本发明公开了一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂,包括如下重量份数的成分:2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑15-25份,3-氰基噻吩18-28份,4-甲基水杨酸10-16份,环氧苯乙烷8-14份,氧化锌3-8份,聚丙烯酸钠2-7份,硫酸铵5-10份,二苯乙醇酸甲酯12-16份,聚乙烯醇10-20份,去离子水40-50份。将本发明所述整理剂应用于含羟基纤维织物,促使其有所改善,具备优异的紫外线吸收和屏蔽性能,进而能有效避免人们因过量紫外线照射引发的疾病。

技术领域
本发明属于整理剂领域,具体涉及一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
臭氧层的不断破坏导致紫外线辐射量增多,虽然紫外线的适量照射能够起到杀菌的目的,但是过量的紫外线则对人体是弊大于利的。它易造成皮肤干燥、灼伤,甚至引发皮肤癌等病症。衣物在人体御寒和保暖过程中扮演着重要的角色,因而如果能够通过改变随身衣物的防紫外线性能,对于人们而言则是非常方便且有效的。目前现有的含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线效果较差,不能较好的起到保护效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的以上技术问题,本发明提供一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂及其制备方法,通过使用该种针对性的整理剂,促使含羟基纤维织物表面有所改善,具备优异的紫外线吸收和屏蔽性能,有效避免人们因过量紫外线照射而引发的疾病。
技术方案:一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂,包括如下重量份数的成分:2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑15-25份,3-氰基噻吩18-28份,4-甲基水杨酸10-16份,环氧苯乙烷8-14份,氧化锌3-8份,聚丙烯酸钠2-7份,硫酸铵5-10份,二苯乙醇酸甲酯12-16份,聚乙烯醇10-20份,去离子水40-50份。
优选的,所述2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑18-22份,3-氰基噻吩22-25份,4-甲基水杨酸12-15份,环氧苯乙烷10-13份,氧化锌4-6份,聚丙烯酸钠3-6份,硫酸铵6-8份,二苯乙醇酸甲酯13-15份,聚乙烯醇15-18份,去离子水45-50份。
优选的,所述2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑20份,3-氰基噻吩24份,4-甲基水杨酸13份,环氧苯乙烷12份,氧化锌5份,聚丙烯酸钠4份,硫酸铵7份,二苯乙醇酸甲酯14份,聚乙烯醇17份,去离子水47份。
一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑15-25份、氧化锌3-8份、环氧苯乙烷8-14份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯12-16份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至40-60℃,加热反应1-2h;
(2)向步骤(1)中反应釜中加入3-氰基噻吩18-28份和4-甲基水杨酸10-16份,继续升高温度至70-80℃,边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠2-7份和硫酸铵5-10份,反应2-3h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇10-20份和去离子水40-50份,升高温度至90-100℃,继续搅拌回流1-2h,待反应冷却后即可得到所述用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述温度为45℃,加热反应1.5h。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述温度为76℃,搅拌的速率为300-450r/min,反应2.4h。
优选的,步骤(3)中所述温度为95℃,回流1.5h。
有益效果:本发明所述一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,以2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑、3-氰基噻吩、4-甲基水杨酸以及其他化学物质为原料,经过混合、搅拌、加热等工艺制备得到用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂。经过该防紫外线整理剂处理的纤维织物具备优异的紫外线吸收和屏蔽性能,进而有效避免人们因过量紫外线照射而引发的疾病。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑15份、氧化锌3份、环氧苯乙烷8份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯12份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至40℃,加热反应1h;
(2)向步骤(1)中反应釜中加入3-氰基噻吩18份和4-甲基水杨酸10份,继续升高温度至70℃,以速率300r/min边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠2份和硫酸铵5份,反应2h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇10份和去离子水40份,升高温度至90℃,继续搅拌回流1h,待反应冷却后即可得到所述用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂。
对比例1
(1)将氧化锌3份、环氧苯乙烷8份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯12份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至40℃,加热反应1h;
(2)将步骤(1)中反应釜温度继续升高至70℃,以速率300r/min边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠2份和硫酸铵5份,反应2h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇10份和去离子水40份,升高温度至90℃,继续搅拌回流1h,待反应冷却后即可得到整理剂。
实施例2
(1)将2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑25份、氧化锌8份、环氧苯乙烷14份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯16份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至60℃,加热反应2h;
