Abstract
一种超净马桶,具有双水封排污管,利用马桶水箱内壁注浆成型一个下端通水的夹层气水桶,并通过导气管、通气管与排污管路相通,当水箱进水时,产生一个压力,当水箱排水时,排污管里的压力释放至气水桶,同时拉动排污管虹吸,用3-5升冲洗水,产生8-15升喷射虹吸马桶的冲洗效果,故超净。

本发明涉及节水马桶领域,具体说是一种超净马桶。
背景技术:负压虹吸采用双水封排污管路,其水箱内产生压力的装置,大部分采用塑料模具制造,相对费用高。尚未见到压力装置采用注浆成型的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是利用马桶注浆成型所述的压力装置及马桶。
本发明所采取技术方案是:
1、一种超净马桶,马桶水箱(3)内设置进水阀(5)、排水阀(4),双水封排污管(6)上有通气导管(9)在水箱底开口做为通气管孔(8),并与导气管(2)连接相通,导气管(2)与水箱内壁注浆成型的夹层气水桶(1)相通,其特征在于:在水箱内壁上制作夹层气水桶,导气管(2)与夹层气水桶(1)由模具注浆成型,夹层气水桶(1)底部的通水孔(7)与水箱(3)内的水相通,
2、一种超净马桶,马桶水箱(3)内设置进水阀(5)、排水阀(4),双水封排污管(6)上有通气导管(9)在水箱底开口做为通气管孔(8),并与导气管(2)连接相通,导气管(2)与水箱内壁注浆成型的夹层气水桶(1)相通,在水箱内壁上制作夹层气水桶,夹层气水桶(1)由模具注浆成型,夹层气水桶(1)底部的通水口(7)与水箱(3)内的水相通。其特征在于:用通气管(10)连通夹层气水桶(1)与水箱底上的通气管孔(8)。
其有益效果是:降低生产成本,用3~5升水,达到喷射虹吸马桶8~15升水的冲洗效果。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:参照示意图,根据冲洗水量确定夹层气水桶(1)的容量,在水箱(3)内选择夹层气水桶(1)位置,一般在无进水阀的一侧,利用模具成型一个夹层做为夹层气水桶(1),在底部开孔通水。对应水箱底上的通气管孔(8),确定导气管(2)的位置,注浆成型后,导气管(2)与夹层气水桶(1)的上端桶体是相通的,用于气体的流动,安接水箱时,导气管(2)与通气管孔(8)对接相通。当水箱(3)进水时,气水桶(1)内的空气通过导气管(2)、通气导管(9)压缩到双水封排污管(6)里。排水时释放压力,快速虹吸,由于无喷射口,全部水冲洗桶盆,故超净。
实施例2:与实施例1不同之处在于用不同材质的通气管(10)替换导气管(2),连接气水桶(1)与通气管孔(8),生产更容易。

1.一种超净马桶,马桶水箱(3)内设置进水阀(5)、排水阀(4),双水封排污管(6)上有通气导管(9)在水箱底开口做为通气管孔(8),并与导气管(2)连接相通,导气管(2)与水箱内壁注浆成型的夹层气水桶(1)相通,其特征在于:在水箱内壁上制作夹层气水桶,导气管(2)与夹层气水桶(1)由模具注浆成型,夹层气水桶(1)底部的通水孔(7)与水箱(3)内的水相通。
