本发明公开了一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的药膏贴，其是由以下重量份配比的中药原料制成的：***子5、荆芥穗5、槐花7、黄连8、广木香15、麻黄5、龙骨10、天南星10、僵蚕7、威灵仙10、姜黄15、黑豆12、乳香12、黄柏15、葛根3、泽泻7、茯苓5、黄芪17、牛膝8、竹茹10、虎杖10、木瓜12、鸡血藤12、皂角刺10、鲜杨树皮8、冬青叶8、五倍子6、白芍10、仙人掌根7、冰片15、土霉素粉3、夏枯草10、槐米12、牡丹皮10、莪术10、栀子7、硼砂5、延胡索6、金樱子根7、大蓟10、鱼腥草15。本发明各原料药经辨证配伍，共奏补肾祛寒、滋阴养血、疏风化湿之功效，由患处直达病灶，标本兼治，达到治愈类风湿性关节炎的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的外用药膏贴，属于中药领域。
背景技术
类风湿性关节炎的病因至今并不十分明了，目前大多认为其是人体自身免疫性疾病，亦可视为一种慢性的综合征，表现为外周关节的非特异性炎症。此时患病关节及其周围组织呈现进行性破坏，并致使受损关节发生功能障碍。类风湿性关节炎的发病率女性高于男性，女性是男性的2～3倍；欧美国家的发病率明显高于国人。
中药治疗类风湿性关节炎有独特的疗效和优势，由于中药大多数无毒副作用，不良反应小，所以中药治疗类风湿性关节炎越来越受关注。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的药膏贴。
本发明所采用的技术解决方案是：
一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的药膏贴，其是由以下重量份配比的中药原料制成的：***子3-12、荆芥穗3-5、槐花5-10、黄连6-12、广木香10-20、麻黄2-10、龙骨6-12、天南星6-13、僵蚕5-10、威灵仙8-15、姜黄10-20、黑豆10-15、乳香10-15、黄柏10-20、葛根3-10、泽泻5-17、茯苓5-10、黄芪6-17、牛膝8-17、竹茹9-19、虎杖7-14、木瓜10-15、鸡血藤10-15、皂角刺10-15、鲜杨树皮8-10、冬青叶6-10、五倍子5-15、白芍6-15、仙人掌根5-10、冰片10-20、土霉素粉2-5、夏枯草8-15、槐米10-15、牡丹皮5-15、莪术8-12、栀子5-12、硼砂3-5、延胡索5-10、金樱子根5-10、大蓟5-15、鱼腥草10-20。
优选的，各中药原料的重量份配比是：***子5、荆芥穗5、槐花7、黄连8、广木香15、麻黄5、龙骨10、天南星10、僵蚕7、威灵仙10、姜黄15、黑豆12、乳香12、黄柏15、葛根3、泽泻7、茯苓5、黄芪17、牛膝8、竹茹10、虎杖10、木瓜12、鸡血藤12、皂角刺10、鲜杨树皮8、冬青叶8、五倍子6、白芍10、仙人掌根7、冰片15、土霉素粉3、夏枯草10、槐米12、牡丹皮10、莪术10、栀子7、硼砂5、延胡索6、金樱子根7、大蓟10、鱼腥草15。
上述治疗类风湿性关节炎的药膏贴，是采取下述步骤制备的：
a将上述重量份的中药原料分别粉碎成100-130目细度，然后混合均匀，得到粉剂；
b将矿物油30份和松香100份注入锅中，文火熔化，放入蜂蜡5-8份，再放入凡士林20份和氧化锌5份，搅拌均匀，然后加入步骤a得到的粉剂50-80份，边加边搅拌，保持文火，最后注入硅氮酮3份搅拌均匀，熬制成膏状；
c摊膏，制成药膏贴。
本发明的药理及效果如下：
类风湿性关节炎属中医学的“痹证”“风寒湿痹证”“风湿热痹证”等范畴。痹证的发生，主要由于正气不足，感受风、寒、湿、热之邪所致。本发明有针对性的选取***子、荆芥穗、槐花、黄连、广木香、麻黄、龙骨、天南星、僵蚕、威灵仙、姜黄、黑豆、乳香、黄柏、葛根、泽泻、茯苓、黄芪、牛膝、竹茹、虎杖、木瓜、鸡血藤、皂角刺、鲜杨树皮、冬青叶、五倍子、白芍、仙人掌根、冰片、土霉素粉、夏枯草、槐米、牡丹皮、莪术、栀子、硼砂、延胡索、金樱子根、大蓟、鱼腥草共41味中药原料制成药膏贴。