(2)向步骤(1)中反应釜中加入3-氰基噻吩28份和4-甲基水杨酸16份,继续升高温度至80℃,以速率450r/min边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠7份和硫酸铵10份,反应3h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇20份和去离子水50份,升高温度至100℃,继续搅拌回流2h,待反应冷却后即可得到所述用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂。
对比例2
(1)将氧化锌8份、环氧苯乙烷14份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯16份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至60℃,加热反应2h;
(2)将步骤(1)中反应釜的温度继续升高至80℃,以速率450r/min边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠7份和硫酸铵10份,反应3h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇20份和去离子水50份,升高温度至100℃,继续搅拌回流2h,待反应冷却后即可得到整理剂。
实施例3
(1)将2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑18份、氧化锌4份、环氧苯乙烷10份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯13份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至40℃,加热反应1h;
(2)向步骤(1)中反应釜中加入3-氰基噻吩22份和4-甲基水杨酸12份,继续升高温度至70℃,以速率300r/min边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠3份和硫酸铵6份,反应2h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇15份和去离子水45份,升高温度至90℃,继续搅拌回流1h,待反应冷却后即可得到所述用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂。
实施例4
(1)将2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑22份、氧化锌6份、环氧苯乙烷13份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯15份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至60℃,加热反应2h;
(2)向步骤(1)中反应釜中加入3-氰基噻吩25份和4-甲基水杨酸15份,继续升高温度至80℃,以速率450r/min边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠6份和硫酸铵8份,反应3h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇18份和去离子水50份,升高温度至100℃,继续搅拌回流2h,待反应冷却后即可得到所述用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂。
实施例5
(1)将2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑20份、氧化锌5份、环氧苯乙烷12份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯14份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至45℃,加热反应1.5h;
(2)向步骤(1)中反应釜中加入3-氰基噻吩24份和4-甲基水杨酸13份,继续升高温度至76℃,以速率400r/min边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠4份和硫酸铵7份,反应2.4h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇17份和去离子水47份,升高温度至95℃,继续搅拌回流1.5h,待反应冷却后即可得到所述用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂。
将各个实施例和对比例所得到的整理剂,应用于含羟基纤维织物中,测试防紫外线效果,结果如下:

1.一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的成分:2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑15-25份,3-氰基噻吩18-28份,4-甲基水杨酸10-16份,环氧苯乙烷8-14份,氧化锌3-8份,聚丙烯酸钠2-7份,硫酸铵5-10份,二苯乙醇酸甲酯12-16份,聚乙烯醇10-20份,去离子水40-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂,其特征在于,所述2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑18-22份,3-氰基噻吩22-25份,4-甲基水杨酸12-15份,环氧苯乙烷10-13份,氧化锌4-6份,聚丙烯酸钠3-6份,硫酸铵6-8份,二苯乙醇酸甲酯13-15份,聚乙烯醇15-18份,去离子水45-50份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂,其特征在于,所述2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑20份,3-氰基噻吩24份,4-甲基水杨酸13份,环氧苯乙烷12份,氧化锌5份,聚丙烯酸钠4份,硫酸铵7份,二苯乙醇酸甲酯14份,聚乙烯醇17份,去离子水47份。
4.一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将2-巯基-3-甲基咪唑15-25份、氧化锌3-8份、环氧苯乙烷8-14份和二苯乙醇酸甲酯12-16份加入反应釜中,向反应釜中通入N2气保护,将温度升至40-60℃,加热反应1-2h;
(2)向步骤(1)中反应釜中加入3-氰基噻吩18-28份和4-甲基水杨酸10-16份,继续升高温度至70-80℃,边搅拌边滴加聚丙烯酸钠2-7份和硫酸铵5-10份,反应2-3h;
(3)随后向步骤(2)中反应液中加入聚乙烯醇10-20份和去离子水40-50份,升高温度至90-100℃,继续搅拌回流1-2h,待反应冷却后即可得到所述用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述温度为45℃,加热反应1.5h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述温度为76℃,搅拌的速率为300-450r/min,反应2.4h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于含羟基纤维织物的防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述温度为95℃,回流1.5h。
