本发明公开了一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池,包括电池外壳和与之对应连接的电极片,所述电极片包括正极电极片和负极电极片,所述电极片均由电极基片-和电极涂层-组成;所述电极基片-的其中一端弯折度形成垂直的留白区-,所述正极电极片与负极电极片的安装方向相反,正极电极片与负极电极片中间加垫隔膜之后进行卷绕呈圆柱形。本发明一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池结构简单,工艺实施方便,既可以大幅度降低电池内阻和热阻,也可以避免出现电极片涂层脱落和电解液注液困难等问题。

Description

一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池
技术领域
本发明属于锂离子电池领域,尤其涉及一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池。
背景技术
圆柱形锂离子电池的正极电极片和负极电极片都是通过卷绕成型安装在电池壳里面。目前比较普遍采用的电极片引出方式是,电池的正极电极片是经过一个截面积很小的导电片连接到电池的正极帽,电池的和负极电极片是经过一个截面积很小的导电片焊接到电池的外壳上。由于导电片的截面积有限,这将直接影响到电池的内阻比较大,电池电极片产生的热量导出阻力也比较大。目前也有一些电池采取电极片端面焊接的方法,试图解决上述电池内阻和散热问题,但是又难免出现电极片涂层脱落和电解液注液困难等问题。因此,需要设计一种可以大幅度降低电池内阻和热阻的圆柱形锂离子电池。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池,包括电池外壳和与之对应连接的电极片,所述电极片包括正极电极片和负极电极片,所述电极片均由电极基片-和电极涂层-组成;
所述电极基片-的其中一端弯折度形成垂直的留白区-,所述正极电极片与负极电极片的安装方向相反,正极电极片与负极电极片中间加垫隔膜之后进行卷绕呈圆柱形;
所述正极电极片的留白和负极电极片的留白分别位于所述圆柱形的两个端面上,正极电极片的部分留白和负极电极片的部分留白向圆心方向折弯°分别形成正极片留白端面和负极片留白端面,正极导电片的一端与正极片留白端面的焊点对应焊接,正极导电片的另一端焊接在正极电极帽上;
所述负极导电片的一端与负极片留白端面的焊点对应焊接,所述负极导电片的另一端焊接在负极电极帽上。
所述正极导电片和负极导电片由导电金属片制成。
在所述正极导电片和负极导电片的外侧设有绝缘密封圈。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池结构简单,工艺实施方便,既可以大幅度降低电池内阻和热阻,也可以避免出现电极片涂层脱落和电解液注液困难等问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图4对本发明优化的实施方式进一步说明:
一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池,包括电池外壳11和与之对应连接的电极片,所述电极片包括正极电极片1和负极电极片2,所述电极片均由电极基片1-1和电极涂层1-3组成;
所述电极基片1-1的其中一端弯折90度形成垂直的留白区1-2,所述正极电极片1与负极电极片2的安装方向相反,正极电极片1与负极电极片2中间加垫隔膜之后进行卷绕呈圆柱形;负极电极片与正极电极片结构相同但是电极基片和涂层材料不同。
所述正极电极片1的留白和负极电极片2的留白分别位于所述圆柱形的两个端面上,正极电极片1的部分留白和负极电极片2的部分留白向圆心方向折弯90°分别形成正极片留白端面5和负极片留白端面6,正极导电片3的一端与正极片留白端面5的焊点9对应焊接,正极导电片3的另一端焊接在正极电极帽7上;通过挤压将正极电极片和负极电极片的部分留白向圆心方向折弯90度。
所述负极导电片4的一端与负极片留白端面5的焊点对应焊接,所述负极导电片4的另一端焊接在负极电极帽8上。
所述正极导电片3和负极导电片4由导电金属片制成。
在所述正极导电片3和负极导电片4的外侧设有绝缘密封圈10。
本发明一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池结构简单,工艺实施方便,既可以大幅度降低电池内阻和热阻,也可以避免出现电极片涂层脱落和电解液注液困难等问题。
尽管已经对本发明的技术方案做了较为详细的阐述和列举,应当理解,对于本领域技术人员来说,对上述实施例做出修改或者采用等同的替代方案,这对本领域的技术人员而言是显而易见,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池,包括电池外壳(11)和与之对应连接的电极片,所述电极片包括正极电极片(1)和负极电极片(2),其特征在于:所述电极片均由电极基片(1-1)和电极涂层(1-3)组成;
所述电极基片(1-1)的其中一端弯折90度形成垂直的留白区(1-2),所述正极电极片(1)与负极电极片(2)的安装方向相反,正极电极片(1)与负极电极片(2)中间加垫隔膜之后进行卷绕呈圆柱形;
所述正极电极片(1)的留白和负极电极片(2)的留白分别位于所述圆柱形的两个端面上,正极电极片(1)的部分留白和负极电极片(2)的部分留白向圆心方向折弯90°分别形成正极片留白端面(5)和负极片留白端面(6),正极导电片(3)的一端与正极片留白端面(5)的焊点(9)对应焊接,正极导电片(3)的另一端焊接在正极电极帽(7)上;
所述负极导电片(4)的一端与负极片留白端面(5)的焊点对应焊接,所述负极导电片(4)的另一端焊接在负极电极帽(8)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述正极导电片(3)和负极导电片(4)由导电金属片制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低内阻的圆柱形锂离子电池,其特征在于:在所述正极导电片(3)和负极导电片(4)的外侧设有绝缘密封圈(10)。