其中：***子具有祛风活血，止痛镇静之功效。
荆芥穗性辛，微温，归肺、肝经，有解表散风，透疹的功效。
槐花味苦涩，性寒，具有凉血止血的功效。
黄连属毛茛科、黄连属多年生草本植物，有清热燥湿，泻火解毒之功效。
广木香，健胃消胀、调气解郁、止痛安胎。
麻黄，发汗散寒，宣肺平喘，利水消肿。
龙骨，镇惊安神，敛汗固精，止血涩肠，生肌敛疮。
天南星燥湿化痰。
僵蚕，祛风定惊，化痰散结。
威灵仙，祛风除湿，通络止痛。
姜黄，行气破瘀，通经止痛。
黑豆具有补肾益阴，健脾利湿，除热解毒的功效。
乳香，活血、行气、止痛。
黄柏，清热燥湿、泻火解毒、退热除蒸。
葛根，升阳解肌，透疹止泻，除烦止渴。
泽泻，利水渗湿；泄热通淋。
茯苓，渗湿利水，益脾和胃，宁心安神。
黄芪，补气固表，利尿消肿，托毒排脓，敛疮生肌。
牛膝，补肝肾；强筋骨；活血通经；引火下行；利尿通淋。
竹茹，清热泻火。
虎杖，活血散瘀，清热利湿，解毒，止咳。
木瓜具有平肝舒筋，和胃化湿的功效。
鸡血藤，具有活血补血，调经止痛，舒筋活络之功效。
皂角刺，具有消肿托毒，排脓，杀虫之功效。
鲜杨树皮中含有丰富的杨树皮类脂，其是一种橙黄色脂溶性物质，由于其独有的天然生物学活性，在畜牧兽医、医药方面都有着广泛的应用前景，杨树皮的药用功效最早在《本草纲目》中有记载。
冬青叶又名四季青叶，叶含两种抑菌成分，其中之一是原儿茶酸，另含挥发油、黄酮类，治烫伤，溃疡久不愈合，闭塞性脉管炎，菌痢，外伤出血，冻瘃，皲裂等。
五倍子性寒，味酸、涩，具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻、敛汗止血、收湿敛疮等功效。
白芍性凉，味苦酸，微寒，具有补血养血、平抑肝阳、柔肝止痛、敛阴止汗等功效。
仙人掌根味苦，性寒，具有行气活血、清热解毒之功效。
冰片具有开窍醒神、散郁火、消肿止痛的功效。
土霉素粉为淡黄色片或糖衣片，属于四环素类，为广谱抑菌剂，具有消炎的功效。
夏枯草味苦、辛，性寒，归肝、胆经。功效清肝泻火、散结化瘀。
槐米性微寒，味苦，具有凉血止血，清肝泻火的功效。
牡丹皮性苦、辛，微寒，具有清热凉血，活血化瘀之功效。
莪术味辛、苦，性温，入肝、脾经。功效行气破血、消积止痛。
栀子味苦，性寒，归心、肝、肺、胃、三焦经。功效泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉血解毒。《本草衍义补遗》：“屈曲下行降火，又能治块中之火”。
硼砂外用具有清热解毒，消肿之功效。
延胡索性辛；苦；温；无毒；具有活血；散瘀；理气；止痛之功效。
金樱子根有收敛固涩，止血敛疮，祛内活血，止痛，杀虫之功效。
大蓟具有凉血止血，祛瘀消肿之功效。
鱼腥草性寒凉，归肺经，具有清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢之功效。
全方配伍，共奏补肾祛寒、滋阴养血、疏风化湿之功效，由患处直达病灶，标本兼治，达到治愈类风湿性关节炎的目的，而且疗效好，疗程短，费用低，无毒副作用。
临床资料
1、基本资料：
根据ACR/RULAR2009年最新类风湿性关节炎(RA)诊断标准选择门诊、住院病例150例，按照随机方法，分为治疗组和对照组各75例。两组在病情、性别、年龄、病程等方面经统计学处理差异无显著性。
2、诊断标准：
所有病例均积分在6分以上，符合最新RA诊断标准。
排除标准：
①16岁以下，65岁以上，妊娠、哺乳期妇女。
②合并有乙肝等传染病。
③过敏体质患者。
(凡符合上述任何1项即为排除病例)
3、治疗方法
对照组：甲氨蝶呤片7.5mg/周，来氟米特10mg/日，柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片1.0g/次，每日2次。治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用本发明药膏贴，贴于患处，一日一贴。
