Abstract
本发明公开了一种镁质无机装饰板及其制备方法,属于化工合成领域,其以硫酸镁和氢氧化镁在518相中发生化学反应,形成基础板材,再加入由白金玻璃纤维网格布、绒状短纤维和木纤维材料,来加强其韧性,接下来对此板材进行干燥,使板材的含水率达到4%以下,然后在干燥后的板材的正反两面添加改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺、磷酸形成的乳状混合液作为热压过渡反应层,在板材的两面涂装改性三聚氰胺与酚醛树脂作为板材与近郊装饰纸的热压结合层,在高温高压的环境中对预涂装的板材进行热压,从而使浸胶装饰纸与板材很好的结合在一起,形成所述镁质无机装饰一体板,其具备良好的耐磨性,防火性与防水性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无机胶合板技术领域,特别涉及一种无机装饰一体板,另外还涉及其制备方法。
背景技术
在房屋装饰方面,现在大量使用胶合板来代替传统木材,石材,尤其是无机材料。由于其具备批量生产,加工工艺简单,成品尺寸多样的特点,在家庭,办公场所等一系列房屋、墙体装浸胶装饰纸方面有着巨大的应用范围。
但是单纯的无机板材其耐磨性,防水性等一系列性能指标并不能达到预期效果。而当前市场中使用热压胶合板装饰具有一定的耐磨性,但防火性和耐水性均达不到预期效果,热压浸胶装饰纸并不能与无机板材很好的结合在一起。随着房屋市场的发展,寻找一种既具备传统材料的物理特性又具备无机材料的特点的板材是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明利用三聚氰胺与酚醛树脂作为热压结合层,在高温高压下热压成型,将浸胶装饰纸与无机板材基体很好的结合在一起,使其具备了良好的耐磨性,防水性,防火性。装饰板表面具有高光,哑光,浮雕纹络,可以满足消费者的感官需求,同时该制备方法成本较低,合成方法简单,更满足环保指标。
所述制备方法可以基本满足所需的装饰尺寸要求。根据客户需求不同,可以在模具上生产不同尺寸的板材而不影响板材的物理化学性质,具有尺寸多样化的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种镁质无机装饰一体板,其特征在于:包括至少一层基板;一层热压结合层和一层浸胶装饰纸的表层,所述热压结合层成分为改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺、磷酸或甲基草酸形成的混合物。
所述浸胶装饰纸的表层为MgSO4和Mg(OH)2的混合物。
所述浸胶装饰纸的表层为MgSO4、Mg(OH)2和Al(OH)3的混合物。
所述基板加入了添加剂,所述添加剂为白金玻璃纤维网格布、绒状短纤维与木纤维材料。
所述镁质无机装饰一体板的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)制材步骤:在518相中氧化镁与硫酸镁反应,制得板材;
(2)强化步骤:在板材中加入由白金玻璃纤维网格布、绒状短纤维与木纤维材料以增强其韧性;
(3)干燥养护步骤:对强化后的板材进行干燥,使其含水率达到4%以下;
(4)加料步骤:在干燥后的板材的正反两面添加改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺、磷酸或甲基草酸乳状混合液作为热压过渡反应层;
(5)预涂装步骤:在加料后的板材两面预涂装改性三聚氰胺、酚醛树脂作为基板与浸胶装饰纸的热压结合层;
(6)热压步骤:在90-160℃,21-25Mpa的条件下,对预涂装的板材进行热压,形成装饰面层。
所述518相为水,氧化镁,氯化镁的摩尔比,在该条件下可以形成良好的镁质无机板材,可解决板材吸潮返卤现象。上述方法可制作多种尺寸的板材,如长度为600mm~6000mm,厚度为50~70mm,宽度为110mm~200mm的墙体装饰板材。然后在白金玻璃纤维网格布上加入熔断纤维与木纤维材料,增加其硬度、强度及韧性。
所述的干燥步骤为快速干燥方法,其目的在于防止板材变形,保证板材平整度及整体质量。所述干燥步骤的另一种优选是,将板材在室内晾干2~5天再进行干燥,先经过晾干除去一部分水分可防止在热压过程中开裂。设置干燥的目的是为了保证板材中的含水量,保证板材的基本物理特性。
在基板的两面涂装改性三聚氰胺,酚醛树脂作为热压结合层,可以保证在热压步骤与基板良好的粘合在一起,从而去除了无机板材的不足,将无机板材与浸胶装饰纸很好的结合在一起,满足了高强胶结的需求。在90-160℃,21-25Mpa的条件下,由两块热压模板板进行热压成型牢固,从而得到镁质无机装饰板。经试验表明,采用上述方法制备的镁质无机装饰板,其产品得材率可达到98%以上,其耐磨性可达到6000转以上,其防火等级可达到A级。

下面结合附图对实施例进行具体说明。
实施例1:
