本发明涉及一种单元式幕墙开启扇窗。
背景技术：
幕墙是建筑的外墙围护，不承重，像幕布一样挂上去，故又称为“帷幕墙”，是现代大型和高层建筑常用的带有装饰效果的轻质墙体，由面板和支承结构体系组成的，可相对主体结构有一定位移能力或自身有一定变形能力、不承担主体结构所用作用的建筑***护结构或装饰性结构，幕墙是利用各种强劲、轻盈、美观的建筑材料取代传统的砖石或窗墙结合的外墙工法，是包围在主结构的***而使整栋建筑达到美观，使用功能健全而又安全的外墙工法，简言之，是将建筑穿上一件漂亮的外衣，幕墙范围主要包括建筑的外墙、采光顶和雨篷，用途上可分为：建筑幕墙、构件式建筑幕墙、单元式幕墙、玻璃幕墙、石材幕墙、金属板幕墙、全玻幕墙、点支承玻璃幕墙，虽然目前有很多不同种类以及结构的单元式幕墙，尤其是单元式幕墙的开启扇窗，其制作样式的多样性以及多功能性，在实际应用中，其密封性以及开启的灵活性以及稳固性不甚理想，因而实际使用效果不够好，用户满意度不高。
发明内容：
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种制作安装快捷方便且能达到理想的密封性并能较大程度上提高整体稳定性的单元式幕墙开启扇窗。
为解决上述问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种单元式幕墙开启扇窗，具有固定立柱以及与所述固定立柱配套的开启扇框，所述开启扇框包括第一开启框以及第二开启框，所述开启扇框上固定承载有中空玻璃，在所述中空玻璃底部设有与第二开启框底部固定连接的开启玻璃托条，所述开启玻璃托条呈L型且能对中空玻璃的外侧玻璃边具有支撑作用力，所述中空玻璃下端部与开启玻璃托条之间还设有一玻璃垫块。
作为优选，所述开启玻璃托条的包括侧板以及底板，所述侧板中部设有一与第二开启框的侧边框卡合紧固连接的倒钩，所述底板的中部位置设有一定位玻璃垫块位置的短竖板。
作为优选，在所述固定立柱的外侧安装有一与其卡接固定的扣盖，所述扣盖的端部与第一开启框的下端部之间设有一密封胶条，所述密封胶条的上部设有一具有倾斜角度的支撑密封板，所述支撑密封板的上端与中空玻璃的下端表面接触密封配合。
作为优选，所述密封胶条的厚度设为6mm或8mm。
作为优选，所述玻璃垫块的厚度与长度分为设为2mm以及100mm，其宽度选为23mm-41mm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益之处在于：这种单元式幕墙开启扇窗连接稳固可靠，采用具有特定结构的开启玻璃托条以及密封胶条，具有较好的密封性以及稳固性，因而，整体结构安装快捷方便，适用范围广，经济时尚，适合推广使用。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述：
如图1所示一种单元式幕墙开启扇窗，具有固定立柱1以及与所述固定立柱1配套的开启扇框，所述开启扇框包括第一开启框2以及第二开启框3，所述开启扇框上固定承载有中空玻璃4，在所述中空玻璃4底部设有与第二开启框3底部固定连接的开启玻璃托条5，所述开启玻璃托条5呈L型且能对中空玻璃4的外侧玻璃边具有支撑作用力，所述中空玻璃4下端部与开启玻璃托条5之间还设有一玻璃垫块6。为增强整体结构的稳固性，所述开启玻璃托条5的包括侧板51以及底板52，所述侧板51中部设有一与第二开启框3的侧边框卡合紧固连接的倒钩7，所述底板52的中部位置设有一定位玻璃垫块6位置的短竖板8，因而在实际安装以及拆卸也会更加方便，效率高且有效加强结构的稳固性。
为使整体结构的密封效果更好，在所述固定立柱1的外侧安装有一与其卡接固定的扣盖9，所述扣盖9的端部与第一开启框2的下端部之间设有一密封胶条10，所述密封胶条10的上部设有一具有倾斜角度的支撑密封板101，所述支撑密封板101的上端与中空玻璃4的下端表面接触密封配合，因而在实际使用时，能有效保证外界与开启窗内的密封性，避免关闭窗扇时雨水或灰尘进入立柱或开启扇内。而为使开启扇窗保持最佳的密封性，所述密封胶条的厚度设为6mm或8mm，所述玻璃垫块的厚度与长度分为设为2mm以及100mm，其宽度选为23mm-41mm。
上述单元式幕墙开启扇窗连接稳固可靠，采用具有特定结构的开启玻璃托条以及密封胶条，具有较好的密封性以及稳固性，因而，整体结构安装快捷方便，适用范围广。

1.一种单元式幕墙开启扇窗，具有固定立柱（1）以及与所述固定立柱（1）配套的开启扇框，所述开启扇框包括第一开启框（2）以及第二开启框（3），所述开启扇框上固定承载有中空玻璃（4），其特征在于：在所述中空玻璃（4）底部设有与第二开启框（3）底部固定连接的开启玻璃托条（5），所述开启玻璃托条（5）呈L型且能对中空玻璃（4）的外侧玻璃边具有支撑作用力，所述中空玻璃（3）下端部与开启玻璃托条（4）之间还设有一玻璃垫块（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单元式幕墙开启扇窗，其特征在于：所述开启玻璃托条（5）的包括侧板（51）以及底板（52），所述侧板（51）中部设有一与第二开启框（3）的侧边框卡合紧固连接的倒钩（7），所述底板（52）的中部位置设有一定位玻璃垫块（6）位置的短竖板（8）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单元式幕墙开启扇窗，其特征在于：在所述固定立柱（1）的外侧安装有一与其卡接固定的扣盖（9），所述扣盖（9）的端部与第一开启框（2）的下端部之间设有一密封胶条（10），所述密封胶条（10）的上部设有一具有倾斜角度的支撑密封板（101），所述支撑密封板（101）的上端与中空玻璃（4）的下端表面接触密封配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的单元式幕墙开启扇窗，其特征在于：所述密封胶条（10）的厚度设为6mm或8mm。
