一种机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,属于织物印染技术领域。
背景技术
活性印花属于直接印花工艺的一种,是织物最常用的印花工艺。其采用活性染料渗透进面料并与纤维分子结合,从而形成各种印花图案。活性印花的面料色彩亮丽,色牢度好,手感绵软,不易褪色,久用如新。
目前,通过传统的活性印花工艺制作的印花如果花型有黑色和浅橙色、浅黄色、浅红色等待相应颜色叠色时会出现以下问题:
1、串色:当黑色和浅色有叠色位时,在印花刀的挤压下,深色会渗透到浅色里,造成浅色位花型颜色萎暗不鲜艳;2、花型起毛不光洁:在印花过程中黑色花型颜色会通过纤维渗透到浅颜色花型里,造成浅色花型边有细小的黑色毛毛印;3、弹浆:特别是平网印花机在网架升降时黑色会散乱弹到浅色花位上,造成浅颜色花型有色点。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)做底浆:在水中依次加入防染色盐S、六偏磷酸钠和海藻酸钠充分溶解,高速搅匀15-20分钟,存放至少12小时,制备得到底浆;
2)配色浆:染料和尿素用适量水在80℃充分溶解混匀后加入所述底浆中,最后加入小苏打充分搅拌得到色浆;
3)印花:印花机采用平网刀或圆网刀;
4)蒸化:放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化温度为100℃-104℃,蒸化时间为10-12分钟;
5)皂洗:在车速60-65m/min下,依次通过常温的平洗槽和小轧槽,然后经过高温的松洗槽,最后常温下出布;所述松洗槽内的温度依次为65℃-85℃-95℃-85℃-65℃。
进一步的,所述步骤1)中,以质量百分比计,防染色盐S为1.5%、六偏磷酸钠为2%,海藻酸钠为4%,余量为水。
进一步的,所述步骤2)中,以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,余量为染料和底浆。
进一步的,所述步骤2)中,浅色的色浆中还加入有氩硫酸钠,以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,氩硫酸钠为0.2%,余量为染料和底浆。
进一步的,所述步骤3)中,印花机采用平网刀,刀口为0.3mm/1.5cm-0.4mm/1.6cm,刀硬度为55°-65°,刀压为2N-3.5N,刀速为2m/S-3m/S,刀角为35°-40°,浆厚薄为6500厘泊-9000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃-130℃。
进一步的,所述步骤3)中,印花机采用圆网刀,磁棒为20mm-40mm,磁力为60N-75N,浆厚薄为5000厘泊-7000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃-130℃。
进一步的,所述步骤4)中蒸化机的布容量为250m。
进一步的,所述步骤5)中包括3000L的底槽和250L的补充槽,所述底槽中加入有3-6kg的白底防沾剂和3-6kg的洗涤剂,所述补充槽中加入有1-6kg的白底防沾剂和1-6kg的洗涤剂,所述补充槽流量为1kg/min。
本发明的突出效果为:本发明的一种机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,操作简单、快捷、方便,提高了生产效益,解决了印花串色、深颜色与浅颜色叠色位渗色、弹花等问题,提高了印花品质。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和有益效果有更加清楚的理解,现对本发明的技术方案进行以下详细说明,但不能理解为对本发明的可实施范围的限定。下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
实施例
本实施例提供一种机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)做底浆:在水中依次加入防染色盐S、六偏磷酸钠和海藻酸钠充分溶解,高速搅匀15-20分钟,存放至少12小时,制备得到底浆;以质量百分比计,防染色盐S为1.5%、六偏磷酸钠为2%,海藻酸钠为4%,余量为水。
2)配色浆:染料和尿素用适量水在80℃充分溶解混匀后加入底浆中,最后加入小苏打充分搅拌得到色浆;以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,余量为染料和底浆。浅色的色浆中还加入有氩硫酸钠,以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,氩硫酸钠为0.2%,余量为染料和底浆,染料的用量根据印染的需要添加。
3)印花:印花机采用平网刀或圆网刀;
印花机采用平网刀时,针对不同的针织面料,刀口为0.3mm/1.5cm-0.4mm/1.6cm,刀硬度为55°-65°,刀压为2N-3.5N,刀速为2m/S-3m/S,刀角为35°-40°,浆厚薄为6500厘泊-9000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃-130℃。具体如下表所示:
印花机采用圆网刀时,针对不同的针织面料,磁棒为20mm-40mm,磁力为60N-75N,浆厚薄为5000厘泊-7000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃-130℃。具体如下表所示:
4)蒸化:放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化温度为100℃-104℃,蒸化时间为10-12分钟;蒸化机的布容量为250m。
5)皂洗:在车速60-65m/min下,依次通过常温的平洗槽和小轧槽,然后经过高温的松洗槽,最后常温下出布;松洗槽内的温度依次为65℃-85℃-95℃-85℃-65℃。包括3000L的底槽和250L的补充槽,底槽中加入有3-6kg的白底防沾剂和3-6kg的洗涤剂,补充槽中加入有1-6kg的白底防沾剂和1-6kg的洗涤剂,补充槽流量为1kg/min。针对印花的颜色深、中、浅,其用量见下表:

Claims (8)

1.一种机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)做底浆:在水中依次加入防染色盐S、六偏磷酸钠和海藻酸钠充分溶解,高速搅匀15-20分钟,存放至少12小时,制备得到底浆;
2)配色浆:染料和尿素用适量水在80℃充分溶解混匀后加入所述底浆中,最后加入小苏打充分搅拌得到色浆;
3)印花:印花机采用平网刀或圆网刀;
4)蒸化:放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化温度为100℃-104℃,蒸化时间为10-12分钟;
5)皂洗:在车速60-65m/min下,依次通过常温的平洗槽和小轧槽,然后经过高温的松洗槽,最后常温下出布;所述松洗槽内的温度依次为65℃-85℃-95℃-85℃-65℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中,以质量百分比计,防染色盐S为1.5%、六偏磷酸钠为2%,海藻酸钠为4%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中,以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,余量为染料和底浆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中,浅色的色浆中还加入有氩硫酸钠,以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,氩硫酸钠为0.2%,余量为染料和底浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中,印花机采用平网刀,刀口为0.3mm/1.5cm-0.4mm/1.6cm,刀硬度为55°-65°,刀压为2N-3.5N,刀速为2m/S-3m/S,刀角为35°-40°,浆厚薄为6500厘泊-9000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃-130℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中,印花机采用圆网刀,磁棒为20mm-40mm,磁力为60N-75N,浆厚薄为5000厘泊-7000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃-130℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中蒸化机的布容量为250m。
8.根据权利要求1所述的机印全棉针织面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤5)中包括3000L的底槽和250L的补充槽,所述底槽中加入有3-6kg的白底防沾剂和3-6kg的洗涤剂,所述补充槽中加入有1-6kg的白底防沾剂和1-6kg的洗涤剂,所述补充槽流量为1kg/min。
