Abstract

本发明涉及一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,包括两个连接的格栅框架，在格栅框架内的格栅条编织成格栅主体，格栅主体呈凸出的圆弧状，主要便于清洗，而且两个格栅框架的连接处设有投光装置，投光装置包括投光灯，与投光灯连接的活动支架以及与投光灯连接的控制器，活动支架固定在两个格栅框架的连接处，活动支架上设有微型电机，微型电机的输出轴上设有齿轮，投光灯上固定有与齿轮啮合的从动齿轮，投光灯自带锂电池，在汽车大灯出现损坏而需要紧急照明时，锂电池为投光灯供电进行紧急照明，而且投光灯在微型电机的带动下也可以自由转动，投光灯内设有多个不同出光色彩的灯头，投光灯可以产生绚丽的光柱，使得汽车时尚，炫酷两个格栅框架的连接处设有投光装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车格栅，尤其是一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅。
背景技术
汽车格栅是安装在汽车前脸位置处以方便发动机舱进气和散发发动机热量的，并且具有装饰汽车的作用。现有技术中的汽车格栅构造简单，一般包括保险杠以及位于保险杠上下的上格栅体和下格栅体，该上格栅体和下格栅体分别设置有若干供进气和汽车发动机散热的栅格。但是，现有市场上的汽车格栅一般都是平面的，不易清洗，而且汽车格栅也不具备紧急照明的功能，在汽车大灯坏掉或者缺电时，汽车格栅起不到照明作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中汽车格栅所存在的缺陷，提供蜂眼形状的汽车格栅。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,包括两个连接的格栅框架，在格栅框架内设有格栅条，所述两个格栅框架呈不规则圆弧状，在格栅框架内的格栅条编织成格栅主体，格栅主体呈凸出的圆弧状，两个格栅框架的连接处设有投光装置，投光装置包括投光灯，与投光灯连接的活动支架以及与投光灯连接的控制器，所述活动支架固定在两个格栅框架的连接处，控制器设置在汽车的驾驶室内，投光灯相对于活动支架转动。
上述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,所述投光灯内设有多个不同出光色彩的灯头。
上述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅，所述格栅主体的截面呈弧形。
上述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅，所述活动支架上设有微型电机，微型电机的输出轴上设有齿轮，投光灯上固定有与所述齿轮啮合的从动齿轮。
上述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅，所述微型电机与所述控制器连接。
上述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,所述投光灯自带锂电池。
本发明的有益效果为：该汽车格栅的格栅主体呈凸出的圆弧状，主要便于清洗，而且两个格栅框架的连接处设有投光装置，投光装置包括投光灯，与投光灯连接的活动支架以及与投光灯连接的控制器，活动支架固定在两个格栅框架的连接处，活动支架上设有微型电机，微型电机的输出轴上设有齿轮，投光灯上固定有与齿轮啮合的从动齿轮，投光灯自带锂电池，在汽车大灯出现损坏而需要紧急照明时，锂电池为投光灯供电进行紧急照明，而且投光灯在微型电机的带动下也可以自由转动，投光灯内设有多个不同出光色彩的灯头，投光灯可以产生绚丽的光柱，使得汽车时尚，炫酷。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,包括两个连接的格栅框架1，在格栅框架1内设有格栅条，两个格栅框架1呈不规则圆弧状，在格栅框架1内的格栅条编织成格栅主体2，格栅主体2呈凸出的圆弧状，格栅主体2的截面呈弧形，两个格栅框架1的连接处设有投光装置3，投光装置3包括投光灯4，与投光灯4连接的活动支架5以及与投光灯4连接的控制器，活动支架5固定在两个格栅框架1的连接处，控制器设置在汽车的驾驶室内，投光灯4相对于活动支架5转动。
进一步，投光灯4内设有多个不同出光色彩的灯头6，活动支架5上设有微型电机7，微型电机7的输出轴上设有齿轮8，投光灯4上固定有与齿轮8啮合的从动齿轮9，微型电机7与控制器连接，而且投光灯4自带锂电池。
该汽车格栅的格栅主体2呈凸出的圆弧状，主要便于清洗，而且两个格栅框架1的连接处设有投光装置3，投光装置3包括投光灯4，与投光灯4连接的活动支架5以及与投光灯4连接的控制器，活动支架5固定在两个格栅框架1的连接处，活动支架5上设有微型电机7，微型电机7的输出轴上设有齿轮8，投光灯4上固定有与齿轮8啮合的从动齿轮9，投光灯4自带锂电池，在汽车大灯出现损坏而需要紧急照明时，锂电池为投光灯4供电进行紧急照明，而且投光灯4在微型电机7的带动下也可以自由转动，投光灯4内设有多个不同出光色彩的灯头6，投光灯4可以产生绚丽的光柱，使得汽车时尚，炫酷。

1.一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,包括两个连接的格栅框架，在格栅框架内设有格栅条，其特征在于，所述两个格栅框架呈不规则圆弧状，在格栅框架内的格栅条编织成格栅主体，格栅主体呈凸出的圆弧状，两个格栅框架的连接处设有投光装置，投光装置包括投光灯，与投光灯连接的活动支架以及与投光灯连接的控制器，所述活动支架固定在两个格栅框架的连接处，控制器设置在汽车的驾驶室内，投光灯相对于活动支架转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,其特征在于，所述投光灯内设有多个不同出光色彩的灯头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,其特征在于，所述格栅主体的截面呈弧形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,其特征在于，所述活动支架上设有微型电机，微型电机的输出轴上设有齿轮，投光灯上固定有与所述齿轮啮合的从动齿轮。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,其特征在于，所述微型电机与所述控制器连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂眼形状的汽车格栅,其特征在于，所述投光灯自带锂电池。
