本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种防潮油漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
油漆的起源尚无定论,公元前6000年,中国已用无机化合物和有机颜料混合焙烧对油漆加以改进;公元前1500年,在法国和西班牙的山洞里,油漆已用于绘画和装饰;埃及人用染料如靛蓝和茜草制造蓝色和红色颜料,但这种油漆还很不完善;18世纪,由于对亚麻仁油和氧化锌的开发利用,使油漆工业迅速发展;20世纪,油漆工艺有了重大发展,出现了粘着力更大、光泽度更高、阻燃、抗腐蚀与热稳定性高的各种颜色的油漆早期大多以植物油为主要原料,故被叫做“油漆”。
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。油漆为粘稠油性颜料,未干情况下易燃,不溶于水,微溶于脂肪,可溶于醇、醛、醚、苯、烷,易溶于汽油、煤油、柴油。现在市场上油漆种类很多,但是主要含甲苯,也有少量苯,对人体身体影响很大。
随着油漆在日常生活中的广泛应用,对其防潮性能的要求越来越高,防潮油漆主要用于易吸潮的材料,如水泥、砖块、纸张、包装盒、陶瓷等材料上,这些材料上涂上防潮油漆后,可以在低湿或高湿的环境下长时间放置而不会吸潮。然而现有技术中,油漆的防潮性能不能满足要求,因此制备防潮性能的油漆显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种工艺简单,成本低廉,具有很好的防水、防腐蚀、防潮的功效,对基材的附着力强的防潮油漆及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种防潮油漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制备得到:甲基丙烯酸甲酯50-70份、小桐子油15-23份、糯米粉11-17份、5A型分子筛4-10份、纳米氧化锌13-18份、液体石蜡3-8份、色浆1-5份、环烷酸锌0.5-1.2份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.3份、硅树脂聚醚乳液0.3-0.8份、没食子酸正丙酯0.5-1份。
优选的,由以下重量份的组分制备得到:甲基丙烯酸甲酯60份、小桐子油20份、糯米粉15份、5A型分子筛7份、纳米氧化锌15份、液体石蜡6份、色浆3份、环烷酸锌0.8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份、硅树脂聚醚乳液0.5份、没食子酸正丙酯0.8份。
优选的,所述糯米粉的细度粒径为600-800目。
优选的,所述色浆为植物中提取出来的自然色浆。
一种上述防潮油漆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、液体石蜡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、硅树脂聚醚乳液、没食子酸正丙酯加入到搅拌容器中,升温至70-90℃下混合溶解;(2)加入小桐子油、纳米氧化锌、色浆、环烷酸锌混合至充分溶解,降温至30-50℃;(3)再加入糯米粉和5A型分子筛,混合后用三辊研磨机研磨至细度为5~10μm,即得防潮油漆。
优选的,步骤(1)中升温至80℃。

本发明的提供的防潮油漆,具有很好的防水、防腐蚀、防潮的功效,对基材的附着力强,而且无毒污染;漆膜表面能形成类似荷叶、鲨鱼皮一样的特有的微观表面结构和极低的表面能,并且具有常温下易干燥成膜,附着力好,可以在钢铁、木材、水泥、大理石等大多的物体表面附着,硬度好、不开裂、耐酸碱、耐温变性、耐老化性优异、憎水自清洁性能突出、环保无毒不污染环境;可广泛用在建筑、家电、电力等领域,也由于其具有减阻的作用,可以用于交通运输工具方面,以减少阻力,降低能耗,减少排放,降低成本和提高效率,环保又节能,填补了这一领域的空白,其前景无限光明。
本发明所用糯米粉能够提高漆膜对基材的附着力,纳米氧化锌、5A型分子筛和液体石蜡能够大大改善油漆的防潮、防水性能,所用没食子酸正丙酯能够改善油漆的耐老化性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防潮油漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制备得到:甲基丙烯酸甲酯60份、小桐子油20份、糯米粉15份、5A型分子筛7份、纳米氧化锌15份、液体石蜡6份、色浆3份、环烷酸锌0.8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份、硅树脂聚醚乳液0.5份、没食子酸正丙酯0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防潮油漆,其特征在于,所述糯米粉的细度粒径为600-800目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防潮油漆,其特征在于,所述色浆为植物中提取出来的自然色浆。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一项所述防潮油漆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、液体石蜡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、硅树脂聚醚乳液、没食子酸正丙酯加入到搅拌容器中,升温至70-90℃下混合溶解;(2)加入小桐子油、纳米氧化锌、色浆、环烷酸锌混合至充分溶解,降温至30-50℃;(3)再加入糯米粉和5A型分子筛,混合后用三辊研磨机研磨至细度为5~10μm,即得防潮油漆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防潮油漆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中升温至80℃。
