Abstract

一种废气处理装置,包括废气处理箱、补水管、监控主机、熄火气缸电磁阀、补水箱,补水管连接在废气处理及补水之间,废气处理箱包括大水箱、小水箱、虹吸管、接头、水位传感器,所述水位控制器与监控主机中的电气控制器通过信号线相连,所述水用电磁阀的控制线与监控主机的电气控制器相连,监控主机的电气控制器与控制熄火气缸的熄火气缸电磁阀的控制线相连。本发明采取在小水箱中设置水位传感器代替浮球水位控制机构与大水箱中的水位传感器,使废气处理装置的结构得到简化,本发明利用监控主机中的计时器,到达设定时间电气控制器即控制熄火气缸电磁阀接通,发动机熄火,发动机没有废气产生,保证了不经处理的废气不排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种废气处理装置。
背景技术
煤矿井下车辆通过废气处理箱对发动机排出的废气进行冷却和洗涤,清除炭烟及溶解废气中的部分有害气体,并经防爆栅栏熄灭废气中的火焰,以保证排气安全。中国授权公告号为CN203978574U实用新型专利说明书公开了一种煤矿井下车辆的废气处理箱,包括大水箱、小水箱,小水箱的水通过虹吸管进入大水箱,小水箱中设有浮球水位控制机构,浮球水位控制机构与补水管连接。补水管一般与车辆上的补水箱连接,补水箱在车辆上的安装高度大于废气处理箱的安装高度,废气处理箱中的水位低于所需高度时通过浮球水位控制机构使补水箱与废气处理箱的水路接通,补水箱中的水依靠重力的作用进入废气处理箱的小水箱中,小水箱中的清洁水根据虹吸现象的原理通过虹吸管补入大水箱中。当补水箱中无水时,即使大水箱水位较低,没有水能补入小水箱中,导致大水箱水位不达标,废气得不到处理。在煤矿井下不经处理的废气是不允许排放的,为此上述实用新型在大水箱中设置水位传感器,用于反馈大水箱的水量,但使得废气处理箱的结构繁琐,而且大水箱内的污水会使水位传感器的浮球不易沿测量导管上下移动,测量信号并不准确。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种能保证不经处理的废气不排放、且结构得到简化的废气处理装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:本发明包括废气处理箱、补水管、补水箱,废气处理箱1包括大水箱和处于大水箱内的小水箱,小水箱与大水箱之间由虹吸管连接,此外,还包括水用电磁阀、监控主机和熄火气缸电磁阀,监控主机具有电气控制器,上述水用电磁阀连接在补水管中,小水箱中设有水位传感器,水位传感器的信号线、熄火气缸电磁阀的控制线和水用电磁阀的控制线均与监控主机中的电气控制器相连,所述补水管一端与补水箱连接,另一端穿过大水箱的箱壁通向小水箱,当电气控制器控制水用电磁阀接通,补水箱向小水箱补水,监控主机中的计时器同时计时,计时器到达设定的时间,电气控制器没有收到水位传感器的信号,电气控制器即控制熄火气缸电磁阀接通,熄火气缸停止工作,发动机熄火。
所述水位传感器包括探测管和套在探测管上且能在探测管上移动的浮球。
本发明具有如下积极效果:(1)本发明采取在小水箱中设置水位传感器代替浮球水位控制机构,取消大水箱中的水位传感器,使废气处理装置的结构得到简化,由于小水箱里的是清洁水,浮球容易沿测量导管上下移动,使测量信号准确。(2)本发明利用监控主机中的计时器,在补水时,到达设定时间,电气控制器没有收到水位传感器的信号,电气控制器即控制熄火气缸电磁阀接通,熄火气缸停止工作,发动机熄火,发动机没有废气产生,保证了不经处理的废气不排放。

