Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗氧化保健食品,该保健食品由以下重量份原料配比制成:番茄红素油树脂5~8份,大豆提取物1~3份。该发明将番茄红素油树脂与大豆提取物两种抗氧化物质按上述的配比结合,发挥其协同作用,抗氧化效果好,且同时能发挥两种物质的多种功效。本发明还进一步提供了上述保健食品在制备抗氧化、抗衰老产品中的应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品的技术领域,具体是一种番茄红素复方抗氧化保健食品。
背景技术
中国保健食品行业兴起于上世纪80年代,短短十几年内,迅速发展成为一个独特的产业,特别是1998年至今,保健品行业进入了一个前所未有的高速发展时期。据统计,国外保健品在国内市场上的销量每年均以12%以上的速度在增长。保健食品主要包括食物补充剂(维生素、矿物质钙镁及微量元素、各种保健品);含有生理活性物质的功能性饮料和食品;植物提取的天然色素和抗氧化剂;果蔬加工品;生物合成的功能低聚糖和多肽等。
氧化是肌肤衰老的最大威胁,饮食不健康、日晒、压力、环境污染等都能让肌肤自由基泛滥,从而产生面色黯淡、缺水等氧化现象,都是身体产生氧化的“罪魁祸首”。在正常情况下,人体内的自由基是处于不断产生与清除的动态平衡之中。自由基产生过多或清除过慢,它通过攻击生命大分子物质及各种细胞,会造成机体在分子水平、细胞水平及组织器官水平的各种损伤,加速机体的衰老进程并诱发各种疾病。人体在不可避免地产生自由基的同时,也在自然产生着抵抗自由基的抗氧化物质,以抵消自由基对人体细胞的氧化攻击。研究证明,人体的抗氧化***是一个可与免疫***相比拟的、具有完善和复杂的功能的***,机体抗氧化的能力越强,就越健康,生命也越长。机体的抗氧化作用,可保持自由基的产生与消除的平衡,对预防疾病与抗衰老等有重要意义。
目前尚没有采用大豆提取物与番茄红素油树脂组方制备的抗氧化功能的保健食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种番茄红素复方抗氧化保健食品,可增强抗氧化作用,同时兼有抗炎抗感染、缓解疲劳,增强免疫力等功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种番茄红素复方抗氧化保健食品,由以下重量份原料配比制成:番茄红素油树脂5~8份,大豆提取物1~3份。
优选地,由以下重量份原料配比制成:番茄红素油树脂7份,大豆提取物2份。
其中,所述的番茄红素油树脂中番茄红素含量≥20%。
所述的大豆提取物中金雀异黄素含量≥8%。
本发明中的番茄红素油树脂和大豆提取物均可以通过直接购买市售品获得。
本发明保健食品的制备方法可以为:取所述重量份的番茄红素油树脂、大豆提取物,分别过筛,混匀,制粒,干燥,加入或不加辅料按照常规工艺制备成药剂学上任意一种剂型。
所述的剂型为颗粒剂或胶囊剂(硬胶囊、软胶囊)或片剂(普通片、分散片、口腔崩解片、含片、咀嚼片、泡腾片)或口服液体制剂等。
所述的辅料为:如在片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂等固体制剂中常用的稀释剂、崩解剂、赋形剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、填充剂等;在糖浆、口服液等口服液体制剂中常用的表面活性剂、稀释剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、矫味剂、增稠剂、助流剂等。具体是指淀粉、乳糖、糊精、糖粉、微晶纤维素、甘露醇、木糖醇、聚乙二醇、硫酸钙、磷酸氢钙、碳酸钙、改良淀粉、山梨醇、聚乙烯吡咯酮、重质碳酸镁、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲淀粉钠、羟丙基纤维素、聚维酮K30、白陶土、预胶化淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、微粉硅胶、甜叶菊苷、甜菜碱、阿司帕坦、甘草甜素、糖精钠、枸橼酸、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、山梨酸钾、山梨酸等。
