发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工业用布,其经过整理工艺处理,具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种工业用布,其经过整理工艺处理,该整理工艺包括如下步骤:
1)在10质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份氢氧化镁、1.8质量份钛酸四丁酯、0.8质量份白芷提取液、1.7质量份2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入1.8质量份咪唑啉、0.8质量份吗啉、1.9质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钙、2.1质量份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将布料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
