苍耳子30份，花粉60份，金银花55份，桔梗55份，浙贝30份，茜草40份，杭菊花30份，蚤休45份，黄岑45份，水550份，将所述中药材料组分比苍耳子，花粉，金银花，桔梗，浙贝，茜草，杭菊花，蚤休，黄岑用配比分数的水浸泡110分钟。然后将处理后的苍耳子，花粉，金银花，桔梗，浙贝，茜草，杭菊花，蚤休，黄岑连水放进锅中文火煎煮40分钟后关火。最后滤去药渣。此份量配比效果最好，服用三个疗程后见效，第一疗程服2服，第二疗程服4服，第三疗程服5服，每晚一服。
