Description

技术领域
本申请总体上涉及基于针对生物计量特征的驾驶员活动跟踪的车辆***操作。
背景技术
三维加速器上的改进已有助于提高对个人活动跟踪装置(AT)的接受度。AT可测量穿戴者的运动,且能够检测和记录诸如步行、跑步和锻炼的身体活动。一些AT具有检测诸如心率的其它生物计量特征的能力。AT还可被配备有连接方式,所述连接方式包括但不限于:蓝牙、以太网、USB、WiFi和IrDA,并且被用于与运行应用软件的移动电话连接或被连接到与云连接的服务器。AT的使用允许用户输入健身目标,诸如在预定时间(例如,天、周、月)内步行多少步的目标、在预定时间(例如,24小时、48小时、周)内睡多少小时的目标以及基于在睡觉时(焦躁不安的时期)检测到的运动和睡眠时间的组合的睡眠质量。
发明内容
一种车辆包括:自适应巡航控制模块和至少一个处理器,其中,自适应巡航控制模块被配置为保持车辆与跟踪车辆之间的距离。所述至少一个处理器被配置为:与能够检测车辆的驾驶员的至少一个生物计量特征的个人活动跟踪装置进行通信,并基于所述至少一个生物计量特征来控制自适应巡航控制模块增加所述距离。

除了其它方面之外,本公开提出了用于车辆与活动跟踪装置进行交互的***和方法。例如,由用户穿戴的活动跟踪装置可具有用于确定用户在一段时间(例如,在过去的24、48或96个小时)内睡觉的小时数的能力。此外,活动跟踪装置可具有用于监测用户的心率并确定与不同活动(例如,工作、睡觉、锻炼和步行)对应的基准心率的能力。当用户进入配备有能够与活动跟踪装置进行交互的***的车辆时,车辆可与活动跟踪装置进行通信,并基于用户的历史睡眠和当前的心率或当前心率与基准心率之间的差,激活警告机制。
与活动跟踪装置的车辆交互的另一示例是推荐停车位置。例如,由用户穿戴的活动跟踪装置可具有用于确定用户在一段时间内(例如,今天、在过去的24小时中或在上周中)已经步行的步数的能力。基于用户在一段时间内已经步行的步数以及用户期望在该段时间内步行的目标步数,车辆将推荐离目的地位置(例如,家、办公室或商店)更远的停车位置,使得所计算的从停车位置到目的地位置的附加步数加上用户步行的当前步数等于或大于目标步数。
图1示出用于车辆31的基于车辆的计算***(VCS)1的示例框式拓扑图。这种基于车辆的计算***1的示例为由福特汽车公司制造的SYNC***。设置有基于车辆的计算***的车辆可包含位于车辆中的可视前端界面4。如果所述界面设置有例如触摸敏感屏幕,则用户还能够与所述界面进行交互。在另一示意性实施例中,通过按钮按压、具有自动语音识别和语音合成的口语会话***来进行交互。
在图1所示的示意性实施例1中,至少一个处理器3控制基于车辆的计算***1的至少一部分操作。设置在车辆内的处理器允许对命令和例程进行车载处理。另外,处理器连接到非持久性存储器5和持久性存储器7两者。在此示意性实施例中,非持久性存储器是随机存取存储器(RAM),持久性存储器是硬盘驱动器(HDD)或闪存。非暂时性存储器可包括持久性存储器和RAM两者。一般说来,持久性(非暂时性)存储器可包括当计算机或其它装置掉电时保持数据的所有形式的存储器。这些存储器包括但不限于:HDD、CD、DVD、磁带、固态驱动器、便携式USB驱动器和任何其它适当形式的持久性存储器。
处理器还设置有允许用户与处理器进行交互的若干不同的输入。在此示意性实施例中,麦克风29、辅助输入25(用于输入33)、USB输入23、GPS输入24、屏幕4(可为触摸屏显示器)和蓝牙输入15全部被提供。还提供输入选择器51,以允许用户在各种输入之间进行切换。来自麦克风和辅助连接器两者的输入在被传送到处理器之前,由转换器27对所述输入进行模数转换。尽管未示出,但是与VCS进行通信的众多车辆组件和辅助组件可使用车辆网络(诸如但不限于CAN总线、LIN总线、MOST总线、以太网总线或FlexRay总线)向VCS(或其组件)传送数据并传送来自VCS(或其组件)的数据。