4、观察指标和方法
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的标准。显效：主要症状、体征整体改善率≥75％，血沉、CRP正常或明显改善或接近正常；进步：主要症状体征改善率≥50％，血沉、CRP有改善；有效：主要症状、体征整体改善率≥30％，血沉、CRP有改善或无改善；无效：主要症状、体征改善率＜30％，血沉、CRP无改善。治疗组(加用本发明药物组)显效46例，进步19例，有效10例，无效0例，显效率61.3％，总有效率100％；对照组显效20例，进步25例，有效21例，无效9例，显效率26.7％，总有效率88％。两组之间差异有非常显著性，治疗组明显优于对照组。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
***子5、荆芥穗5、槐花7、黄连8、广木香15、麻黄5、龙骨10、天南星10、僵蚕7、威灵仙10、姜黄15、黑豆12、乳香12、黄柏15、葛根3、泽泻7、茯苓5、黄芪17、牛膝8、竹茹10、虎杖10、木瓜12、鸡血藤12、皂角刺10、鲜杨树皮8、冬青叶8、五倍子6、白芍10、仙人掌根7、冰片15、土霉素粉3、夏枯草10、槐米12、牡丹皮10、莪术10、栀子7、硼砂5、延胡索6、金樱子根7、大蓟10、鱼腥草15。
制备步骤如下：
a将上述重量份的中药原料分别粉碎成100-130目细度，然后混合均匀，得到粉剂；
b将矿物油30份和松香100份注入锅中，文火熔化，放入蜂蜡5-8份，再放入凡士林20份和氧化锌5份，搅拌均匀，然后加入步骤a得到的粉剂50-80份，边加边搅拌，保持文火，最后注入硅氮酮3份搅拌均匀，熬制成膏状；
c摊膏，制成药膏贴。
实施例2
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
***子3、荆芥穗5、槐花10、黄连6、广木香10、麻黄10、龙骨6、天南星13、僵蚕5、威灵仙8、姜黄20、黑豆10、乳香10、黄柏20、葛根3、泽泻17、茯苓5、黄芪6、牛膝17、竹茹9、虎杖14、木瓜15、鸡血藤10、皂角刺10、鲜杨树皮10、冬青叶6、五倍子5、白芍15、仙人掌根10、冰片10、土霉素粉2、夏枯草15、槐米10、牡丹皮5、莪术12、栀子5、硼砂5、延胡索5、金樱子根10、大蓟5、鱼腥草10。
按常规方法熬制成药膏贴。
实施例3
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
***子12、荆芥穗3、槐花5、黄连12、广木香20、麻黄2、龙骨12、天南星6、僵蚕10、威灵仙15、姜黄10、黑豆15、乳香15、黄柏10、葛根10、泽泻5、茯苓10、黄芪17、牛膝8、竹茹19、虎杖7、木瓜10、鸡血藤15、皂角刺15、鲜杨树皮8、冬青叶10、五倍子15、白芍6、仙人掌根5、冰片20、土霉素粉5、夏枯草8、槐米15、牡丹皮15、莪术8、栀子12、硼砂3、延胡索10、金樱子根5、大蓟15、鱼腥草20。
制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的药膏贴，其特征在于是由以下重量份配比的中药原料制成的：***子3-12、荆芥穗3-5、槐花5-10、黄连6-12、广木香10-20、麻黄2-10、龙骨6-12、天南星6-13、僵蚕5-10、威灵仙8-15、姜黄10-20、黑豆10-15、乳香10-15、黄柏10-20、葛根3-10、泽泻5-17、茯苓5-10、黄芪6-17、牛膝8-17、竹茹9-19、虎杖7-14、木瓜10-15、鸡血藤10-15、皂角刺10-15、鲜杨树皮8-10、冬青叶6-10、五倍子5-15、白芍6-15、仙人掌根5-10、冰片10-20、土霉素粉2-5、夏枯草8-15、槐米10-15、牡丹皮5-15、莪术8-12、栀子5-12、硼砂3-5、延胡索5-10、金樱子根5-10、大蓟5-15、鱼腥草10-20。
