背景技术
现有的球阀包括阀盖、阀体、手柄、阀杆、填料压盖、填料箱、球体、阀盖密封圈、阀体密封圈、密封填料和填料垫,密封填料装入填料箱,这样的结构,制作时要求保证密封性能,应有一定的弹性予紧力及调整余量,当用于挥发性物质时,使用一段时间后容易发生渗漏,安全性难以保证。

要解决该技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种磁力球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体、阀杆、联接体和手柄,所述的阀杆的下部具有球体,所述的球***于阀体与阀盖之间,所述的联接体与阀体相连,所述的手柄的一端连接有短轴,所述的短轴处设置有外磁组件和外罩体,所述的手柄、短轴、外罩体和外磁组件连接为一体,所述的外罩体将外磁组件包围,所述的联接体的上方设置有中部法兰,所述的中部法兰的上方设置有内磁组件和隔离套,所述的内磁组件、中部法兰和阀杆为连成一体的结构,所述的隔离套由折弯边、薄壁筒和底板组成。
所述的隔离套的底板为向上拱起的弧形。
所述的隔离套的折弯边为波浪形。
本发明一种磁力球阀采用这样的结构,避免了现有技术密封圈使用一段时间后磨损导致泄露,能提高磁力球阀的安全性能。

如图1所示,磁力球阀包括阀体1、阀盖13、球体2、联接体3、阀杆4、外磁组件10、外罩体9、隔离套6、内磁组件5、中部法兰11、手柄7和短轴8,手柄7、短轴8、外罩体9和外磁组件5连接为一体,外罩体9将外磁组件5包围,联接体3的上方具有中部法兰11,中部法兰11的上方有内磁组件5和隔离套6,内磁组件5、中部法兰11和阀杆4为连成一体的结构,阀杆4的下部具有球体2,球体2位于阀体1与阀盖13之间,联接体3与阀体1、阀盖13之间具有密封圈12。,隔离套6由折弯边、薄壁筒和底板组成,隔离套6的隔离套的底板为向上拱起的弧形,隔离套6折弯边可以采用波浪形。
这样的结构,避免了现有技术密封圈使用一段时间后磨损导致泄露,能提高磁力球阀的安全性能。