来自处理器3的输出可包括但不限于视觉显示器4以及扬声器13或立体声***输出。扬声器连接到放大器11,并通过数模转换器9从处理器3接收其信号。还可分别沿19和21所示的双向数据流产生到远程蓝牙装置(诸如PND54)或USB装置(诸如车辆导航装置60)的输出。
在一示意性实施例中,***1使用蓝牙收发器15与用户的移动装置53(例如,活动跟踪装置、蜂窝电话、移动电话、智能电话、PDA或具有无线远程网络连接能力的任何其它装置)进行通信(17)。移动装置随后可用于通过例如与蜂窝塔57的通信(55)来与车辆31外部的网络61进行通信(59)。在一些实施例中,蜂窝塔57可以是WiFi接入点。
移动装置与蓝牙收发器之间的示例性通信由信号14表示。
可通过按钮52或类似的输入来指示移动装置53与蓝牙收发器15进行配对。相应地,CPU被指示车载蓝牙收发器将与移动装置中的蓝牙收发器进行配对。
可利用例如与移动装置53关联的数据计划、话上数据或DTMF音在CPU3与网络61之间传送数据。可选地,可期望包括具有天线18的车载调制解调器63以便在CPU3与网络61之间通过语音频带传送数据(16)。移动装置53随后可用于通过例如与蜂窝塔57的通信(55)来与车辆31外部的网络61进行通信(59)。在一些实施例中,调制解调器63可与蜂窝塔57建立通信(20),以与网络61进行通信。作为非限制性示例,调制解调器63可以是USB蜂窝调制解调器,并且通信20可以是蜂窝通信。
在一示意性实施例中,处理器设置有包括用于与调制解调器应用软件进行通信的API的操作***。调制解调器应用软件可访问蓝牙收发器上的嵌入式模块或固件,以完成与(诸如在移动装置中发现的)远程蓝牙收发器的无线通信。蓝牙是IEEE802PAN(个域网)协议的子集。IEEE802LAN(局域网)协议包括WiFi并与IEEE802PAN具有相当多的交叉功能。两者都适合于车辆内的无线通信。可被使用的其它无线通信方式包括自由空间光通信(诸如IrDA)和非标准化消费者红外协议或感应连接装置,所述感应连接装置包括但不限于近场通信***(NFC)(诸如,RFID)。
在另一实施例中,移动装置53包括用于语音频带或宽带数据通信的调制解调器。在话上数据的实施例中,当移动装置的所有者可在数据被传送的同时通过装置说话时,可实施已知为频分复用的技术。在其它时间,当所有者没有在使用装置时,数据传送可使用整个带宽(在一示例中是300Hz至3.4kHz)。尽管频分复用对于车辆与互联网之间的模拟蜂窝通信而言会是常见的并仍在被使用,但其已经很大程度上被用于数字蜂窝通信的码分多址(CDMA)、时分多址(TDMA)、空分多址(SDMA)的混合体所替代,所述混合体包括但不限于正交频分多址(OFDMA),其中,正交频分多址可包括时域统计多路复用。这些都是ITUIMT-2000(3G)兼容的标准,为静止或步行的用户提供高达2mbs的数据速率,并为在移动的车辆中的用户提供高达385Kbps的数据速率。3G标准现在正被IMT-Advanced(4G)所替代,其中,所述IMT-Advanced(4G)为在车辆中的用户提供100Mbps的数据速率,并为静止的用户提供1Gbps的数据速率。如果用户具有与移动装置关联的数据计划,则所述数据计划可允许宽带传输且***可使用宽得多的带宽(加速数据传送)。在另一实施例中,移动装置53被安装至车辆31的蜂窝通信装置(未示出)所替代。在另一实施例中,移动装置(ND)53可以是能够通过例如(而不限于)802.11g网络(即WiFi)或WiMax网络进行通信的无线局域网(LAN)装置。
