本发明公开了一种离心式变频激振装置,包括振动电机;传动轴,通过万向连接轴与振动电机连接;和两个振动传动轴,相互平行设置,一端具有空腔,该空腔内安装有与传动轴间隙配合的两个轴承,另一端用于连接受振的机械机体或模具上;其中传动轴轴线和振动传动轴轴线相互垂直,传动轴轴线和振动电机轴线处于同一水平线。本发明不需要冷却装置,振动不需要制动器,结构简单、节能环保、噪音低、寿命长,适用多种工况要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种激振装置,具体涉及一种离心式变频激振装置。
背景技术
目前振动机械的激振源一般采用液压机械振动或偏心轴振动。液压机械振动成本高、结构复杂、振动力量不均匀,容易产生余振。不易操作。偏心轴振动,力量小,电机带动偏心轴振动振力容易伤害模具及受振机械外壳。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种离心式变频激振装置,结构简单、节能环保、噪音低、寿命长,且适用多种工况要求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用技术方案如下:
一种离心式变频激振装置,包括
振动电机;
传动轴,通过万向连接轴与振动电机连接;和
两个振动传动轴,相互平行设置,一端具有空腔,该空腔内安装有与传动轴间隙配合的两个轴承,另一端用于连接受振的机械机体或模具上;
其中传动轴轴线和振动传动轴轴线相互垂直,传动轴轴线和振动电机轴线处于同一水平线。
所述离心式变频激振装置优选方案,其还包括底座,振动电机安装在底座上,传动轴通过带有传动轴承的轴承壳体支撑安装于底座上。
所述离心式变频激振装置优选方案,振动传动轴制造方法如下:
a. 铣床加工:按标准尺寸选好材料,并按照图纸要求用铣床铣成光滑的圆柱体;
b. 空腔形成:圆柱体在车床按照尺寸加工空腔;
c.加热渗碳处理:将经过以上步骤加工的圆柱体进行加热渗碳处理,其中,淬火表面硬度为HRC62.5-64,淬火心部硬度为HRC49.8-53,淬火后的金相组织为淬火马氏体组织;回火心部硬度为H RC44.5,回火金相组织为回火屈氏体组织,渗碳层厚度为1.5-1.8mm;
d.热浸镀锌:将振动传动轴渗碳工件在浸镀温度500±50℃及浸镀时间为35±10秒下进行热浸镀锌作业,形成镀锌层。
本发明的有益效果:
不需要冷却装置,振动不需要制动器,结构简单、节能环保、噪音低、寿命长,适用多种工况要求。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域人员更好的理解本发明,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,下述仅是示例性的不限定本发明的保护范围。
参考附图1,一种离心式变频激振装置,包括底座8、振动电机1、传动轴7和两个振动传动轴6;振动电机1安装在底座上;传动轴7通过带有传动轴承3的轴承壳体4支撑安装于底座8上,传动轴7通过万向连接轴2与振动电机1连接; 两个振动传动轴7相互平行设置,每个振动传动轴6一端具有空腔,该空腔内安装有与传动轴7间隙配合的两个轴承5,另一端用于连接受振的机械机体或模具上;其中传动轴7轴线和振动传动轴6轴线相互垂直,传动轴7轴线和振动电机1轴线处于同一水平线。
振动传动轴6制造方法如下:
a. 铣床加工:按标准尺寸选好材料,并按照图纸要求用铣床铣成光滑的圆柱体;
b. 空腔形成:圆柱体在车床按照尺寸加工空腔;
c.加热渗碳处理:将经过以上步骤加工的圆柱体进行加热渗碳处理,其中,淬火表面硬度为HRC62.5-64,淬火心部硬度为HRC49.8-53,淬火后的金相组织为淬火马氏体组织;回火心部硬度为H RC44.5,回火金相组织为回火屈氏体组织,渗碳层厚度为1.5-1.8mm;

本发明生产过程如下:
振动电机1通过高速旋转产生的离心力,瞬间转换成激振力,然后经过振动传动轴6传到受振的机械机体或模具上,由于振动电机1轴线和传动轴7轴线处于同一水平线,传动轴7轴线和振动传动轴6轴线相互垂直,受振的机械机体或模具的振动轨迹在水平面和垂直面投影都是直线,因而会产生立体三维振动,瞬间达到振动要求,把粉料或混凝土等快速、均匀、密实布到机械模具内。如果需要连接振动面积大的机械或模具,可以连接多套离心式变频激振装置,本发明可做为各类振动机械的通用激振源,可广泛应用于矿山、冶金、煤炭、电力、建筑建材、化工、铸造、轻工等所有需要振动的机械行业,尤其适合免烧砖机、砌块机、静压砌块成型机、保温砌块生产线、压力机、液压机械及模具浇筑机械。

1.一种离心式变频激振装置,其特征在于:包括
振动电机;
传动轴,通过万向连接轴与振动电机连接;和
两个振动传动轴,相互平行设置,一端具有空腔,该空腔内安装有与传动轴间隙配合的两个轴承,另一端用于连接受振的机械机体或模具上;
其中传动轴轴线和振动传动轴轴线相互垂直,传动轴轴线和振动电机轴线处于同一水平线;振动传动轴制造方法如下:
