Abstract
本发明公开一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,包括瓦楞纸板,该瓦楞纸板的面纸与瓦楞芯之间粘结一层薄膜,该薄膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:聚乙烯5-10份、聚丙烯12-18份、碳酸钙95-110份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌1-2份、硅藻土5-7份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-0.6份、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯3-6份、有机硅0.1-1份、壳聚糖0.7-1.5份、松香胶2-6份、促进剂0.5-2.5份、分散剂1-2份。本发明防油瓦楞纸箱加入丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯作为防油剂,加入有机硅、壳聚糖、松香胶作为防水剂,制备得到的瓦楞纸箱具有优异的防油防水性能,综合力学性能得到提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纸箱领域,涉及一种瓦楞纸箱,具体是一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
随着商品的个性化需求越来越广泛,功能性瓦楞纸箱也越来越受到关注。所谓功能性瓦楞纸箱,是指采用瓦楞纸板制成的且具有特殊功能的包装容器。它具有很多优点,如重量轻、结构性能好、科学环保等,其内部的瓦楞结构类似拱形结构,对所包装的产品能起到缓冲减震作用,具有良好的力学特性。同时,它对包装物品还有许多良好的保护功能,例如防潮、散热、保鲜、冷藏、易于搬运等;运输费用更低,且易于实现包装与运输的机械化和自动化;规格与尺寸的变更易于实现,能快速适应各类物品的包装;封箱、捆扎均方便,易于自动化作业;能适应各种类型的纸箱的装潢印刷,能很好的解决商品保护和促销问题;废箱易于回收再利用,符合环保要求;可通过与各种覆盖物或防潮材料结合,从而大大扩展其使用范围。生鲜、蔬菜等特殊产品的运输包装就要求瓦楞纸箱具有良好的防油性能,坚固耐用,现有技术中常规的瓦楞纸箱不能很好的满足市场需要。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,包括瓦楞纸板,该瓦楞纸板的面纸与瓦楞芯之间粘结一层薄膜,该薄膜由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乙烯5-10份、聚丙烯12-18份、碳酸钙95-110份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌1-2份、硅藻土5-7份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-0.6份、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯3-6份、有机硅0.1-1份、壳聚糖0.7-1.5份、松香胶2-6份、促进剂0.5-2.5份、分散剂1-2份;
制备上述薄膜包括如下步骤:
将碳酸钙、硅藻土破碎成粉状,混合均匀,加热到75-82℃;
加入钛酸酯偶联剂、分散剂、促进剂,高速混合10min,得到改性粉体;
加入聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸、氧化锌、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯、有机硅、壳聚糖、松香胶,加热温度至150-160℃,密炼机进行密炼5min,由单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,旋风分离器使料粒分散冷却,双辊压延,拉伸获得薄膜。
优选地,该薄膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:聚乙烯8份、聚丙烯15份、碳酸钙103份、硬脂酸1.5份、氧化锌1.5份、硅藻土6份、钛酸酯偶联剂3份、聚丙烯酰胺0.4份、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯4.5份、有机硅0.5份、壳聚糖1.1份、松香胶4份,促进剂1.5份、分散剂1.5份。
优选地,所述的促进剂为促进剂CZ。
优选地,所述的分散剂为聚乙二醇。
本发明的有益效果:本发明技术方案提供的防油瓦楞纸板中加入丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯作为防油剂,加入有机硅、壳聚糖、松香胶作为防水剂,制备得到的瓦楞纸箱具有优异的防油防水性能,综合力学性能得到提高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,包括瓦楞纸板,如图1所示,该瓦楞纸板的面纸1与瓦楞芯2之间粘结一层薄膜3,该薄膜3的厚度在0.1-0.3mm之间,该薄膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:聚乙烯10份、聚丙烯18份、碳酸钙110份、硬脂酸2份、氧化锌2份、硅藻土7份、钛酸酯偶联剂4份、聚丙烯酰胺0.6份、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯6份、有机硅1份、壳聚糖1.5份、松香胶6份、促进剂CZ2.5份、聚乙二醇2份;
将碳酸钙、硅藻土破碎成粉状,混合均匀,加热到75℃,加入钛酸酯偶联剂、聚乙二醇、促进剂CZ,高速混合10min,得到改性粉体;加入聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸、氧化锌、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯、有机硅、壳聚糖、松香胶,加热温度至150℃,密炼机进行密炼5min,由单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,旋风分离器使料粒分散冷却,双辊压延,拉伸获得薄膜。
实施例2
一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,包括瓦楞纸板,该瓦楞纸板的面纸与瓦楞芯之间粘结一层薄膜,该薄膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:聚乙烯5份、聚丙烯12份、碳酸钙95份、硬脂酸1份、氧化锌1份、硅藻土5份、钛酸酯偶联剂2份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2份、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯3份、有机硅0.1份、壳聚糖0.7份、松香胶2份、促进剂CZ0.5份、聚乙二醇1份;
将碳酸钙、硅藻土破碎成粉状,混合均匀,加热到82℃,加入钛酸酯偶联剂、聚乙二醇、促进剂CZ,高速混合10min,得到改性粉体;加入聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸、氧化锌、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯、有机硅、壳聚糖、松香胶,加热温度至160℃,密炼机进行密炼5min,由单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,旋风分离器使料粒分散冷却,双辊压延,拉伸获得薄膜。
实施例3
一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,包括瓦楞纸板,该瓦楞纸板的面纸与瓦楞芯之间粘结一层薄膜,该薄膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:聚乙烯8份、聚丙烯15份、碳酸钙103份、硬脂酸1.5份、氧化锌1.5份、硅藻土6份、钛酸酯偶联剂3份、聚丙烯酰胺0.4份、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯4.5份、有机硅0.5份、壳聚糖1.1份、松香胶4份,促进剂CZ1.5份、聚乙二醇1.5份。
将碳酸钙、硅藻土破碎成粉状,混合均匀,加热到80℃,加入钛酸酯偶联剂、聚乙二醇、促进剂CZ,高速混合10min,得到改性粉体;加入聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸、氧化锌、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯、有机硅、壳聚糖、松香胶,加热温度至155℃,密炼机进行密炼5min,由单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,旋风分离器使料粒分散冷却,双辊压延,拉伸获得薄膜。

1.一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,包括瓦楞纸板,该瓦楞纸板的面纸与瓦楞芯之间粘结一层薄膜,其特征在于,该薄膜由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乙烯5-10份、聚丙烯12-18份、碳酸钙95-110份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌1-2份、硅藻土5-7份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-0.6份、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯3-6份、有机硅0.1-1份、壳聚糖0.7-1.5份、松香胶2-6份、促进剂0.5-2.5份、分散剂1-2份;
制备上述薄膜包括如下步骤:
将碳酸钙、硅藻土破碎成粉状,混合均匀,加热到75-82℃;
加入钛酸酯偶联剂、分散剂、促进剂,高速混合10min,得到改性粉体;
加入聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸、氧化锌、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯、有机硅、壳聚糖、松香胶,加热温度至150-160℃,密炼机进行密炼5min,由单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,旋风分离器使料粒分散冷却,双辊压延,拉伸获得薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于,所述的薄膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:聚乙烯8份、聚丙烯15份、碳酸钙103份、硬脂酸1.5份、氧化锌1.5份、硅藻土6份、钛酸酯偶联剂3份、聚丙烯酰胺0.4份、丙烯酸氟烃磺酰氨基乙酯4.5份、有机硅0.5份、壳聚糖1.1份、松香胶4份,促进剂1.5份、分散剂1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于,所述的促进剂为促进剂CZ。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有防油效果的瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为聚乙二醇。
