本发明公开了一种弯头大电流电缆连接器外壳结构,是由平置外套、垂直外套组装而成的直角形外壳,平置外套、垂直外套在直角处通过斜置的结合面结合;垂直外套前端与平置外套结合处设有平置的圆环,圆环伸入平置外套止口孔中,形成止口结构结合;垂直外套圆环为向上开口的半圆环;平置外套或垂直外套在结合处设有密封槽,该密封槽内设有密封圈,构成轴封结构;进一步改进在于:垂直外套圆环环壁上设有向上开口的竖置直槽。本发明组装方便、快捷,防水性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆连接器外壳结构,具体涉及一种电动汽车用电缆连接器外壳结构。
背景技术
现有电动汽车用电缆连接器一般包括外壳、内芯、接线端子,外壳是由平置外套、垂直外套组装而成的直角形构件,平置外套、垂直外套在直角处通过斜置的结合面结合,内芯为直杆形构件,安装在平置外套内孔中,接线端子从垂直外套内孔中伸入,通过螺纹连接在内芯端部,内芯与接线端子在平置外套、垂直外套结合处的内孔中连接。这种电动汽车用电缆连接器外壳缺陷在于:一是平置外套、垂直外套结合处密封性差;二是需在由平置外套、垂直外套组装而成的外壳端部开有可以方便内芯与接线端子螺纹连接的孔,这个部位也容易进水,因此现有电动汽车用电缆连接器外壳的防水性能差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高防水性能的弯头大电流电缆连接器外壳结构。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
弯头大电流电缆连接器外壳结构,是由平置外套、垂直外套组装而成的直角形外壳,平置外套、垂直外套在直角处通过斜置的结合面结合;其改进之处在于:所述垂直外套前端与平置外套结合处设有平置的圆环,所述圆环伸入平置外套止口孔中,形成止口结构结合;所述垂直外套圆环为向上开口的半圆环;所述平置外套或垂直外套在结合处设有密封槽,该密封槽内设有密封圈,构成轴封结构。
上述结构中,所述垂直外套圆环环壁上设有向上开口的竖置直槽。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、平置外套、垂直外套结合处设有轴封结构,显著提高平置外套、垂直外套结合处密封性,显著提高本发明防水性能。
2、垂直外套与平置外套通过止口结构结合,组装方便、快捷。
3、垂直外套圆环环壁上设有向上开口的竖置直槽,本发明使用时,可以对内芯限位套进行定位。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图1所示的现有技术电动汽车用电缆连接器,包括外壳1、内芯4、接线端子6,外壳1是由平置外套1.1、垂直外套1.2组装而成的直角形构件,平置外套1.1、垂直外套1.2在直角处通过斜置的结合面结合。内芯4为直杆形构件,安装在平置外套1.1内孔中,接线端子6从垂直外套1.2内孔中伸入,通过螺纹连接在内芯4端部,内芯4与接线端子6在平置外套1.1、垂直外套1.2结合处的内孔中连接。在内芯4与接线端子6连接处的外壳1端部开有可以方便内芯4与接线端子6螺纹连接的孔1.3,并在孔1.3中设有端盖7。现有技术电动汽车用电缆连接器的缺陷在于:一是平置外套1.1、垂直外套1.2结合处的密封性差;二是端盖7与孔1.3结合处的密封性差。
附图2-3所示的弯头大电流电缆连接器外壳结构,是由平置外套1.1、垂直外套1.2组装而成的直角形外壳1,平置外套1.1、垂直外套1.2在直角处通过斜置的结合面结合;垂直外套1.2前端与平置外套1.1结合处设有平置的圆环1.2.1,圆环1.2.1伸入平置外套1.1止口孔中,形成止口结构结合;垂直外套1.2圆环1.2.1为向上开口的半圆环,半圆环环壁上设有向上开口的竖置直槽1.2.1.1,用于本发明使用时对内芯限位套进行定位;平置外套1.1或垂直外套1.2在结合处设有密封槽,该密封槽内设有密封圈5,构成轴封结构。

1.一种弯头大电流电缆连接器外壳结构,是由平置外套(1.1)、垂直外套(1.2)组装而成的直角形外壳(1),平置外套(1.1)、垂直外套(1.2)在直角处通过斜置的结合面结合;所述垂直外套(1.2)前端与平置外套(1.1)结合处设有平置的圆环(1.2.1),所述圆环(1.2.1)伸入平置外套(1.1)止口孔中,形成止口结构结合;其特征在于:所述垂直外套(1.2)圆环(1.2.1)为向上开口的半圆环;所述平置外套(1.1)或垂直外套(1.2)在结合处设有密封槽,该密封槽内设有密封圈(5),构成轴封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弯头大电流电缆连接器外壳结构,其特征在于:所述垂直外套(1.2)圆环(1.2.1)环壁上设有向上开口的竖置直槽(1.2.1.1)。
