本发明涉及一种医疗用蠕动泵,包括驱动器、泵体和软管,所述泵体包括腔室,所述软管安装于腔室壁部内侧,所述泵体还包括收容于腔室内的用于顺次挤压软管从而使得软管内的介质流动的转子,所述蠕动泵还包括一连接所述驱动器与转子的连接件,所述连接件收容于腔室内,所述驱动器包括用于支撑所述连接件和转子的支撑轴,所述连接件和转子可绕支撑轴旋转。本发明的医疗用蠕动泵结构简单、操作简便,流量恒定。

医疗用蠕动泵
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种医疗设备,尤其涉及一种医疗用蠕动泵如血泵。
【背景技术】
蠕动泵(Peristaltic Pump)又称软管泵,是一种新型的工业用泵,广泛应用于医疗、食品、化工等行业,用于输送带有敏感性的、粘稠的、强腐蚀性的、具有磨削作用的、纯度要求高的、以及含有一定颗粒状物料的介质。
软管是蠕动泵唯一的接夜要件,通过滚轮或者压块挤压软管来使得软管内的介质流动。软管作为一个独立的单位,使得泵体无需密封,因此它是完全无泄漏,非常卫生的。并且每一次旋转都输出一个固定的流量,这使得蠕动泵在定量加料的应用上有杰出的表现。
本发明旨在提供一种结构简单、安全、流速稳定的医疗用蠕动泵。
【发明内容】
为此,本发明提供的医疗用蠕动泵包括驱动器、泵体和软管,所述泵体包括腔室,所述软管安装于腔室壁部内侧,所述泵体还包括收容于腔室内的用于顺次挤压软管从而使得软管内的介质流动的转子,所述蠕动泵还包括一连接所述驱动器与转子的连接件,所述连接件收容于腔室内,所述驱动器包括用于支撑所述连接件和转子的支撑轴,所述连接件和转子可绕支撑轴旋转,所述转子可拆卸地固定至所述连接件,所述连接件包括若干卡爪,所述转子包括若干锁固件,所述卡爪末端设倒钩或卡口,每一锁固件上开设有卡口或倒钩用于与相应卡爪的倒钩或卡口相卡扣,所述转子包括本体,所述本体对应卡爪设收容槽,本体对应锁固件处设导槽,锁固件可在导槽内滑动,锁固件与本体之间设弹性件,所述弹性件推压所述锁固件以保持锁固件处于其卡口或倒钩与卡爪的倒钩或卡口相互卡扣的位置。
优选地,所述连接件设有至少一台阶以定位所述转子位于腔室内的轴向位置。
优选地,所述转子包括本体、若干可相对本体滑动的滑块、装设于滑块末端的滚柱及设于本体与滑块之间的弹性件,所述弹性件向外抵顶所述滑块以使得所述滚柱与软管接触。
优选地,所述本体包括若干同心弧形定位面,每一滑块设有至少一抵靠面,所述滑块的抵靠面与相应的本体定位面匹配从而对滑块进行定位。
优选地,所述泵体还包括用于覆盖所述腔室的盖体,所述盖体与腔室可旋转地连接。
优选地,所述盖体与腔室之间设电磁锁固装置。
优选地,所述盖体与腔室其中之一安装有感应磁铁,其中之另一安装有感应器,感应器与感应磁铁配合以感应盖体的开合状态。
优选地,所述驱动器包括电机和减速机构,所述减速机构包括输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮位于腔室外侧且固定连接至所述连接件。
优选地,所述转子包括盖板,所述盖板外侧设把手。
实施本发明实施例,具有以下有益效果:结构简单、操作简便,流量恒定。

【具体实施方式】
参考图1和图2,本发明一个实施例提供的一种医疗用蠕动泵,包括驱动器10、泵体30和软管60。
所述驱动器10包括电机12和受电机12驱动的齿轮减速机构14。
所述泵体30包括腔室32和收容于腔室32内的用于挤压软管60从而使得软管内的介质如血液流动的转子40。所述腔室32包括一圆弧形壁部34,所述软管60的一部分紧贴所述弧形壁部34的内表面,所述弧形壁部34的内表面为圆柱面的一部分,所述内表面的中心与转子40中心重合。