在一实施例中,传入数据可经由话上数据或数据计划穿过移动装置,穿过车载收发器(蓝牙、WiFi、NFC),并进入车辆的内部处理器3。例如,在某些临时数据的情况下,数据可被存储在HDD或其它存储介质7上,直至不再需要所述数据时为止。
其它可与车辆进行接口连接的源包括:具有例如USB连接56和/或天线58的个人导航装置54、具有USB62或其它连接的车辆导航装置60、车载GPS装置24、或具有与网络61的连接的远程导航***(未示出)。USB是一类串行联网协议中的一种。IEEE1394(火线TM(苹果)、i.LINKTM(索尼)和LynxTM(德州仪器))、EIA(电子工业协会)串行协议、IEEE1284(Centronics端口)、S/PDIF(索尼/飞利浦数字互连格式)和USB-IF(USB开发者论坛)形成了装置-装置串行标准的骨干。多数协议可针对电通信或光通信来实施。
此外,CPU可与各种其它的辅助装置65进行通信。这些装置可通过无线连接67或有线连接69来连接。辅助装置65可包括但不限于个人媒体播放器、无线保健装置、便携式计算机等。
此外或可选地,可使用例如WiFi(IEEE803.11)收发器71将CPU连接到基于车辆的无线路由器73。这可允许CPU在局域路由器73的范围中连接到远程网络。
除了由位于车辆中的车辆计算***执行示例性处理之外,在某些实施例中,还可由与车辆计算***通信的计算***来执行示例性处理。这样的***可包括但不限于:无线装置(例如但不限于移动电话)或通过无线装置连接的远程计算***(例如但不限于服务器)。总体上,这样的***可被称为与车辆关联的计算***(VACS)。在某些实施例中,VACS的特定组件可根据***的特定实施而执行处理的特定部分。通过示例而并非限制的方式,如果处理具有与配对的无线装置进行发送或者接收信息的步骤,则很可能由于无线装置不会与自身进行信息的“发送和接收”而使得无线装置不执行该处理。本领域的普通技术人员将理解何时不适合对给定解决方案应用特定的VACS。在所有解决方案中,预期至少位于车辆自身内的车辆计算***1能够执行示例性处理。
图2A是示例性的活动跟踪装置200。活动跟踪装置200能够经由无线或有线连接与基于车辆的计算***1进行交互。活动跟踪装置200可以是可穿戴装置或者可被集成到移动电话中。活动跟踪装置200可被戴在用户的手腕上或者可以是以多种形式可实现的其它小型电子装置,所述多种形式包括夹子、项链、眼镜、镜片和挂饰(被放置于口袋中或皮下)。无线连接可包括蓝牙、WiFi、蜂窝、RFID,以及上面描述的其它无线连接方式。有线连接可包括串行接口或并行接口或两者的组合,包括USB或上面描述的其它有线连接装置。活动跟踪装置200可包括能够指示生物计量特征(诸如,在一段时间内步行的步数202、当前心率204和平均心率206)的显示器。活动跟踪装置200还可包括非生物计量数据,诸如,当前时间208、海拔高度、日期、日历信息或警告。活动跟踪装置200可包括用于检测生物计量特征的传感器,所述生物计量特征包括运动、心率、皮肤温度、O2饱和度、皮肤导电性、汗水或水分。基于所述生物计量特征,单独的或与另一处理器结合的活动跟踪装置可确定用户的各个方面,诸如在预定时间段内用户已睡了若干小时以及在一段时间内的睡眠的睡眠质量指数。
活动跟踪装置可包括诸如开关的一个或更多个输入。所述输入可以是在一段时间内的特征目标。例如,用户可输入每天实现5000步的目标。活动跟踪装置200可具有用于检测生物计量特征的能力,并能够记录与检测的时间关联的检测的生物计量特征。单独或与VCS结合的活动跟踪装置200能够基于生物计量特征上的变化来预测身体状况的发生(onset)。例如,睡眠的发生可通过用户心率下降到基于用户的平均心率的阈值以下而被检测到。此外,如果驾驶员的心率根据他们的平均或休息心率正在以不规律的方式表现,则VCS可警告驾驶员他们的心率不规律并建议他们靠边停车。另一示例可以是低血糖症的发病的检测,所述低血糖症的发病的检测基于对汗、皮肤导电性和心率的解释的变化或者对人眼中的眼泪进行采样以确定血糖水平。这些示例性预测可在活动跟踪装置200中、在与活动跟踪装置200进行通信的VCS中或在与活动跟踪装置200和VCS两者进行通信的移动电话中被执行。基于一个或更多个生物计量特征,VCS可提供用于靠边停车或行驶到最近的医院的警告或建议。
