Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型无甲醛防皱整理剂,包括如下组分:丙烯酰琥珀酸单体;丙烯酸异辛酯;苯乙烯;甲基丙烯酸甲酯;高密度聚乙烯蜡乳液;二甲基硅油;无磷催化剂;N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷;醚化二羟基乙烯脲;壳聚糖;聚乙二醇以及衣康酸2份。本发明提供一种无甲醛且无磷的棉织物抗皱整理剂及其整理方法,解决了传统不饱和羧酸整理剂织物泛黄、强力低、聚合效果不佳等问题,而且还可以减少含磷废水对环境的危害,有利于环保和工业化生产,经过防皱和耐久压烫整理,处理后的织物具有良好的抗皱性、形态记忆性和耐洗涤性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织整理剂,具体地说,本发明涉及一种无甲醛防皱整理剂及其整理工艺。
背景技术
棉织物有许多优良服用性能,如具有柔软,舒适,透气,吸湿性好,极好的服用性能和价格便宜等优点使其备受人们青睐。但棉织物在穿着和洗涤过程中容易起皱、不能保持平整外观、需要经常熨烫,因此给人们的生活带来诸多不便。为克服全棉服装在穿着过程中起皱缺陷,需要对棉织物进行抗皱整理。
现有的纺织行业用的织物整理剂多含有很高浓度的甲醛,特别是织物抗皱、防皱类整理剂大多数是基于甲醛为主要成分的纺织助剂。随着各国对纺织品甲醛限量标准的完善,低甲醛和无甲醛整理剂及整理方法一直是纺织品抗皱整理研究的热点。目前控制甲醛释放量的主要方法是将N-羟甲基酰胺类整理剂醚化或改性,另一种方法就是使用多元羧酸与纤维素发生酯化反应。另外对免烫整理织物的评估方法也有了一些变化,不再只注重干态的弹性回复角,而将其水洗后的布面平挺度作为评估的主要指标,即更为注重织物的湿态抗皱性和耐洗性。以丁烷四羧酸和柠檬酸等为代表的多羧酸类,以及长链多羧酸系是最有潜力取代N-羟甲基酰胺类化合物的抗皱整理剂。此类整理剂不含甲醛,能达到良好耐久压烫等级。但多元羧酸整理剂也存在一定的缺点,如催化剂价格高,易污染环境,织物泛黄,织物强力损伤严重,同时也会导致某些硫化染料和活性染料染色色变,整理后的织物上残留的羧基,使阴离子染料的上染料降低,而阳离子染料染色的湿摩擦牢度差等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无甲醛防皱整理剂及其整理方法,提供一种无甲醛且无磷的棉织物抗皱整理剂及其整理方法,解决了传统不饱和羧酸整理剂织物泛黄、强力低、聚合效果不佳等问题,而且还可以减少含磷废水对环境的危害,有利于环保和工业化生产,经过防皱和耐久压烫整理,处理后的织物具有良好的抗皱性、形态记忆性和耐洗涤性。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种新型无甲醛防皱整理剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
丙烯酰琥珀酸单体:10~25份;丙烯酸异辛酯:2~9份;
苯乙烯:3~15份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯:7~15份;
高密度聚乙烯蜡乳液:6~15份;二甲基硅油:2~12份;
无磷催化剂:0.5~2.5份;醚化二羟基乙烯脲:8~25份;
N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷:1~8份;
壳聚糖:15~25份;聚乙二醇:3~16份;衣康酸:2~15份。
优选的是,所述丙烯酰琥珀酸单体为丙烯酰天冬酸单体、丙烯酰苹果酸单体、丙烯酰酒石酸单体。
优选的是,所述无磷催化剂为氨三乙酸和乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐的复配物。
优选的是,所述氨三乙酸和乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐的重量份比为1:1.5~1:3。
优选的是,所述壳聚糖的脱酰度为75~85%。
优选的是,所述二甲基硅油的粘度为200~1000cs。
本发明还提供了一种无甲醛防皱整理剂用于织物无甲醛抗皱整理方法,其特征在于,所述采用轧烘焙整理工艺是指常温浸轧,两浸两轧,轧余率60~90%,80~100℃烘干3~10min,160~190℃烘焙2~4min。
优选的是,所述织物为纯棉织物或者含棉量在60wt%以上的混纺/交织织物。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的无甲醛防皱整理剂适用于棉及其混纺织物的防皱和耐久压烫整理,处理后的织物具有良好的抗皱性、形态记忆性和耐洗涤性,处理后的织物弹性可提高70%~90%,强力保留率70%~80%,平挺度3.5级以上;防缩防皱,外观挺括,洗涤后不需再熨烫,压线长久保持;无游离甲醛,不燃不爆,无毒环保。
(2)本发明的整理剂环保,利于工业化生产。

无甲醛防皱整理剂,包括如下重量份的组分:丙烯酰琥珀酸单体10份;丙烯酸异辛酯2份;苯乙烯3份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯7份;高密度聚乙烯蜡乳液6份;二甲基硅油2份;无磷催化剂(氨三乙酸和乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐重量份比为1:1.5)0.5份;N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1份;醚化二羟基乙烯脲8份;壳聚糖15份;聚乙二醇3份;衣康酸2份。

无甲醛防皱整理剂,包括如下重量份的组分:丙烯酰琥珀酸单体15份;丙烯酸异辛酯6份;苯乙烯10份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份;高密度聚乙烯蜡乳液10份;二甲基硅油10份;无磷催化剂(氨三乙酸和乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐重量份比为1:1.5)1.5份;N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷5份;醚化二羟基乙烯脲15份;壳聚糖20份;聚乙二醇10份;衣康酸7份。

整理操作:将织物浸入到整理浴中10分钟,经过二浸二轧,于80℃预烘5分钟,于150℃烘焙3分钟,用60℃温水洗净,80℃烘干,置于干燥器中冷却至常温,按照AATCC66-2003测定整理前后棉织物折皱回复角。测试结果见表1.

1.一种新型无甲醛防皱整理剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
丙烯酰琥珀酸单体:10~25份;丙烯酸异辛酯:2~9份;
苯乙烯:3~15份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯:7~15份;
高密度聚乙烯蜡乳液:6~15份;二甲基硅油:2~12份;
无磷催化剂:0.5~2.5份;醚化二羟基乙烯脲:8~25份;
N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷:1~8份;
壳聚糖:15~25份;聚乙二醇:3~16份;衣康酸:2~15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的无甲醛防皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述丙烯酰琥珀酸单体为丙烯酰天冬酸单体、丙烯酰苹果酸单体、丙烯酰酒石酸单体。
3.如权利要求1所述的无甲醛防皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述无磷催化剂为氨三乙酸和乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐的复配物。
4.如权利要求3所述的无甲醛防皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述氨三乙酸和乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐的重量份比为1:1.5~1:3。
5.如权利要求1所述的无甲醛防皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的脱酰度为75~85%。
6.如权利要求1所述的无甲醛防皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述二甲基硅油的粘度为200~1000cs。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的无甲醛防皱整理剂用于织物无甲醛抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于,所述采用轧烘焙整理工艺是指常温浸轧,两浸两轧,轧余率60~90%,80~100℃烘干3~10min,160~190℃烘焙2~4min。
8.如权利要求7所述的无甲醛防皱整理剂用于织物无甲醛抗皱整理方法,其特征在于,所述织物为纯棉织物或者含棉量在60wt%以上的混纺/交织织物。
