本发明涉及一种新型充电式焊接机，属电工类，特点在于有利室内外无电区安全焊接作业，设备轻易携带搬运。
背景技术
目前市场上的焊接机普遍以220V交流电或发电机为电源，操作空间受电源的限制性强，存在设备较重，不方便运输等缺点。为此设计出一款充电式由低压蓄电池供电的直流焊接机，其特点是操作电压在DC36-48V之间，符合安全操作配电要求和标准，且设备较轻易携带，特别适宜室内外无电区的焊接作业需求。
发明内容
该款焊接机主要结构包括：①蓄电池组、②充电模板：电源线插头、充电插座、AC220V转DC48V充电板，0-48V调压板、③焊接配件：电源接线柱线夹、导线及带开关焊夹、④焊接机箱。其中①和②安装在④焊接机箱体内；②充电模板中电源线插头为可脱式活动插头，充电插座与充电板连接，充电插座插口外置于④焊接机箱体表面便于充电插接电源线插头；③存放在④焊接机箱内的线夹导线室，④焊接机箱设有箱盖，便于取放；④焊接机箱底部的焊接条贮备室为预留的焊条贮存空间。

具体实施方式
组装生产测试时只需按设计图样装配就行，结构简单，可操作性强。

Claims (3)

1.该机为低压蓄电直流焊接平台，适用于室内外任何无电区焊接作业。
2.该机型设计最低蓄电池配电电压为DC36V，最高为DC48V，符合安全作业配电要求。
3.结构图设计中指的电焊条不包含在焊接机所属配件之中，需另从市场行购买。