所述齿轮减速机构14包括支撑轴16和输出齿轮18(见图3)。一连接件70固定连接至所述输出齿轮18,所述支撑轴16贯穿所述齿轮18和连接件70从而使得所述齿轮18和连接件70可绕支撑轴16旋转。所述连接件70收容于腔室32内,所述转子40可拆卸地连接至连接件70从而通过连接件70可随输出齿轮18同步旋转,所述输出齿轮18隐藏于腔室32底板33远离转子40的一侧,即在腔室32内看不见输出齿轮18,这样既可保护输出齿轮18,又可保护用户避免其受到输出齿轮18的伤害。
请参阅图3和图4,所述连接件70包括若干与转子40卡扣的卡爪72,所述卡爪末端设倒钩74。所述转子40包括若干锁固件42,每一锁固件42上开设有卡口44用于与倒钩74卡扣。所述转子40还包括本体46,所述本体46设沿其轴向延伸的槽462以便卡爪72穿设,本体46对应锁固件42处设导槽48,锁固件42可在导槽48内滑动,锁固件42与本体46之间设弹性件如弹簧49,所述弹簧49被夹持于锁固件42与本体46之间,弹簧49受压变形产生的变形力推压所述锁固件42以保持锁固件42处于其卡口44与连接件70的倒钩74相互卡扣的位置。具体地,所述锁固件42开设有两个卡口44,每一卡口44的靠近弹簧49端的底边具有一从卡口44侧壁朝向卡口44延伸的挡板45。在外力作用下,所述锁固件42可克服弹簧49的阻力相对本体46向内或向外滑动以使得卡口44的挡板45避开连接件72的导钩74,在连接件70的倒钩74越过卡口44的挡板45后,外力移除,在弹簧49的推压作用下,锁固件42复位,所述连接件72的倒钩74压靠于卡口44的挡板45上,从而将连接件70固定至转子40以使得转子40可随连接件70一起旋转。本实施例中,弹簧49设置于本体46的中心部与锁固件42的内端部之间,弹簧49具有向外推压锁固件42的趋势,连接件70的倒钩74与卡口44的内侧壁即最靠近本体46中心的侧壁抵靠以限制锁固件42在弹簧49的推压下过份向外滑动。
优选地,连接件70包括一对卡爪72,每一卡爪72末端设有一对倒钩74,倒钩74之间的部分被切除,每一锁固件42设一对卡口44,每一对倒钩74相应地卡设于一卡口44内,此种设置可增强连接件70与转子40之间的结合强度。
所述连接件70还包括连接部76,优选地,所述连接部76为环形,中央设通孔,所述驱动器10的输出齿轮18固定安装于连接部76的远离卡爪72的一端,支撑轴16穿过输出齿轮18和连接部76从而可转动地支撑输出齿轮18和连接件70。
所述连接件70设有至少一台阶78以定位所述转子40位于腔室32内的轴向位置。本实施例中,所述连接件70的连接部76的靠近卡爪72的一端的中央设突出的台阶78,卡爪72的靠近倒钩74位置处亦设台阶78,所述台阶78与转子40本体46相抵靠(见图6),通过倒钩74与台阶78的配合可轴向限定转子40相对连接件70的位置。
请参阅图5,所述转子40还包括若干可相对本体46滑动的滑块50、装设于滑块50末端并可相对滑块50转动的滚柱52及设于本体46中央部位与滑块50内端之间的弹性件如弹簧54,所述弹簧54向外抵顶所述滑块50以使得所述滚柱52能挤压软管60。具体地,所述本体46设收容滑块50的收容空间,所述滑块50可在收容空间内滑动,滑块50设肩部56,本体46对应滑块的肩部56设弧形定位面464,所述肩部56的与本体46定位面464相抵靠的抵靠面564的形状与本体46定位面464的形状一致,所述定位面464与滑块50肩部56配合用于限制滑块50向外移动的最大距离,从而控制滚柱52的最靠外位置。优选地,本体46的若干弧形定位面464位于一同心圆上,所述同心圆以支撑轴16的中心也即转子40的中心为圆心,这样,有利于保持若干滑块50的同心度,也即保持若干不同滑块50上的滚柱52的最外边缘至转子40中心的距离一致,从而保证不同滑块50上的滚柱52挤压软管60时对软管60的挤压量保持不变,从而保持恒定的介质流量。
请参阅图2,所述软管60大致呈U型,安装于腔室32的壁部内侧。工作时,驱动器10的输出齿轮18通过连接件70驱动转子40旋转,转子40上的滚柱52沿软管60的延伸方向挤压软管60,从而推动软管60内的介质沿转子旋转方向运动。
