Abstract

本发明提供一种发光组件,其中,所述发光组件包括柔性发光板和弹性板,所述弹性板包括弹性基体和设置在该弹性基体上的多个连接件,多个所述连接件间隔设置,所述柔性发光板固定在所述连接件上,且当所述弹性板处于未变形状态时,所述柔性发光板位于相邻两个所述连接件之间的部分朝向背离所述弹性板的方向拱起。本发明还提供一种发光组件的制造方法。所述发光组件适用于需要该发光组件发生弹性变形的应用场合。

发光组件及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及发光设备领域,具体地,涉及一种发光组件以及该发光组件的制作方法。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种能耗低、亮度高的发光元件已经得到了广泛的应用。例如,可以用在显示面板中。
随着人们生活水品的日益提高,已有的发光组件类型已经不能满足人们的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种发光组件,所述发光组件可以发生弹性变形,从而能够适应于多种不同的场合。
作为本发明的一个方面,提供一种发光组件,其中,所述发光组件包括柔性发光板和弹性板,所述弹性板包括弹性基体和设置在该弹性基体上的多个连接件,多个所述连接件间隔设置,所述柔性发光板固定在所述连接件上,且当所述弹性板处于未变形状态时,所述柔性发光板位于相邻两个所述连接件之间的部分朝向背离所述弹性板的方向拱起。
优选地,所述弹性板包括形成在所述连接件上的粘结层,所述柔性发光板通过所述粘结层粘结在所述连接件上。
优选地,所述弹性基体和所述连接件形成为一体且材料相同。
优选地,所述弹性板由VHB泡棉制成。
优选地,所述弹性基体为长方体形,所述连接件在所述弹性基体上的投影为矩形,所述连接件平行于所述弹性基体的一条边。
优选地,所述柔性发光板的边缘与所述弹性基体的边缘对齐。
优选地,所述柔性发光板包括柔性基体和形成在所述柔性基体上的发光二极管。
作为本发明的另一个方面,提供一种发光组件的制作方法,其中,所述发光组件为本发明所提供的上述发光组件,所述发光组件的制作方法包括:
提供弹性板,所述弹性板包括弹性基体和设置在所述弹性基体上的连接件;
向所述弹性板施加拉力,以使得所述弹性板处于拉伸状态;
在处于拉伸状态的弹性板上设置柔性发光板,并将所述柔性发光板固定在所述连接件上;
撤去施加在所述弹性板上的拉力。
优选地,提供弹性板的步骤包括:
提供VHB泡棉胶带;
对所述VHB泡棉胶带进行刻蚀,在所述VHB泡棉胶带上形成沟槽,所述沟槽两侧的部分形成为所述连接件,所述连接件下方的部分形成为所述弹性基体。
优选地,利用激光雕刻的方法执行所述对所述VHB泡棉胶带进行刻蚀的步骤。
在本发明所提供的发光组件中,由于弹性板的弹性基体具有弹性、且柔性发光板是柔性的,因此,可以拉伸弹性基体,是弹性基体发生弹性变形,此时,设置在连接件上的柔性发光板的拱起的部分会展平而不会受到损坏。当撤去施加在弹性基板上的拉力时,弹性基板恢复至原始的状态,柔性发光板也恢复至原来的“位于相邻两个连接件之间的部分朝向背离弹性板的方向拱起”的状态,柔性发光板仍然不会受到损坏。
也就是说,无论在弹性基体发生弹性变形的状态还是在弹性基体未发生弹性变形的状态,柔性发光板均能够正常发光,使得本发明所提供的发光组件可以应用于需要该发光组件发生弹性变形的场合。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供一种发光组件,其中,如图1所示,所述发光组件包括柔性发光板100和弹性板200,该弹性板200包括弹性基体210和设置在该弹性基体210上的多个连接件220,多个连接件220间隔设置,柔性发光板100固定在连接件220上,且当弹性板200处于未变形状态时,柔性发光板100位于相邻两个连接件220之间的部分朝向背离弹性板200的方向拱起。
在本发明所提供的发光组件中,由于弹性板200的弹性基体210具有弹性、且柔性发光板100是柔性的,因此,可以拉伸弹性基体210,是弹性基体210发生弹性变形,此时,设置在连接件220上的柔性发光板100的拱起的部分会展平而不会受到损坏。当撤去施加在弹性基板210上的拉力时,弹性基板210恢复至原始的状态,柔性发光板100也恢复至原来的“位于相邻两个连接件220之间的部分朝向背离弹性板200的方向拱起”的状态,柔性发光板100仍然不会受到损坏。也就是说,无论在弹性基体210发生弹性变形的状态还是在弹性基体210未发生弹性变形的状态,柔性发光板100均能够正常发光,使得本发明所提供的发光组件可以应用于需要该发光组件发生弹性变形的场合。例如,可以将所述发光组件应用与曲面显示装置、可穿戴显示设备等需要所述发光组件变形的电子设备中。
在本发明中,对柔性发光板100如何固定在连接件220上并不做特殊的限定。例如,可以通过卡合件将柔性发光板100固定在连接件220上。具体地,可以在柔性发光板100的背面设置凸起,在连接件220上设置卡合槽,凸起能够发生弹性变形,在未发生弹性变形时,凸起的体积大于卡合槽的体积。将凸起塞进卡合槽中之后,能够将柔性发光板100与连接件220固定相连。
为了便于加工制造并降低成本,优选地,弹性板200可以包括形成在连接件220上的粘结层,柔性发光板100通过所述粘结层粘结在连接件220上。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,弹性基体210和连接件220形成为一体且材料相同。
