本发明公开了一种便于拆装的活动板房,涉及活动板房技术领域,包括由多块夹芯板拼接的墙体,所述夹芯板的两拼接面分别为相互配合的凸条和凹槽,在所述凹槽的两侧分别设有弹簧片;位于所述凹槽的两侧分别设有垫板,所述弹簧片固定在所述垫板的内侧。与现有技术相比,本发明安装时一块夹芯板的凸条与另一块夹芯板的凹槽对正容易,并通过弹簧片卡紧,该活动板房拆装简单方便,而且两块夹芯板的拼接面密封效果好,不透风。

技术领域
本发明涉及活动板房技术领域,尤其是一种便于拆装的活动板房。
背景技术
活动板房的大部分结构在工厂完成,现场安装,既不破坏环境又绿色环保,可随意拆装、便于运输、移动方便,活动板房适宜坐落在山坡、丘陵、草原、沙漠、河畔,不占用空间,具有很高的实用价值。这种活动板房的墙体由多块夹芯板拼接而成,在组装时要将多块夹芯板对正,然后用连接板和螺栓连接,夹芯板对正困难,造成该活动板房拆装不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于拆装的活动板房,以解决现有夹芯板对正困难,造成活动板房拆装不方便的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种便于拆装的活动板房,包括由多块夹芯板拼接的墙体,所述夹芯板的两拼接面分别为相互配合的凸条和凹槽,在所述凹槽的两侧分别设有弹簧片。
上述便于拆装的活动板房技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:位于所述凹槽的两侧分别设有垫板,所述弹簧片固定在所述垫板的内侧。
进一步的,在所述夹芯板的底部设有位于安装基座上的座板,所述座板的一侧设有向上伸出的挡板,所述座板的另一侧设有固定在所述安装基座上的支撑板,所述夹芯板通过螺栓和所述座板与所述支撑板连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明包括由多块夹芯板拼接的墙体,夹芯板的两拼接面分别为相互配合的凸条和凹槽,在凹槽的两侧分别设有弹簧片;安装时一块夹芯板的凸条与另一块夹芯板的凹槽对正容易,并通过弹簧片卡紧,该活动板房拆装简单方便,而且两块夹芯板的拼接面密封效果好,不透风。
2、位于凹槽的两侧分别设有垫板,弹簧片固定在垫板的内侧,使弹簧片固定牢固。
3、在夹芯板的底部设有位于安装基座上的座板,座板的一侧设有向上伸出的挡板,座板的另一侧设有固定在安装基座上的支撑板,夹芯板通过螺栓和座板与支撑板连接,夹芯板与安装基座的连接和拆分简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图2所示的一种便于拆装的活动板房,包括由多块夹芯板1拼接的墙体,夹芯板1的两拼接面分别为相互配合的凸条和凹槽,在凹槽的两侧分别装有弹簧片2,夹芯板1的外层板为钢板,中间芯板凸出钢板的一端拼接面形成凸条,中间芯板凹进钢板的另一端拼接面形成凹槽,位于凹槽的两侧分别装有垫板3,弹簧片2固定在垫板3的内侧;在夹芯板1的底部装有位于安装基座5上的座板4,座板4的一侧具有向上伸出的挡板,座板4的另一侧设有通过地脚螺栓6固定在安装基座5上的支撑板7,夹芯板1通过螺栓和座板4与支撑板7连接,如图3、图4所示。
本发明安装时一块夹芯板的凸条与另一块夹芯板的凹槽对正容易,并通过弹簧片卡紧,该活动板房拆装简单方便,而且两块夹芯板的拼接面密封效果好,不透风。

1.一种便于拆装的活动板房,包括由多块夹芯板(1)拼接的墙体,其特征在于:所述夹芯板(1)的两拼接面分别为相互配合的凸条和凹槽,在所述凹槽的两侧分别设有弹簧片(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于拆装的活动板房,其特征在于:位于所述凹槽的两侧分别设有垫板(3),所述弹簧片(2)固定在所述垫板(3)的内侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便于拆装的活动板房,其特征在于:在所述夹芯板(1)的底部设有位于安装基座(5)上的座板(4),所述座板(4)的一侧设有向上伸出的挡板,所述座板(4)的另一侧设有固定在所述安装基座(5)上的支撑板(7),所述夹芯板(1)通过螺栓和所述座板(4)与所述支撑板(7)连接。