所述转子40还包括盖板47,所述盖板47可通过固定件如螺钉等固定至本体46。盖板47的远离本体46侧设把手472,这样,在驱动器10停止工作时,用户可通过把手472推动转子40旋转。
所述泵体30还包括用于覆盖所述腔室32的盖体36,所述盖体36与腔室32可通过铰接方式旋转地连接。
优选地,所述盖体36与腔室32之间设电磁锁。
所述盖体36与腔室32其中之一安装有感应磁铁362,其中之另一安装有感应器322如霍尔感应器(hall sensor),当盖体36处于覆盖腔室32位置时,感应器322将产生一指示信号以指示盖体36处于关闭状态,当盖体36处于打开位置时,感应器322又将产生另一指示信号以指示盖体36处于打开状态。
本发明的医疗用蠕动泵尤其适合用作血泵,当用作血泵时,所述输出齿轮18的转速优选为80~120转/分。
对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,如锁固件与连接件之间的可拆卸连接方式可以有多种变化,当使用卡钩与卡口配合方式,卡钩与卡口的设置位置不限,卡钩可设在锁固件与连接件其中之一,卡口可设在锁固件与连接件其中之另一;还可以使用卡钩与卡钩的卡扣连接方式,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (9)

1.一种医疗用蠕动泵,包括驱动器、泵体和软管,所述泵体包括腔室,所述软管安装于腔室壁部内侧,所述泵体还包括收容于腔室内的用于顺次挤压软管从而使得软管内的介质流动的转子,其特征在于,所述蠕动泵还包括一连接所述驱动器与转子的连接件,所述连接件收容于腔室内,所述驱动器包括用于支撑所述连接件和转子的支撑轴,所述连接件和转子可绕支撑轴旋转,所述转子可拆卸地固定至所述连接件,所述连接件包括若干卡爪,所述转子包括若干锁固件,所述卡爪末端设倒钩或卡口,每一锁固件上开设有卡口或倒钩用于与相应卡爪的倒钩或卡口相卡扣,所述转子包括本体,所述本体对应卡爪设收容槽,本体对应锁固件处设导槽,锁固件可在导槽内滑动,锁固件与本体之间设弹性件,所述弹性件推压所述锁固件以保持锁固件处于其卡口或倒钩与卡爪的倒钩或卡口相互卡扣的位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的医疗用蠕动泵,其特征在于,所述连接件设有至少一台阶以定位所述转子位于腔室内的轴向位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的医疗用蠕动泵,其特征在于,所述转子包括本体、若干可相对本体滑动的滑块、装设于滑块末端的滚柱及设于本体与滑块之间的弹性件,所述弹性件向外抵顶所述滑块以使得所述滚柱与软管接触。
4.如权利要求3所述的医疗用蠕动泵,其特征在于,所述本体包括若干同心弧形定位面,每一滑块设有至少一抵靠面,所述滑块的抵靠面与相应的本体的定位面匹配从而对滑块进行定位。
5.如权利要求1所述的医疗用蠕动泵,其特征在于,所述泵体还包括用于覆盖所述腔室的盖体,所述盖体与腔室可旋转地连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的医疗用蠕动泵,其特征在于,所述盖体与腔室之间设电磁锁固装置。
7.如权利要求6所述的医疗用蠕动泵,其特征在于,所述盖体与腔室其中之一安装有感应磁铁,其中之另一安装有感应器,感应器与感应磁铁配合以感应盖体的开合状态。
8.如权利要求1所述的医疗用蠕动泵,其特征在于,所述驱动器包括电机和减速机构,所述减速机构包括输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮位于腔室外侧且固定连接至所述连接件。
9.如权利要求1所述的医疗用蠕动泵,其特征在于,所述转子包括盖板,所述盖板外侧设把手。
