Abstract

一种能够避免在楼梯上行驶时前后倾翻驾乘座椅随楼梯和路面坡度转动的履轮车。它是在履轮车的底盘前后两轮之间的重心点且与前后轮轴平行的轴线上安装一对转角器,转角器的转动板与座椅连接固定,一个安装在座椅(或底盘)上的角度传感器感应座椅与地面的角度变化控制座椅转动相对应的角度。乘员的重心根据坡度自动调整使车不容易前后倾翻,乘员驾驶履轮车上下楼与平地驾驶时自动保持一样姿态,不需要辅助驾驶人员。履轮是由履带齿轮毂和履带以及装在履带外侧的轮胎组成。履带齿轮毂带动履带和轮胎同轴同步转动。上下楼履带承力为主轮胎承力为辅,平地时反之。上楼车和出行车合二为一。

本发明涉及一种上楼梯和载人出行自动调整重心的安全装置,尤其是能够避免车在楼梯上行驶时前后倾翻,上楼时履带承力为主车轮为辅,平地行驶时车轮承力为主履带为辅的驾乘座椅随楼梯坡度转动的履轮车
背景技术
目前,已知的上楼梯车载人重心是固定的,上下楼重心后移或前移容易造成车后翻或前翻。上楼车因此需用辅助人员在楼梯上走动驾驶保持车的平衡,不能由乘员自己驾驶,不能作为自己驾驶出行用的出行代步车,车如果要不前后倾翻长度就要足够长不利于在楼梯间转向。
发明内容
为了克服现有上楼车容易向前或后翻车、上楼车乘员不能自己驾驶上下楼和出行以及车身较长不利于在楼梯间转向的不足,本发明提供了一种驾乘座椅随楼梯和路面坡度转动的履轮车。该车不仅能随坡度自动调整整车重心保持在前后轮之间的中点使车不倾翻,乘员自己驾驶上楼梯和出行,上下楼时履带承力为主车轮为辅安全可靠,平地行驶时车轮承力为主履带为辅更舒适,不前后翻车整车还可以做得更短转向更灵活。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在车的底盘前后两轮之间的重心点根据车的设计加速度大小适当靠前且与前后轮轴平行的轴线位置上安装一对转角器,支撑板与车的底盘连接固定,转动板与座椅连接固定,转角器的转动板由电机驱动转动,电机由一个安装在座椅(或底盘)上的角度传感器感应座椅与地面的角度变化输出控制信号控制电机驱动转角器的转动板转动相对应的角度。上楼或上坡时,座椅向前转动与坡度一样的角度,下楼或下坡的时座椅向后转动与坡度一样的角度,乘员和车的重心在上下楼或上下坡时与车在平路上行驶时相对一样的位置。底盘的车轮采用履轮,履轮是在履带驱动齿同轴外缘装一个轮胎组成,轮胎外径大于履带,上下楼时履带承力为主车轮胎为辅安全可靠,平地行驶时车轮胎承力为主履带为辅更舒适,实现了不容易翻车可以自己驾驶上下楼和出行以及做得更短在楼梯间转向灵活安全的目的。
本发明的有益效果是,有自驾能力仅仅是腰腿不便人员上下楼和出行不再需要辅助驾驶人员伴随,上楼车与出行车合二为一,还可以作为旅游观光车和多用途车,结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中,转角器(3)通过支撑板(2)与履轮车底盘(1)连接固定,转角器(3)通过转动板(4)与驾乘座椅支架(6)连接固定,转角器驱动伺服电机(5)与转角器(3)连接,座椅角度传感器(7)安装在座椅上。履轮车底盘(1)开动时,座椅角度传感器(7)感应到与路面的角度变化情况。上楼时角度逐步加大,座椅角度传感器(7)经过数据处理同步计算出准确角度,给出信号指令转角器驱动伺服电机(5)驱动转角器(3)带动固定在转动板(4)上的驾乘座椅支架(6)向前转动同样角度。下楼时角度逐步减小,座椅角度传感器(7)经过数据处理同步计算出准确角度,给出信号指令转角器驱动伺服电机(5)驱动转角器(3)带动固定在转动板(4)上的驾乘座椅支架(6)向后转动同样角度。在图2中,大于履带(9)外径的轮胎(11)安装在履带齿轮毂(9)上的外侧,履带齿轮毂(9)带动履带(10)和轮胎(11)同步同轴转动。

Claims (2)

1.一种驾乘座椅随楼梯坡度转动的履轮车,在履轮车底盘前后履轮之间的重心点且与前后轮轴平行的轴线上安装一对转角器,支撑板与履轮车底盘连接固定,转动板与座椅连接固定,转角器的转角板由电机驱动转动,其特征是:电机由一个安装在座椅(或底盘)上的角度传感器感应座椅与地面的角度变化输出控制信号控制电机驱动转角器的转动板转动相对应的角度,上楼或上坡时,座椅向前转动与坡度一样的角度,下楼或下坡的时座椅向后转动与坡度一样的角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驾乘座椅随楼梯坡度转动的履轮车,履轮车底盘前后履轮是由轮胎安装在履带齿轮毂的外侧,其特征是:履带齿轮毂带动履带和轮胎同步同轴转动。
