背景技术
如今,人们对装饰材料的要求越来越高,尤其对涂层材料的要求随着使用量的增加,对其要求越来越严格,不仅要求改善室内外的艺术环境,使人们得到美的享受,同时还兼有绝热、防潮、防霉、防火、吸声等多种功能,起着保护建筑物主体结构,延长其使用寿命以及满足某些特殊要求的作用,是现代建筑中不可缺少的一类材料。尤其像室内用的涂层材料更注重防霉性,因为霉菌的存在直接影响到人们的身心健康,所以急需一种高强度防霉涂层材料来满足当前市场需求。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种高强度防霉涂层材料,具有很好的防霉性、防潮性,有效防止出现的发霉、生菌的现象,高强度、耐磨,化学性质稳定,粘接力强。

炭黑粉2-5份,铝矾土3-7份,柠檬酸4-6份,木质素3-7份,消泡剂0.3-0.8份,聚氯乙烯糊状树脂30-36份,纳米银1-4份,软水6-9份,防老剂40201.2-2份,丁烯酸脂4-8份,羧基丁苯乳液5-10份,丙烯酸异辛酯5-13份,硼镁石粉6-12份,色母粒2.5-3.6份,抗氧剂2-6份。
