本发明公开了一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆及其对棉织物和蚕丝织物的印花工艺,该含有葡萄色素的印花色浆,是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:龙胶原糊50~60%、葡萄色素1.5~4%、甘油2~4%、媒染剂0.5~3%、余量为水,采用该含有葡萄色素的印花色浆按照印花→烘干→汽蒸→后处理的工艺对棉织物进行印花,采用该含有葡萄色素的印花色浆调pH为4~5按照印花→烘干→汽蒸→后处理的工艺对蚕丝织物进行印花,印花织物色泽柔和,并具有保健功能,葡萄色素印花符合生态、环保的要求,葡萄色素印花棉织物及蚕丝织物具有良好的色牢度,通过使用不同媒染剂可丰富印花产品的色调,使用环保型的吸湿助溶剂甘油使生产过程更环保。

背景技术
随着人们生活现代化程度的逐渐提高,保护人类共同的生存环境、实现可持续发展逐渐成为世界各国经济发展的主要方向,人们对纺织品以及纺织化学品的穿着使用安全和健康越来越重视,天然色素以其得天独厚的特点再次吸引了相关研究者的眼球,凭借其安全无毒、良好的生态环保效应,独特的保健和药用功能,且着色色调自然而备受青睐。
葡萄色素广泛存在于葡萄酒和葡萄饮料生产加工的废弃物中,其来源广泛,价格低廉,具有广阔的市场前景。葡萄色素具有抗紫外线、抑菌功能,同时还具有一定的药用与保健价值。葡萄色素印花,不仅能得到柔和的颜色,而且能赋予织物特殊的药物保健功能。目前大多数研究集中于天然色素的性能及染色应用方面,缺少天然色素在印花应用方面的研究,葡萄色素在印花中的应用未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆及其对棉织物和蚕丝织物的印花工艺,葡萄色素来源广泛,价格低廉,具有良好的生物降解性,抗紫外线、抑菌及药物保健功能,安全无毒,稳定性好,着色力强等优点,葡萄色素印花符合可持续发展的要求,其印花织物色泽柔和,并具有抗紫外线及药物保健功能,葡萄色素印花用硫酸锌作媒染剂可得到棕色,用硫酸铝作媒染剂可得到棕黄色,用氯化镧作媒染剂可得到黄棕色,用氯化铈作媒染剂可得到深褐色,用槟榔拷胶作媒染剂可得到红棕色,通过使用不同媒染剂可丰富印花产品的色调,用甘油代替合成染料印花所用的助溶、吸湿剂尿素,使生产过程更环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆,它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:龙胶原糊50~60%、葡萄色素1.5~4%、甘油2~4%、媒染剂0.5~3%、余量为水。
一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆,它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:龙胶原糊55%、葡萄色素2%、甘油3%、媒染剂1%~2%、水38%~39%。
所述龙胶原糊的质量分数为6%。
所述的媒染剂为硫酸铝、氯化铈、硫酸锌、氯化镧或槟榔拷胶中的其中一种。
一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物的印花工艺,步骤如下:
(1)印花:采用含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物进行印花;
(2)烘干:将印花后的棉织物在80~100℃的条件下烘干5~7min;
(3)汽蒸:将烘干后的棉织物在100~105℃的条件下汽蒸5~15min;
(4)后处理:将汽蒸后的棉织物进行水洗-中性皂洗-水洗-烘干。
一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物的印花工艺,所述步骤(3)中,采用氯化铈、氯化镧作为媒染剂,将烘干后的棉织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸5~10 min;采用硫酸铝作为媒染剂,将烘干后的棉织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸7~15min;采用硫酸锌、槟榔拷胶作为媒染剂,将烘干后的棉织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸10~15min。
一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物的印花工艺,所述步骤(4)的中性皂洗是将经过水洗处理后的棉织物在中性洗涤剂浓度为3g/L、80℃的条件下进行皂洗10min。
一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物的印花工艺,所述步骤(1)中的印花色浆的制备方法如下:称取配方量的葡萄色素,加少量水调成浆状,然后,加入已溶解的甘油,加水并充分搅拌,使葡萄色素溶解。将葡萄色素溶液缓慢加入配方量的龙胶原糊中,边加边搅拌,用水冲洗溶解葡萄色素的容器,倒入龙胶原糊中,搅拌均匀,临用前加入溶解好的媒染剂,搅匀。

