本发明涉及一种安全异形装饰玻璃及其制作工艺,属于装饰玻璃制备技术领域,安全异形装饰玻璃由凹凸异形玻璃、EVA胶层、装饰布或装饰砖头、PET镀铝膜组成;其制作工艺为先选好款式的玻璃模具,放上平板的玻璃,然后加温,温度为700~1000℃,1.5~2小时熔化成型,再低温塑形,18~22小时后,形成凹凸形状的异形玻璃,贴入一层EVA胶+一层装饰布或装饰砖+一层EVA胶+最后一层PET镀铝膜,然后进行加温,温度为130~180℃,在一边加热同时,一边抽真空,形成产品;该安全异形装饰玻璃只需要一层玻璃,不会掉色,美观效果多变持久,重量轻,耐冲击,且方便安装。

本发明涉及一种安全异形装饰玻璃及其制作工艺,属于装饰玻璃制备技术领域。
背景技术
建筑装饰工程中,玻璃是应用最为广泛的一类装饰材料。随着建筑业的发展,玻璃在建筑上得使用越来越广泛。玻璃从最初单一的采光功能到现在的装饰功能,已逐渐发展未线代建筑的主流。而建筑装饰玻璃是以设计概念和功能为主导,采用玻璃材质和艺术技巧,与被装饰的建筑物成为统一和谐的整体,既丰富了建筑艺术形象,也可提高实用功能,经济价值和社会价值。
现市面上一般的装饰玻璃,是由两玻璃夹胶,即玻璃+胶+玻璃,两玻璃中间夹装饰制造而成,有些在玻璃表面喷花或雕刻喷花。
装饰玻璃作为一种新型的建筑装饰材料所起到的作用越来越大。建筑环境及其功能的复杂性和人们审美情趣的个性化,都使得玻璃制品必须不断推陈出新,以满足人们的要求。CN200310110141.0公开一种彩色装饰玻璃片的生产工艺,以石英砂、助熔剂、着色剂、硼砂为主要原料,混合后经高温熔炼成流态玻璃,采用由踏板充气开关(1)、支撑气管(2)、气嘴总成(3)、吹管(4)、吹管支托架(5)构成的制造球面装饰玻璃的吹制装置将流态玻璃吹制成玻璃大球,冷却后破球划制成彩色装饰玻璃片;CN201310049147.5公开一种具有裂纹涂层的镀膜装饰玻璃的制备方法,在玻璃上丝网印刷图案,图案中产生裂纹或空隙图案,然后再用物理法在裂纹或空隙处镀制金属或高反射无机氧化物填充裂纹或空隙,其把丝网油墨印刷图案与物理方法镀膜相结合,使印刷装饰的玻璃既有油墨的色彩,又有镶嵌于油墨中金属闪亮的图案或者高反射无机氧化物膜特有图案;CN201310026158.1公开一种触摸屏玻璃盖板,其整体结构包括盖板玻璃及印刷其边框上的油墨层,其特征在于:所述油墨层为云母油墨层;本发明以超薄玻璃为基材,经过精准分切、CNC精修磨边、化学钢化,并在油墨、油漆中添加多彩、绝缘型天然云母、人工合成云母,将云母油墨印刷在盖板玻璃上形成更富美感的触摸屏盖板装饰玻璃。
虽然有关装饰玻璃的技术不断发展,但都避免不了是由两玻璃夹胶,这样美观效果简单,而且都平板玻璃,如果有异形状玻璃,根本无法实现两块玻璃进行胶夹,同时存在着容易掉色,美观效果难以持久的缺点。另外,由于传统的装饰玻璃由两块玻璃组成,重量大,体积重,不容易安装,易碎。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种安全异形装饰玻璃,其只需要一层玻璃,不会掉色,美观效果多变持久,重量轻,耐冲击,且方便安装。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种安全异形装饰玻璃,由凹凸异形玻璃、EVA胶层和PET镀铝膜组成。
所述的安全异形装饰玻璃,其结构为从上到下分别为凹凸异形玻璃、EVA胶层、装饰布或装饰砖、EVA胶层、PET镀铝膜。
所述的凹凸异形玻璃与EVA胶层、装饰布或装饰砖、EVA胶层、PET镀铝膜的厚度比例为:10:0.5:1:0.5:1。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种安全异形装饰玻璃的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:选好款式的玻璃模具,放上平板的玻璃,然后加温,温度为700~1000℃,1.5~2小时溶化成型,再低温塑形,18~22小时后,形成凹凸形状的异形玻璃,贴入一层EVA胶+一层装饰布或装饰砖+一层EVA胶+最后一层PET镀铝膜,然后进行加温,温度为130~180℃,在加热的同时,一边加热,一边抽真空,形成安全异形装饰玻璃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种安全异形装饰玻璃,有别于传统的玻璃+胶+玻璃工艺,其只需要一层玻璃,可应用于异形玻璃,且不会掉色,美观效果多变持久,同时重量轻,耐冲击,其厚度比例可实现通透美观,整体方便安装。且制作工艺简单,成本低廉,易于实现工业化生产。

1.一种安全异形装饰玻璃,其特征在于:该装饰玻璃由凹凸异形玻璃、EVA胶层和PET镀铝膜组成,其结构为从上到下分别为凹凸异形玻璃、EVA胶层、装饰布或装饰砖、EVA胶层、PET镀铝膜;
上述的安全异形装饰玻璃的制作工艺包括以下步骤:
选好款式的玻璃模具,放上平板的玻璃,然后加温,温度为700~1000℃,1.5~2小时溶化成型,再低温塑形,18~22小时后,形成凹凸形状的异形玻璃,贴入一层EVA胶+一层装饰布或装饰砖+一层EVA胶+最后一层PET镀铝膜,然后进行加温,温度为130~180℃,在加热的同时,一边加热,一边抽真空,形成安全异形装饰玻璃。
