Abstract

本发明公开了一种加强抗压型同轴架空电缆,从内到外包括内导体、绝缘层、外导体、缓冲层以及外护套;所述的内导体由位于其中心的加强芯以及以加强芯为圆心围绕在加强芯外的若干根铝合金单线绞合而成;外导体由一对以电缆中心对称的承载芯和若干根铜丝组合而成;在缓冲层与外护套之间设有硬质塑料抗压管;所述的外护套上还设有温度感应报警器。本发明具有很强的加强性能、自承载性能以及抗压性能,防潮及密封性好,衰减小、屏蔽效果好,能同时起到监控温度作用。

一种加强抗压型同轴架空电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种加强抗压型同轴架空电缆。
背景技术
同轴架空电缆是信息传输中的一种重要品种,主要用作无线电发射或接收设备的天线馈线以及各种通信、电子设备的机内连线或相互连接线。同轴架空电缆由内导体层、绝缘层、外导体层和护套层组成,内导体层和外导体层通常截面很小,自承载性能差,尤其是电缆在不埋地的工况下使用时,由于承载性能差,电缆自身重量会使得电缆导体拉断,同时在在施工时也容易损伤细小电缆导体。
现有技术采用支撑架对电缆进行支撑,通过增加支撑架的形式来保护同轴架空电缆,具有一定的效果,但增加了敷设成本和时间,加之电缆本身承载性能差,施工过程中难免会因为不慎操作造成电缆的线芯损坏的问题;现有技术大部分都是采用金属抗压管来增加抗压性能,由于采用的是金属,而其他层为塑料层,互相之间融合性差,影响电缆的性能;另外,大部分电缆都是由温度过高,引起自燃,造成很大的损失。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有很强的自承载以及抗压性能,防潮及密封性好,衰减小、屏蔽效果好,能同时起到监控电缆温度作用的加强抗压型同轴架空电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种加强抗压型同轴架空电缆,从内到外包括内导体、绝缘层、外导体、缓冲层以及外护套;所述的内导体由位于其中心的加强芯以及以加强芯为圆心围绕在加强芯外的若干根铝合金单线绞合而成;外导体由一对以电缆中心对称的承载芯和若干根铜丝组合而成;在缓冲层与外护套之间设有硬质塑料抗压管;所述的外护套上还设有温度感应报警器,温度感应报警器的高度不大于0.5mm,宽度不大于1mm。
优选地,所述的加强芯为钢丝绳。
优选地,所述的承载芯由中心镀锌钢丝以及挤包在镀锌钢丝外的塑料保护层。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明具有很强的加强性能和自承载性能,电缆的内导体中心层有一根中心加强芯,内导体的受力点集中在中心加强芯上,电缆在收放卷绕过程中,保护了内导体,并且不易折断;
2、本发明具有很强的自承载性能,电缆的外导体内设有一对承载芯,外导体的受力点集中在这一对承载芯上,电缆在收放卷绕过程中,保护了外导体,并且不易折断;
3、本发明采用硬质塑料抗压管替代金属抗压管,具有更好的机械强度高、抗压性能、防潮及密封性、弯曲性能,并且塑料能与其他层更能融合在一起;
4、本发明外护套还设有温度感应报警器,能检测电缆在工作时的温度变化,若超出该电缆所承受的温度,报警器就会报警,工作人员就可以切断电源,防止电缆被烧坏,增加了安全性,避免了电缆燃烧而造成的损失,也节约了成本。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种加强抗压型同轴架空电缆,从内到外包括内导体、绝缘层3、外导体、缓冲层5以及外护套7;所述的内导体由位于其中心的加强芯1以及以加强芯为圆心围绕在加强芯外的若干根铝合金单线2绞合而成;外导体由一对以电缆中心对称的承载芯和若干根铜丝4组合而成,所述的承载芯由中心镀锌钢丝8以及挤包在镀锌钢丝8外的塑料保护层9,不仅起到了保护镀锌钢丝的作用,还防止了镀锌钢丝与铜丝之间的互相干扰和摩擦,影响电缆的性能;在缓冲层5与外护套7之间设有硬质塑料抗压管6;所述的外护套7上还设有温度感应报警器10,温度感应报警器的高度不大于0.5mm,宽度不大于1mm,能检测电缆在工作时的温度变化,若超出该电缆所承受的温度,报警器就会报警,工作人员就可以切断电源,防止电缆被烧坏,增加了安全性,避免了电缆燃烧而造成的损失,也节约了成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种加强抗压型同轴架空电缆,从内到外包括内导体、绝缘层(3)、外导体、缓冲层(5)以及外护套(7);其特征在于:所述的内导体由位于其中心的加强芯(1)以及以加强芯为圆心围绕在加强芯外的若干根铝合金单线(2)绞合而成;外导体由一对以电缆中心对称的承载芯和若干根铜丝(4)组合而成;在缓冲层(5)与外护套(7)之间设有硬质塑料抗压管(6);所述的外护套(7)上还设有温度感应报警器(10),温度感应报警器的高度不大于0.5mm,宽度不大于1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强抗压型同轴架空电缆,其特征在于:所述的加强芯(1)为钢丝绳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加强抗压型同轴架空电缆,其特征在于:所述的承载芯由中心镀锌钢丝(8)以及挤包在镀锌钢丝(8)外的塑料保护层(9)。