一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对蚕丝织物的印花工艺,所述步骤(3)中,采用硫酸铝作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸8~15min;采用氯化铈作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸5~10 min;采用硫酸锌作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸20~30 min;采用氯化镧作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸7~13 min;采用槟榔拷胶作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸13~22 min。
一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对蚕丝织物的印花工艺,所述步骤(4)的中性皂洗是将经过水洗处理后的蚕丝织物在中性洗涤剂浓度为3g/L、80℃的条件下进行皂洗10min。
一种含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对蚕丝织物的印花工艺,所述步骤(1)中的印花色浆的制备方法如下:称取配方量的葡萄色素,加少量水调成浆状,然后,加入已溶解的甘油,加水并充分搅拌,使葡萄色素溶解。将葡萄色素溶液缓慢加入配方量的龙胶原糊中,边加边搅拌,用水冲洗溶解葡萄色素的容器,倒入龙胶原糊中,搅拌均匀,加醋酸调pH值为4~5,临用前加入溶解好的媒染剂,搅匀。
本发明从印花原糊的选择、媒染剂的选择、吸湿助溶剂的选择、印花工艺的优化等几个方面研究葡萄色素用于棉和蚕丝的印花工艺。具体内容有以下几个方面:
(1)将原糊(淀粉原糊、龙胶原糊)与葡萄色素的水溶液混合均匀,用数字粘度仪测试不同剪切速率时的粘度,绘制剪切速率与粘度的关系曲线,选取相容性较好的原糊。
(2)用与葡萄色素相容性好的原糊与不同的媒染剂(氯化镧、氯化铈、硫酸锌、硫酸铝、槟榔栲胶、硫酸铁、硫酸亚铁)溶液混合均匀,用数字粘度仪测试不同剪切速率时的粘度,绘制剪切速率与粘度的关系曲线,选取与原糊相容性较好的媒染剂。
(3)用(1)选取的原糊、(2)选取的媒染剂、葡萄色素、甘油制备印花色浆对棉织物和蚕丝织物印花,研究汽蒸时间对K/S值的影响,甘油用量、媒染剂的类型和用量对K/S值、色牢度的影响,选择最佳印花工艺。
(4)用(1)选取的原糊、(2)选取的媒染剂、葡萄色素、尿素制备印花色浆,按照(3)选取的最佳工艺条件对棉织物和蚕丝织物印花,比较尿素与甘油对印花织物颜色特征、色牢度、花纹精细度、花纹轮廓光洁度的影响,以确定是否可以用甘油代替尿素作吸湿、助溶剂。
本发明的有益效果:葡萄色素为天然色素,来源广泛,价格低廉,具有良好的生物降解性,无毒、无害,对皮肤无过敏,不致癌,并具有抗紫外线、抑菌及药物保健功能,稳定性好、着色力强等优点,印花织物色泽柔和,并具有抗紫外线及药物保健功能,葡萄色素印花符合可持续发展的要求,使用环保型的媒染剂与传统的媒染剂相比可防止印花及后处理过程中重金属离子造成的污染,使用环保型的吸湿助溶剂甘油代替传统的吸湿助溶剂尿素使生产过程更环保。葡萄色素印花用硫酸锌作媒染剂可得到棕色,用硫酸铝作媒染剂可得到棕黄色,用氯化镧作媒染剂可得到黄棕色,用氯化铈作媒染剂可得到深褐色,用槟榔拷胶作媒染剂可得到红棕色,通过使用不同媒染剂可丰富印花产品的色调。

皂洗牢度测试;参照GB/T 3921.3—2008《纺织品 色牢度试验 耐洗色牢度》进行测试。
耐水色牢度:参照GB/T 5713-2013《纺织品 色牢度试验 耐水色牢度》进行测试。
耐汗渍色牢度:参照GB/T 3922-2013《纺织品 色牢度试验 耐汗渍色牢度》进行测试。
耐热压色牢度:参照GB/T 6152-1997《纺织品 色牢度试验 耐热压色牢度》进行测试。

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有葡萄色素的印花色浆,其特征在于:所述的媒染剂为硫酸铝、氯化铈、硫酸锌、氯化镧或槟榔拷胶中的其中一种。
5.利用权利要求1或2或3或4所述的含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物的印花工艺,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)印花:采用含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物进行印花;
(2)烘干:将印花后的棉织物在80~100℃的条件下烘干5~7min;
(3)汽蒸:将烘干后的棉织物在100~105℃的条件下汽蒸5~15min;
(4)后处理:将汽蒸后的棉织物进行水洗-中性皂洗-水洗-烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物的印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,采用氯化铈、氯化镧作为媒染剂,将烘干后的棉织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸5~10 min;采用硫酸铝作为媒染剂,将烘干后的棉织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸7~15min;采用硫酸锌、槟榔拷胶作为媒染剂,将烘干后的棉织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸10~15min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对棉织物的印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)的中性皂洗是将经过水洗处理后的棉织物在中性洗涤剂浓度为3g/L、80℃的条件下进行皂洗10min。
8.利用权利要求1或2或3或4所述的含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对蚕丝织物的印花工艺,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)印花:采用含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对蚕丝织物进行印花,所述含有葡萄色素的印花色浆的pH值为4~5;
(2)烘干:将印花后的蚕丝织物在80~100℃的条件下烘干4~6min;
(3)汽蒸:将烘干后的蚕丝织物在100~102℃的条件下汽蒸5~30min;
(4)后处理:将汽蒸后的蚕丝织物进行水洗-中性皂洗-水洗-烘干。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对蚕丝织物的印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,采用硫酸铝作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸8~15min;采用氯化铈作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸5~10 min;采用硫酸锌作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸20~30 min;采用氯化镧作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸7~13 min;采用槟榔拷胶作为媒染剂,将烘干后的蚕丝织物在102℃的条件下汽蒸13~22 min。
10.根据权利要求8所述的含有葡萄色素的印花色浆对蚕丝织物的印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)的中性皂洗是将经过水洗处理后的蚕丝织物在中性洗涤剂浓度为3g/L、80℃的条件下进行皂洗10min。
