终带动整个炉体的滑动,当炉体滑动到需要的位置时,通过旋扭定位螺钉,定位螺钉穿过盖板和滑槽上的通孔,进而与导轨表面接触,从而完成定位;
所述隧道炉还包括炉温控制单元。
