背景技术
涂饰是用某种化学品休整皮革表面的一项整理工序,目的是使革面光泽滋润,颜色均一,装饰皮革的缺陷,同时,在革面形成保护膜,提高皮革的防水和耐磨等性能。这种修饰皮革的化学品成为皮革涂饰剂。
现有的皮革涂饰剂耐候性能差,成膜后透气性差,随着人们要求的提高,已逐渐的满足不了人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种皮革涂饰剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种皮革涂饰剂,由以下重量份原料制成:异氰酸酯18-20、二月桂酸二丁基锡4-6、环氧树脂8-10、三苯基铋2-4、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸4-6、十二烷基硫酸钠2-4、聚乙二醇3-5、椰油酰基谷氨酸三乙醇胺盐1-3、硼酸钠5-7、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯1-3、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2-4、二甲基硅油2-4、芦芭胶1-3、丙三醇18-20、褐煤蜡3-5、除味助剂5-7;其中,除味助剂由以下重量份原料制成:亚磷酸三苯酯8-10、乙位异丁酸苯氧乙酯3-5、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1-3、山梨酸钾2-4、二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺1-2、没食子酸丙酯2-4、月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾1-3、苯甲酸钠4-6、丙三醇8-10、柏木油2-4;制备方法为:将亚磷酸三苯酯、乙位异丁酸苯氧乙酯、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、山梨酸钾、二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺、没食子酸丙酯、月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾、苯甲酸钠,丙三醇混合,在200rpm的转速下低速搅拌均匀;投入柏木油等原料,搅拌10-15分钟即得。
一种皮革涂饰剂的制备方法,由以下步骤制成:
(1)将聚乙二醇、异氰酸酯、芦芭胶、二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,在65-75℃反应2-3小时,然后在110-120℃下真空脱水2-5小时;
(2)加入环氧树脂、三苯基铋、丙三醇,继续在70-80℃反应3-4小时,
(3)冷却至45-50℃后加入2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸三乙醇胺盐、硼酸钠,乳化20-30分钟;
(4)最后加入抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、二甲基硅油、褐煤蜡、除味助剂等原料,分散均匀后在40-45℃下反应20-30分钟;
(5)脱除有机溶剂,即得。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的皮革涂饰剂耐刮性强,涂层光泽柔和自然,粘结力强,稳定性非常好,成膜性好,且具有很好的耐老化性、耐寒性和良好的透气性;另外,除味助剂由柏木油、乙位异丁酸苯氧乙酯、二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺等多种原料制成,不仅能有效地去除皮革异味,保持皮革产品的清香,还具有一定的防腐、抗菌作用,有助于提高皮革品质。

(4)最后加入抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、二甲基硅油、褐煤蜡、除味助剂等原料,分散均匀后在40-45℃下反应20-30分钟;
(5)脱除有机溶剂,即得。

(5)脱除有机溶剂,即得。