实施例1
见图1,一种废气处理装置,包括废气处理箱1、补水管2、水用电磁阀3、监控主机4、熄火气缸电磁阀5和补水箱6。废气处理箱1包括大水箱1-1、小水箱1-2,小水箱1-2处于大水箱1-1中,小水箱1-2与大水箱1-1之间通过虹吸管1-3连接,小水箱1-2中的水位高于大水箱1-1的水位时,小水箱1-2内的水通过虹吸管1-3补入大水箱1-1中,大水箱1-1的顶面固定一水位传感器1-5,水位传感器1-5的探测管1-5-1和浮球1-5-2***小水箱1-2中,浮球1-5-2根据小水箱1-2中的水位沿探测管1-5-1上下滑动。
所述小水箱1-2处于大水箱的一侧,小水箱1-2的该侧箱壁的外侧面与大水箱1-1的相应侧箱壁的内侧面相贴,大水箱1-1与小水箱1-2相贴的箱壁下部开有孔,孔贯通小水箱1-2的箱壁,孔中固定有接头1-4,补水管2的一端与补水箱6连接,补水管2另一端与接头1-4连接,使补水管穿过大水箱1-1的箱壁通向小水箱1-2,补水管2中连接所述水用电磁阀3。
所述水位控制器1-5与监控主机4中的电气控制器通过信号线相连,所述水用电磁阀3的控制线与监控主机4中的电气控制器相连,监控主机4的电气控制器与控制熄火气缸的熄火气缸电磁阀5的控制线相连。
当大水箱1-1中的水位减少时,小水箱1-2中的水通过虹吸管1-3进入大水箱1-1,浮球1-5-2下沉,水位传感器1-5把该信号传给监控主机4中的电气控制器,当水位低于设定的高度时,监控主机4中的电气控制器使水用电磁阀3接线端通电,水用电磁阀3接通,在补水箱中有水时,补水箱6中的水在重力作用下补入小水箱1-2中。同时监控主机4中的计时器开始计时,计时器设定的时间为1分钟,小水箱1-2中进水后浮球1-5-2上浮,计时器清零。当补水箱6中无水时,计时器达到设定的时间,电气控制器没收到水位传感器1-5的信号,令熄火气缸电磁阀5的接线端通电,熄火气缸电磁阀5动作控制熄火气缸,使发动机熄火,发动机熄火即无废气排出。

Claims (2)

1.一种废气处理装置,包括废气处理箱(1)、补水管(2)、补水箱(6),废气处理箱(1)包括大水箱(1-1)和处于大水箱(1-1)内的小水箱(1-2),小水箱(1-2)与大水箱(1-1)之间由虹吸管(1-3)连接,其特征是:还包括水用电磁阀(3)、监控主机(4)和熄火气缸电磁阀(5),监控主机(4)具有电气控制器,上述水用电磁阀(3)连接在补水管(2)中,小水箱(1-2)中设有水位传感器(1-5),水位传感器(1-5)的信号线、熄火气缸电磁阀(5)的控制线和水用电磁阀(3)的控制线均与监控主机(4)中的电气控制器相连,所述补水管(2)一端与补水箱(6)连接,另一端穿过大水箱(1-1)的箱壁通向小水箱(1-2),当大水箱(1-1)中的水位减少时,小水箱(1-2)中的水通过虹吸管(1-3)进入大水箱(1-1),浮球(1-5-2)下沉,水位传感器(1-5)把该信号传给监控主机(4)中的电气控制器,当水位低于设定的高度时,电气控制器控制水用电磁阀(3)接通,在补水箱(6)中有水时,补水箱(6)向小水箱(1-2)补水,监控主机(4)中的计时器同时计时,当补水箱(6)中无水时,计时器到达设定的时间,电气控制器没有收到水位传感器(1-5)的信号,电气控制器即控制熄火气缸电磁阀(5)接通,熄火气缸停止工作,发动机熄火。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理装置,其特征是:水位传感器(1-5)包括探测管(1-5-1)和套在探测管(1-5-1)上且能在探测管(1-5-1)上移动的浮球(1-5-2)。