图2B是能够与活动跟踪装置200和基于车辆的计算***(VCS)进行交互的示例性移动电话210。移动电话210可与活动跟踪装置200进行无线通信或经由有线连接与活动跟踪装置200进行通信。移动电话210能够直接与活动跟踪装置200进行交互,或者,可要求应用软件与活动跟踪装置200进行交互。移动电话210可包括能够显示一个或更多个生物计量特征的显示器,所述一个或更多个生物计量特征包括生物计量特征的统计表示。例如,所述显示器可基于在预定时间段内记录的步行的步数214,来指示用户具有用于达到步数目标的剩余步数212。步行的步数214可被表达为距离216(例如,英里)。其它生物计量特征也可被显示,诸如用户心率218或平均心率220。生物计量特征可以以数字或图形形式被显示。例如,与时间有关的步数的图表222可被示出。

图4是示出基于健身目标的车辆路线选择的示例性地理地图。具有最终目的地404的在当前位置402的穿戴有活动跟踪装置的车辆驾驶员可使用诸如包括GPS的导航***的计算***来指导到该目的地的路径。路线选项可包括最短时间、最短距离、避免收费道路或避免高速公路。示例性最短时间路线406可将用户直接引导到具有街道地址408的目的地404。基于驾驶员的健身目标,计算***可提供推荐的停车位置410。推荐的路线412会指导驾驶员经由车辆沿着推荐的路线412行驶以到达推荐的停车位置410。计算***随后会为驾驶员提供用于步行的步行路线414。目的地404可作为最终目的地或作为事件目的地而被输入。例如,如果目的地404作为事件目的地被输入,则驾驶员可输入事件开始的位置和时间。车辆计算***随后可基于驾驶员已步行的当前步数以及估计的沿步行路线414所需的步数,来确定推荐的停车位置410。因为这是事件目的地,所以由于驾驶员会步行到该事件目的地然后从该事件目的地步行回到车辆,因此估计的沿步行路线414所需的步数可被双倍计算。此外,推荐的停车位置410可以基于时间。例如在前面的示例中,如果事件目的地被设置有事件起始时间,则计算***可计算沿推荐的路线412驾驶到推荐的停车位置410所需的附加时间以及沿步行路线414步行所需的时间,使得推荐的停车位置可进行补偿,因此推荐的停车位置不会导致驾驶员为该事件迟到。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆,包括:
自适应巡航控制模块,被配置为保持车辆与跟踪车辆之间的距离;
至少一个处理器,被配置为与能够检测车辆的驾驶员的至少一个生物计量特征的个人活动跟踪装置进行通信,并基于所述至少一个生物计量特征来控制自适应巡航控制模块增加所述距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个生物计量特征是驾驶员在预定时间段期间睡觉的小时数。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个生物计量特征包括:驾驶员的当前心率和平均心率。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个生物计量特征包括:与睡眠质量指数评级的比较结果。
5.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个处理器还被配置为:基于车辆的海拔高度来增加所述距离。
