本发明涉及一种垃圾填埋场臭气处理装置,依次由生物除臭滤池、臭氧降解器和活性炭过滤器连接组成;生物除臭滤池包括初级滤池和次级滤池;初级滤池包括进气腔、初级过滤层和初级出气腔,初级出气腔内有喷淋头;次级滤池从上到下依次包括次级进气腔、次级过滤层和气流回流室;初级出气腔和次级进气腔进气口通过管道连接;次级进气腔内有喷淋头;进气腔和气流回流室底部为带孔的隔板,隔板下方为喷淋液回收室;次级进气腔有出气口,出气口与臭氧降解器进气口连接,臭氧降解器的出气口与活性炭过滤器连接。本发明提供的垃圾填埋场臭气处理装置,可以有效的去除收集起来的垃圾填埋臭气。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垃圾填埋场臭气处理装置。
背景技术
垃圾填埋场废气为恶臭的废气,通常是直接排放,但是影响周围的环境,随着对环境要求的提高,现在需要将填埋场的臭气收集处理,现有废气处理主要是用于工业上各种废气处理,难以使用与填埋场臭气处理。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种专门用于填埋废气处理的装置。具体的技术方案为:
垃圾填埋场臭气处理装置,依次由生物除臭滤池、臭氧降解器和活性炭过滤器连接组成;所述的生物除臭滤池包括初级滤池和次级滤池;所述的初级滤池包括底部的进气腔,进气腔上方有初级过滤层,初级过滤层上方是初级出气腔,初级出气腔内有喷淋头;所述的次级滤池从上到下依次包括次级进气腔、次级过滤层和气流回流室;所述的初级出气腔和次级进气腔进气口通过管道连接;所述的次级进气腔内有喷淋头;进气腔和气流回流室底部为带孔的隔板,隔板下方为喷淋液回收室;喷淋液从喷淋头喷下,经过初级过滤层和次级过滤层,从带孔的隔板汇入到喷淋液回收室,喷淋液回收室通过循环水泵与喷淋头连接;所述的次级进气腔有出气口,出气口与臭氧降解器进气口连接,臭氧降解器的出气口与活性炭过滤器连接。
所述的次级进气腔顶部为斜面,次级进气腔进气口一端较低,次级进气腔出气口一端较高。
所述的活性炭过滤器的活性炭安装在圆柱形的笼子内,笼子围绕其轴旋转,活性炭过滤器下方安装有洗涤池,笼子四分之一位于活性炭过滤器内,笼子下半部浸在洗涤池内清洗,所述的笼子上方有吹干器。
废气从进气腔进入,经过进气腔上方有的初级过滤层,进入初级出气腔,初级出气腔内有喷淋头清洗废气;废气接着进入次级进气腔,经过次级过滤层,在气流回流室回流再经过次级过滤层;次级进气腔内有喷淋头再次清洗。喷淋液从喷淋头喷下,经过初级过滤层和次级过滤层,从带孔的隔板汇入到喷淋液回收室,喷淋液回收室通过循环水泵与喷淋头连接;废气从次级进气腔的出气口进入臭氧降解器,臭氧降解器处理后,废气再进入活性炭过滤器处理后检测合格排出。
次级进气腔顶部为斜面,可以增加喷洗时间,并且给气体提供足够停留时间充分反应。
活性炭过滤器的活性炭安装在圆柱形的笼子内,笼子围绕其轴旋转,使用过的活性炭进入洗涤池清洗后,再经过吹干器吹干,活性炭可以再次利用进入活性炭过滤器。
本发明提供的垃圾填埋场臭气处理装置,可以有效的去除收集起来的垃圾填埋臭气。

结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式,如图1所示,垃圾填埋场臭气处理装置,依次由生物除臭滤池、臭氧降解器10和活性炭过滤器12连接组成;所述的生物除臭滤池包括初级滤池和次级滤池;所述的初级滤池包括底部的进气腔1,进气腔1上方有初级过滤层7,初级过滤层7上方是初级出气腔8,初级出气腔8内有喷淋头;所述的次级滤池从上到下依次包括次级进气腔3、次级过滤层6和气流回流室4;所述的初级出气腔8和次级进气腔3进气口通过管道连接;所述的次级进气腔3内有喷淋头;进气腔1和气流回流室4底部为带孔的隔板,隔板下方为喷淋液回收室5;喷淋液从喷淋头喷下,经过初级过滤层7和次级过滤层6,从带孔的隔板汇入到喷淋液回收室5,喷淋液回收室5通过循环水泵9与喷淋头连接;所述的次级进气腔3有出气口,出气口与臭氧降解器10进气口连接,臭氧降解器10的出气口与活性炭过滤器12连接。
所述的次级进气腔3顶部为斜面,次级进气腔3进气口一端较低,次级进气腔3出气口一端较高。
所述的活性炭过滤器12的活性炭安装在圆柱形的笼子13内,笼子13围绕其轴旋转,活性炭过滤器12下方安装有洗涤池14,笼子13四分之一位于活性炭过滤器12内,笼子13下半部浸在洗涤池14内清洗,所述的笼子13上方有吹干器15。
废气从进气腔1进入,经过进气腔1上方有的初级过滤层7,进入初级出气腔8,初级出气腔8内有喷淋头清洗废气;废气接着进入次级进气腔3,经过次级过滤层6,在气流回流室4回流再经过次级过滤层6;次级进气腔3内有喷淋头再次清洗。喷淋液从喷淋头喷下,经过初级过滤层7和次级过滤层6,从带孔的隔板汇入到喷淋液回收室5,喷淋液回收室5通过循环水泵9与喷淋头连接;废气从次级进气腔3的出气口进入臭氧降解器10,臭氧降解器10处理后,废气再进入活性炭过滤器12处理后检测合格排出。
次级进气腔3顶部为斜面,可以增加喷洗时间,并且给气体提供足够停留时间充分反应。
活性炭过滤器12的活性炭安装在圆柱形的笼子13内,笼子13围绕其轴旋转,使用过的活性炭进入洗涤池14清洗后,再经过吹干器15吹干,活性炭可以再次利用进入活性炭过滤器12。

1.垃圾填埋场臭气处理装置,其特征在于:依次由生物除臭滤池、臭氧降解器(10)和活性炭过滤器(12)连接组成;所述的生物除臭滤池包括初级滤池和次级滤池;所述的初级滤池包括底部的进气腔(1),进气腔(1)上方有初级过滤层(7),初级过滤层(7)上方是初级出气腔(8),初级出气腔(8)内有喷淋头;所述的次级滤池从上到下依次包括次级进气腔(3)、次级过滤层(6)和气流回流室(4);所述的初级出气腔(8)和次级进气腔(3)进气口通过管道连接;所述的次级进气腔(3)内有喷淋头;进气腔(1)和气流回流室(4)底部为带孔的隔板,隔板下方为喷淋液回收室(5);喷淋液从喷淋头喷下,经过初级过滤层(7)和次级过滤层(6),从带孔的隔板汇入到喷淋液回收室(5),喷淋液回收室(5)通过循环水泵(9)与喷淋头连接;所述的次级进气腔(3)有出气口,出气口与臭氧降解器(10)进气口连接,臭氧降解器(10)的出气口与活性炭过滤器(12)连接;
