Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于切削不锈钢管的筒形刀具,包括中空圆柱形筒刀体,筒刀体上周呈齿形结构,筒刀体的齿形结构上设有刀头,刀头刀刃包括主前刃和斜刃,主前刃的斜度为35度,斜刃的坡度为45度,刀头为钨钴材质。本发明刀具采用筒形结构,通过齿形结构上的刀头可以切削不锈钢管材,刀头通过主前刃和斜刃两种刀刃的结合,消除了不锈钢管开孔时的抖动隐患,避免卡刀现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道刀具,特别是涉及一种用于切削不锈钢管的筒形刀具。
背景技术
管道带压开孔采用筒形刀具完成,筒形刀具在管道上开孔切削原理较为复杂,尤其是在即将开掉钻片时经常出现卡刀和打掉刀头的现象,造成拆机,更换刀具,直接影响了开孔的质量和效率,甚至一旦打掉的刀头卡在切削刀槽内,就需要更换新的筒刀。
此外,由于薄壁不锈钢管的材质特殊性,正常切削有难度,在进行薄壁开孔时,一旦钻片出现单边断开抖动情况,极易造成卡刀或掉刀头情况,导致开孔工作失败。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足提供了一种用于切削不锈钢管的筒形刀具,该刀具为筒形结构,解决了不锈钢管的钻孔难题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种用于切削不锈钢管的筒形刀具,其特征在于,包括中空圆柱形筒刀体,所述筒刀体上周呈齿形结构,所述筒刀体的齿形结构上设有刀头,所述刀头刀刃包括主前刃和斜刃,所述主前刃的斜度为35度,所述斜刃的坡度为45度。
为提高刀头韧性,所述刀头为钨钴材质。
本发明的有益效果和优点在于:本发明刀具采用筒形结构,通过齿形结构上的刀头可以切削不锈钢管材,刀头通过主前刃和斜刃两种刀刃的结合,消除了不锈钢管开孔时的抖动隐患,避免卡刀现象。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种用于切削不锈钢管的筒形刀具,包括中空圆柱形筒刀体1,筒刀体1上周呈齿形结构,筒刀体1的齿形结构上设有刀头2,刀头2刀刃包括主前刃21和斜刃22,主前刃21的斜度为35度,斜刃22的坡度为45度,刀头2为钨钴材质。
使用时,将管体3***筒刀体1的齿形结构中,主前刃21先将钻片与管体3通过此处刀尖切开,斜刃22尚存稳定切削力,主前刃21切开后,消除了开孔的抖动,斜刃22可顺利进刀钻透。

1.一种用于切削不锈钢管的筒形刀具,其特征在于,包括中空圆柱形筒刀体(1),所述筒刀体(1)上周呈齿形结构,所述筒刀体(1)的齿形结构上设有刀头(2),所述刀头(2)刀刃包括主前刃(21)和斜刃(22),所述主前刃(21)的斜度为35度,所述斜刃(22)的坡度为45度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于切削不锈钢管的筒形刀具,其特征在于,所述刀头(2)为钨钴材质。