可以线提供基体材料,然后再在基体材料上刻蚀形成槽,从而可以获得所述弹性板。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,弹性板200由VHB泡棉制成。换言之,可以利用VHB泡棉胶带制成弹性板200。在市场上可以通过商购获得各种不同品牌的VHB泡棉胶带,这里不再一一赘述。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,弹性基体210可以为长方体形,为了便于加工制造,优选地,连接件220在弹性基体210上的投影为矩形,连接件220平行于弹性基体210的一条边。换言之,连接件220的边是直的,可以通过对VHB泡棉胶带进行切割的方式形成具有连接件220和弹性基体210的弹性板200。下文中经对如何利用VHB泡棉胶带制作弹性板200,这里先不赘述。
优选地,柔性发光板100的边缘与弹性基体210的边缘对齐。
在本发明中,对柔性发光板100的具体结构并不做特殊的限制,作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,柔性发光板100可以包括柔性基体和形成在柔性基体上的发光二极管。
进一步地,发光组件还可以包括用于驱动发光二极管发光的驱动电路。本发明所提供的发光组件可以用作用于显示图像的显示面板。也可以用作为柔性液晶显示面板提供光源的背光源。
下面结合图2介绍本发明所提供的发光组件的制造方法。
如图2所示,所述发光组件的制作方法包括:
提供弹性板200,该弹性板200包括弹性基体210和设置在该弹性基体210上的连接件220;
向弹性板200施加拉力,以使得弹性板200处于拉伸状态;
在处于拉伸状态的弹性板200上设置柔性发光板100,并将柔性发光板100固定在连接件220上;
撤去施加在弹性板200上的拉力。
如图2最后一个图所示,撤去施加在弹性板200上的拉力之后,柔性发光板100位于连接件220之间的部分朝向背离弹性基体210的方向拱起,从而可以得到图1中所示的发光组件。
如上文中所述,可以利用VHB泡棉胶带制作弹性板200,具体地,提供弹性板的步骤可以包括:
提供VHB泡棉胶带;
对所述VHB泡棉胶带进行刻蚀,在所述VHB泡棉胶带上形成沟槽,所述沟槽两侧的部分形成为所述连接件,所述连接件下方的部分形成为所述弹性基体。
取出了沟槽部分的材料后,形成的连接件220的表面仍然具有粘结层,从而能够将柔性发光板100粘结在连接件220上。
为了便于精确地控制连接件的尺寸以及连接件之间的距离,优选地,可以利用激光雕刻的方法执行所述对所述VHB泡棉胶带进行刻蚀的步骤。
如上文中所述,弹性基体210可以是长方体形,因此,提供的VHB泡棉胶带也可以是长方体形的。相应地,凹槽可以是矩形槽。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光组件,其特征在于,所述发光组件包括柔性发光板和弹性板,所述弹性板包括弹性基体和设置在该弹性基体上的多个连接件,多个所述连接件间隔设置,所述柔性发光板固定在所述连接件上,且当所述弹性板处于未变形状态时,所述柔性发光板位于相邻两个所述连接件之间的部分朝向背离所述弹性板的方向拱起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光组件,其特征在于,所述弹性板包括形成在所述连接件上的粘结层,所述柔性发光板通过所述粘结层粘结在所述连接件上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光组件,其特征在于,所述弹性基体和所述连接件形成为一体且材料相同。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发光组件,其特征在于,所述弹性板由VHB泡棉制成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光组件,其特征在于,所述弹性基体为长方体形,所述连接件在所述弹性基体上的投影为矩形,所述连接件平行于所述弹性基体的一条边。
6.根据权利里要求5所述的发光组件,其特征在于,所述柔性发光板的边缘与所述弹性基体的边缘对齐。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光组件,其特征在于,所述柔性发光板包括柔性基体和形成在所述柔性基体上的发光二极管。
8.一种发光组件的制作方法,其特征在于,所述发光组件为权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的发光组件,所述发光组件的制作方法包括:
提供弹性板,所述弹性板包括弹性基体和设置在所述弹性基体上的连接件;
向所述弹性板施加拉力,以使得所述弹性板处于拉伸状态;
在处于拉伸状态的弹性板上设置柔性发光板,并将所述柔性发光板固定在所述连接件上;
撤去施加在所述弹性板上的拉力。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制作方法,其特征在于,提供弹性板的步骤包括:
提供VHB泡棉胶带;
对所述VHB泡棉胶带进行刻蚀,在所述VHB泡棉胶带上形成沟槽,所述沟槽两侧的部分形成为所述连接件,所述连接件下方的部分形成为所述弹性基体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制作方法,其特征在于,利用激光雕刻的方法执行所述对所述VHB泡棉胶带进行刻蚀的步骤。