一种镁质无机装饰一体板,硫酸镁和氢氧化镁在水、氧化镁、氯化镁摩尔比为5:1:8的环境中发生化学反应,形成基础板材,在此板材中加入由白金玻璃纤维网格布、绒状短纤维和木纤维材料,来加强其韧性,接下来对此板材进行干燥,一般采用快速干燥法干燥即可,最终使板材的含水率达到4%以下,可以制得尺寸为长度为600mm,厚度为50,宽度为110mm的板材,然后在干燥后的板材的正反两面添加改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺、磷酸形成的乳状混合液作为热压过渡反应层,在板材的两面涂装改性三聚氰胺与酚醛树脂作为板材与近郊装饰纸的热压结合层,在90℃,21Mpa的条件下,对预涂装的板材进行热压,从而使浸胶装饰纸与板材很好的结合在一起,形成所述镁质无机装饰一体板。该镁质无机装饰一体板的耐磨性可达到6000转以上,其防火等级可达到A级。
实施例2:
一种镁质无机装饰一体板,硫酸镁和氢氧化镁在水、氧化镁、氯化镁摩尔比为5:1:8的环境中发生化学反应,形成基础板材,在此板材中加入由白金玻璃纤维网格布、绒状短纤维和木纤维材料,来加强其韧性,接下来对此板材进行干燥,一般采用快速干燥法干燥即可,最终使板材的含水率达到4%以下,可以制得长度为6000mm,厚度为70mm,宽度为200mm的板材,然后在干燥后的板材的正反两面添加改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺、磷酸形成的乳状混合液作为热压过渡反应层,在板材的两面涂装改性三聚氰胺与酚醛树脂作为板材与近郊装饰纸的热压结合层,在160℃,25Mpa的条件下,对预涂装的板材进行热压,从而使浸胶装饰纸与板材很好的结合在一起,形成所述镁质无机装饰一体板。该镁质无机装饰一体板的耐磨性可达到6000转以上,其防火等级可达到A级。
实施例3:
一种镁质无机装饰一体板,硫酸镁和氢氧化镁在水、氧化镁、氯化镁摩尔比为5:1:8的环境中发生化学反应,形成基础板材,在此板材中加入由白金玻璃纤维网格布、绒状短纤维和木纤维材料,来加强其韧性,接下来对此板材进行干燥,经过2~5天的室内干燥,最终使板材的含水率达到4%以下,可以制得长度为3000mm,厚度为60mm,宽度为150mm的板材,然后在干燥后的板材的正反两面添加改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺、草基甲酸形成的乳状混合液作为热压过渡反应层,在板材的两面涂装改性三聚氰胺与酚醛树脂作为板材与近郊装饰纸的热压结合层,在140℃,23Mpa的条件下,对预涂装的板材进行热压,从而使浸胶装饰纸与板材很好的结合在一起,形成所述镁质无机装饰一体板。该镁质无机装饰一体板的耐磨性可达到6000转以上,其防火等级可达到A级。
Claims (6)
1.一种镁质无机装饰一体板,其特征在于:包括至少一层基板;一层热压结合层和一层浸胶装饰纸的表层,所述热压结合层成分为改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺、磷酸或甲基草酸形成的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁质无机装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述浸胶装饰纸的表层为MgSO4和Mg(OH)2的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁质无机装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述浸胶装饰纸的表层为MgSO4、Mg(OH)2和Al(OH)3的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁质无机装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述基板加入了添加剂,所述添加剂为白金玻璃纤维网格布、绒状短纤维与木纤维材料。
5.一种镁质无机装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下列步骤:
(1)制材步骤:在518相中氧化镁与硫酸镁反应,制得板材;
(2)强化步骤:在板材中加入由白金玻璃纤维网格布、绒状短纤维与木纤维材料;
(3)干燥养护步骤:对强化后的板材进行干燥,使其含水率达到4%以下;
(4)加料步骤:在干燥后的板材的正反两面添加改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺、磷酸或甲基草酸形成的乳状混合液作为热压过渡反应层;
(5)预涂装步骤:在加料后的板材两面预涂装改性三聚氰胺、酚醛树脂作为板材与浸胶装饰纸的热压结合层;
(6)热压步骤:在90-160℃,21-25Mpa的条件下,对预涂装的板材进行热压,形成装饰面层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种镁质无机装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述518相为水、氧化镁和氯化镁的混合物。
