Abstract

本发明公开了一种背光模组,包括散热块和LED灯条,LED灯条设有LED灯珠,散热块设有与LED灯条相配合的凹槽,LED灯条上设有端面高于LED灯珠的凸起,将LED灯条***散热块中的凹槽,将LED灯条稳固在散热块上,LED灯条上端面高于LED的凸起,起到保护LED灯珠的功能,防止LED灯条受到挤压,从而有效保证了LED灯珠的发光的效果,背光效果及液晶显示装置的质量。

本发明涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示装置是采用液晶提供图像的显示,其通常由液晶面板、背光模组、相关的数字电路以及电源等组成,为防漏光,背光模组中的LED灯条贴近液晶面板,液晶面板很容易会压坏LED灯条上的LED灯珠,影响LED灯珠的发光,从而影响背光效果及液晶显示装置的质量。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种背光模组,结构简单,LED灯条上设有凸起,可以防止LED灯珠受到挤压。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:
一种背光模组,包括散热块和LED灯条,所述LED灯条设有LED灯珠,所述散热块设有与所述的LED灯条相配合的凹槽,所述的LED灯条上设有端面高于LED灯珠的凸起。
进一步地,所述的散热块设有散热板,所述散热板为铝合金,所述的散热板背面设有多条散热凸条。
更进一步地,所述的散热板背面设有抵触凸条,所述的抵触凸条设在的散热板的上边缘,所述抵触凸条背向液晶面板的端面高于散热凸条。
更进一步地,所述的凹槽呈钩型,所述的凹槽的各转角呈90°。
更进一步地,所述的凹槽、散热凸条和抵触凸条通过铣加工而成。
本发明的有益效果是:将LED灯条***散热块中的凹槽,将LED灯条稳固在散热块上,LED灯条上端面高于LED的凸起,起到保护LED灯珠的功能,防止LED灯条受到挤压,从而有效保证了LED灯珠的发光的效果、背光效果及液晶显示装置的质量。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种背光模组,包括散热块1和LED灯条2,LED灯条2设有LED灯珠22,散热块1设有与LED灯条2相配合的凹槽11,LED灯条2上设有端面高于LED灯珠22的凸起21。
将LED灯条2***散热块1中的凹槽11,将LED灯条2稳固在散热块1上,LED灯条2上端面高于LED的凸起21,起到保护LED灯珠22的功能,防止LED灯条受到挤压,从而有效保证了LED灯珠22的发光的效果、背光效果及液晶显示装置的质量。
本实施例中,优选的,散热块1设有散热板12,散热板12为铝合金,重量轻,散热性能好,散热板12背面设有多条散热凸条121,可以更好地进行散热。
本实施例中,优选的,散热板12背面设有抵触凸条122,抵触凸条122设在的散热板12的上边缘,抵触凸条122背向液晶面板的端面高于散热凸条121,抵触凸条122与散热外壳相抵,形成一定的散热空间,有利于散热。
本实施例中,优选的,凹槽11呈钩型,凹槽11的各转角呈90°,与LED灯条2进行匹配,将其稳固在凹槽11上。
本实施例中,优选的,凹槽11、散热凸条121和抵触凸条122通过铣加工而成,加工简单,便于批量生产。

1.一种背光模组,包括散热块(1)和LED灯条(2),所述LED灯条(2)设有LED灯珠(22),其特征在于:所述散热块(1)设有与所述的LED灯条(2)相配合的凹槽(11),所述的LED灯条(2)上设有端面高于LED灯珠(22)的凸起(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种背光模组,其特征在于:所述的散热块(1)设有散热板(12),所述散热板(12)为铝合金,所述的散热板(12)背面设有多条散热凸条(121)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种背光模组,其特征在于:所述的散热板(12)背面设有抵触凸条(122),所述的抵触凸条(122)设在的散热板(12)的上边缘,所述抵触凸条(122)背向液晶面板的端面高于散热凸条(121)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种背光模组,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(11)呈钩型,所述的凹槽(11)的各转角呈90°。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种背光模组,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(11)、散热凸条(121)和抵触凸条(122)通过铣加工而成。