番茄红素通过物理和化学方式猝灭单线态氧或捕捉过氧化自由基。单线态氧是具有很强活性的氧自由基,具细胞毒性作用,以细胞膜、线粒体等部位对其最为敏感,能与细胞中多种生物大分子发生作用,通过与分子结合造成细胞膜***的损伤;番茄红素能够接受不同电子激发态的能量,吸收光能并通过单线态—单线态能量转移过程使单线态氧的能量转移到番茄红素,生成基态氧分子和三重态番茄红素分子,三重态番茄红素通过与溶剂的一系列旋光和振动反应得到再生,并在此过程中将能量散发;类胡萝卜素的猝灭能力与其分子中所含有的共轭双键的数目有着密切的关系,番茄红素分子中有11个共轭双键,一个番茄红素分子可以清除数千个单线态氧,其猝灭单线态氧的速率常数较大豆提取物高2倍。1990年Paolo等报道了类胡萝卜素和生育酚等30余种生物抗氧化剂猝灭单线态氧的作用,番茄红素是猝灭单线态氧最强的。
番茄红素还能通过与其他形式的活性氧的化学反应消除氧化自由基,如过氧化氢、亚硝酸根等氧化自由基,而氧化自由基能引起脂质过氧化形成多种产物,这些产物与人体老化、癌症发生、自身免疫病及贫血等疾病都有关系。
大豆提取中含有大量的金雀异黄素,其含5.7.4三个酚羟基,大豆甙元含7.4二个酚羟基。酚羟基作为供氧体能与自由基反应使之生成相应的离子或分子,熄灭自由基,终止了自由基的连锁反应。大豆异黄酮对整体动物也有比较明确的抗氧化作用,大豆异黄酮提取物对阿霉素引起的小鼠过氧化水平提高和抗氧化酶活性的降低也有明显的抑制作用。
动物与植物体内存在许多抗氧化物质参与组成体内的抗氧化剂,由于抗氧化物质众多,单个抗氧化剂对抗氧化状态功效并不能代表它们在体内相互协同作用。本发明将番茄红素油树脂与大豆提取物两种抗氧化物质按一定的配比结合,协同作用好,抗氧化效果好,且同时能发挥两种物质的多种功效,如眼和中枢神经***的保护作用、防紫外线辐射、抑制肿瘤、抗炎抗感染、缓解运动疲劳,增强机体能量代谢、增强免疫力、预防心血管疾病等。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例采用的原料来源:大豆提取物(金雀异黄素含量≥8%),直接由市场购得,番茄红素油树脂(番茄红素含量≥20%),直接由市场购得。
实施例1
配制以下重量份原料:番茄红素油树脂5份,大豆提取物3份。制备方法如下:按配方比例称取过筛后的番茄红素油树脂及大豆提取物,共混均匀,制粒烘干,装入胶囊壳中得胶囊;或者用自动旋转扎囊机,压制法成型,得软胶囊;制备的辅料为常用辅料,每粒胶囊重约0.6g(其中番茄红素油树脂0.125g,大豆提取物0.075g)。用量为:每日服用两次,每次两粒,每日摄取的番茄红素油树脂0.5g,大豆提取物0.3g。
或者将上述原料加入到片剂成型机内挤压成型,得片剂。制备的辅料为常用辅料,每粒片剂重约0.5克(其中番茄红素油树脂0.17g,大豆提取物0.1g)。用量为:每日服用三次,每次一片,每日摄取的番茄红素油树脂0.5g,大豆提取物0.3g。
或者按上述配比直接用常规方法制备成口服制剂。
实施例2
配制以下重量份原料:番茄红素油树脂7份,大豆提取物2份。制备方法同实施例1。
每粒胶囊重约0.6g(其中番茄红素油树脂0.175g,大豆提取物0.05g)。用量为:每日服用两次,每次两粒,每日摄取的番茄红素油树脂0.7g,大豆提取物0.2g。
每粒片剂重约0.5克(其中番茄红素油树脂0.23g,大豆提取物0.07g)。用量为:每日服用三次,每次一片,每日摄取的番茄红素油树脂0.7g,大豆提取物0.2g。
抗氧化能力实验
在实验中,通过D-半乳糖注射建立的亚急性衰老小鼠模型后,使用本发明的抗氧化保健食品后,提高了小鼠机体SOD、GSH-Px抗氧化酶的活力,从而促进机体内自由基的消除,减轻脂质过氧化发生,保护生物膜,起到了抗氧化的作用,同时自由基的减少还能通过抑制细胞凋亡的机制延缓衰老,从实验结果可以看出,本发明配方的抗氧化保健食品的抗氧化能力要优于单一配方同等剂量的番茄红素油树脂及大豆提取物,说明番茄红素油树脂及大豆提取物经过该配比组合而成的配方发挥了二者的协同作用,具有更优质的效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种番茄红素复方抗氧化保健食品,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料配比制成:番茄红素油树脂5~8份,大豆提取物1~3份,,所述的番茄红素油树脂中番茄红素油含量≥20%,所述的大豆提取物中金雀异黄素含量≥8%。
2.如权利要求1所述的番茄红素复方抗氧化保健食品,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料配比制成:番茄红素油树脂7份,大豆提取物2份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的番茄红素复方抗氧化保健食品,其特征在于,该保健食品被制备成胶囊剂或者片剂或者口服液体制剂,其中胶囊剂是指硬胶囊、软胶囊;片剂是指普通片、分散片、口腔崩解片、含片、咀嚼片、泡腾片。
