背景技术
随着我国现代化建设步伐的加快,对能源的需求快速上升,受我国煤炭、石油等资源储量及开采能力的限制,我国正面临着能源供应短缺的局面,与此同时,我国的经济发展模式延续了以大量消耗能源为基础的传统发展模式,使经济活动索取资源的速度远远超过资源本身的再生速度。柴油作为一种重要的燃料,由于其本身具有动力大,价格低等优点,已成为大型设备的主要动力燃料。目前应用的柴油主要是从石油中提炼的石油柴油,石油柴油在应用过程中相对于其它燃料存在着燃烧性能低,二氧化碳排放量比较大,空气污染严重等问题。随着柴油需求量的不断增大,矿物能源的日益枯竭和环保意识的逐步提高,新型环保燃料受到人们的重视和关注。
生物柴油(Biodiesel),是指由动植物油脂(主要指脂肪酸甘油三酯)通过不同的化学反应得到的反应得到的脂肪酸单烷基酯,最典型的是脂肪酸甲酯。生物柴油的物理和化学性质与传统的石化柴油非常相似;同时与传统的石化柴油相比,生物柴油的硫及芳烃含量低、闪点高、十六烷值高、具有良好的润滑性等优点,是传统石化燃料的理想替代能源,并已经在世界范围内得到广泛应用。目前市场上通常所述的生物柴油,大多是在油酸甲酯主体基础上添加助燃剂而成,存在凝点高、冷滤点高、腐蚀性强及性价比不足的缺陷,急需一种可改善其燃烧性能尤其是压燃性能、提高其综合性价比,高效稳定的添加剂。

上述配比中所述的助溶剂由异丁醇:丙酮:正己烷=5:3:2质量配比组成。
上述配比中所述的抗氧剂由N,N'-二亚水杨基丙二胺:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚=2:1质量配比组成。
上述配比中所述的分散剂为乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸单甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或几种。
上述配比中所述的清洁剂由石油磺酸钡:乙二醇烷基苯醚=1:1质量配比组成。
